He is amazing The hotel is literally 2 min from restaurants shops and supermarkets Everywhere in the hotel was very clean. Good room, big, a bit dated but it s ok no big deal. Food is just amazing best half board I ever had in my life. Drinks included. Delicious food. You can swap between lunch and dinner
- taianau2026 (10/5): A needed stay at Jumeira Rotana - It’s the perfect locating as it’s central to many things. The atmosphere is very peaceful and quite a bit romantic too. Good for families, families and coupes even solo trips. The rooms are spacious and have all accommodations.

Everything was great from start to finish, but we especially want to recognize the housekeeping attendant, Pawan, who truly took great care of us. We checked in with Dawood who offered outstanding service with a smile. The room was a suite with views of Burj Khalifa. Mohsin looked after our needs and the room had an amazing display on the bed with a complimentary fruit platter.Mohsin Bilal, Suleman, and all housekeepers offered an excellent service service, very comfortable and welcoming room, everything was perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the security guards are always very helpful and welcoming. Cannot wait to go back again . Would like to thank Mohsin, Bilal Suleman and Dawood for the exceptional service they offered and for making our stay very welcoming, with great hospitality and friendly service.

The food was very delicious and the hotel provided a wide range of options. Hotel is very accessible to the airport and major attractions in Dubai. I highly recommend this hotel and I can't wait yo visit again.

The staff is very friendly including housekeeping, Mohsin, Suleman, Dawood, Bilal at check in counter are excellent and exceptional, very helpful, and polite. Security staff are very friendly and polite. The hotel has excellent restaurants and breakfast facilities. Pool and gym are great, with added family for women to have Spa, sauna . Shops and restaurants are open long hours, transport is available to the beach and mall by the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

- Q3924VHnorak (8/5): Family trip - The location of the hotel is very convenient if you want to visit the city. Good for families as you are treated very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the surroundings, especially the proximity to several shops and the beautiful mosque. We were there during Ramadan (on purpose), so we enjoyed the atmosphere. The hotel helped us organize some excursions, and the food was good. The only downside: the bathroom sink was blocked, and the cleaning staff should have fixed it before our arrival.

- shy623 (10/5): Dawd is the best employee - Mr. Dawd was very accommodating and even surprised us with a cake for my birthday. The housekeeping team Tobin, Bibin, and Wai created a beautiful towel decoration. All the staff were wonderful.
- Charmaine (4/5): - I stayed at this hotel hoping for a relaxing and professional experience, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Here’s what happened during my stay: • False fire alarm at 2AM — I had to run downstairs in a robe, only to find out it was due to someone smoking in their room. It was frightening, disruptive, and not handled well. • Strangers opened my room door — Two men tried to enter my room while I was inside. Thankfully, I had the security latch on. The front desk told me the men didn’t speak English and thought it was their room. That excuse was unacceptable — proper ID and guest name checks should be standard. • Constant phone calls from staff — I was repeatedly called at random hours for unnecessary reasons. It disturbed my rest, especially since I often sleep in the mornings after working late. • Key cards kept deactivating — Every time I returned to my room, the key wouldn’t work. I later realized it wasn’t even near my phone, so the cause was clearly on their side. • Thin walls & noise — The room was not soundproof. I could hear loud voices and what sounded like parties from other rooms. Not ideal for rest. • Terrible food — I ordered room service . It wasn’t fresh food, and later, a staff member admitted the food wasn’t made in-house — it’s bought and reheated. Completely unacceptable for a 4-star listing. • Overall poor service — The staff didn’t feel attentive or professional.
- U2630ARlesb (10/5): Jumeira Rotana hotel all inclusive with alcohol and soft drinks served - My first ever trip with friends to Dubai and it has been the most memorable one experienced.so much that I will return with family.. All inclusive with drinks alcohol and soft was worth paying for….. Note not all original makes of alcohol but acceptable…. The hotel was not far from the airport A bonus when had flight delays All the staff from the reception to waiters/waitresses/bar staff/ cleaners/ pool attendants/tour rep/kitchen staff/chefs were very friendly welcoming and nothing was too much trouble when asked for. The bedroom was spacious and clean servicing daily if needed. Curtains were blackout a bonus as kept the heat out too. Note the plug was three pronged.. The chef was most helpful and happy to change any food that was too spicy or adding ingredients requested. Evening food was served up till 9-10pm so great when feeling peckish on an evening.. The Boston bar staff and waitresses were very happy and helpful ensuring a good time was had tv sets all around the bar and good music played usually entertainment was on but not on our visit but music and songs chosen played when asked for. Rosalinie stood out for me in the Boston bar always happy to see us greeting us with a hugesmile very friendly and joining in with our sense of humour and chats. Going beyond any of my expectations thank you!!!!!!

Already thinking anout our return 🙌 - The best hotel in Dubai by far… me and my son return back to this hotel April this year after visiting may last year. The staff at this hotel couldn’t do any more for you even if they tried. Absolutely nothing is a Chore for them. All the staff are grateful here from the cleaners to the spa/pool staff so friendly and polite.. guys don’t shoot me but the main man has got to be BEVAN… he is just the best we absolutely love this chap…! Nothing to big always ready to help any information you need its done immediately and always given with a smile and warmth. He has a lovely ora and I feel he is an asset to this hotel.!! I don’t say this lightly. Guys we will see you soon shan&kayzah ❤️

Service brilliant, facilities were great except the swimming pool - this was far too small and not enough loungers. The food was absolutely delicious, hygiene impeccable. Location was at Financial Centre on the Red line which connects to all the tourist sites, the station was at the doorstep so no need to walk for miles in the heat or pay Uber.

- Maslinka2003 (10/5): First trip to Dubai - Nice hotel with a good location. Very helpful and kind staff - special thanks to Sandani, Ferous and Saish. Every day we were greeted with a smile and were ready to help with any question. The food is quite tasty (although monotonous, but it's the same everywhere). On weekdays, there is a transfer to La mer beach (which is not very impressive, but this is not a problem for the hotel) and there is also a transfer to the metro. For a budget holiday, a very nice and decent hotel!

- suepF4519QE (8/5): Fabulous Dubai - Stayed initially on 22nd floor but don’t like to be so high so management gave us two interconnecting front view facing rooms on the 8th floor which were much better. This was our youngest son’s 21st birthday holiday and we all loved it. We visited all the attractions like the Burj khalifa, the fountains, Dubai Mall, speedboat trip from the Marina,Dubai Hills Mall, desert safari etc. The hotel is on Jumeirah beach which is a fabulous location near to bars, shops, eateries like the cheesecake factory etc. Great location also for a taxi to Ferrari world Abu Dhabi and Seaworld and only cost around £48 each way for the 4 of us. The hotel food in the buffet restaurant is ok, went so keen on the breakfasts, cereal like cardboard. They run out of things quickly like steak that is being cooked and you need to wait again for it to be cooked again. The Rosso restaurants and the Gastro pub were both very good with very generous portions. The pool isn’t very big but we found it ok and the lifeguard recognised us from our visit in 2022 and he is lovely. All inclusive drinks were very nice too. We’ve stayed twice now and yes I would recommend and I would stay again.
- John (10/5): - The Jumeira Rotana is an excellent hotel near the financial district and the airport. The staff are very attentive and deal with any query raised. The hotel has a private and secure car park. It is also off 2nd December Street, a popular shopping and restaurant area. The rooms are large with excellent facilities and all at a reasonable cost
- emmatK5755ZZ (6/5): Hard work at first but enjoyable in the end. - The rooms are clean & comfy. The staff are friendly & helpful. The location is good for getting out & about by taxi. I would recommend a walk down December street on an evening, lots of shops & places to eat. We stayed all inclusive which was an issue at first as the information leaflet given to us was incorrect. Firstly it was Ramadan and they closed the pool at 4pm to set up the restaurant by the pool. The leaflet said 6pm. It’s a city/business hotel with no balconies so when the pool closed at 4pm there was nowhere else to go. The food offering wasn’t great at first and it was in different locations then stated on the leaflet. A number of complaints were made about this & by day 3 of the holiday the quality of the food really improved. We also found out that we could order from the bar menu as part of the all inclusive in the Boston Bar (this food is amazing) and the adjoining Chinese restaurant. The bar staff wouldn’t allow you to take alcohol to your room although someone spoke to the Manager who said this was allowed. We did enjoy the holiday & we would go back again. The first few days felt a bit strained but once we had established what we could & couldn’t do we relaxed & enjoyed our stay.
- RichardP582 (2/5): Terrible - On arrival we were handed a sheet with the all-inclusive information. Very little that was offered was provided. They offered a dine around option which simply did not happen, it offered a dine option in the Boston Bar, did not happen, we were simply told not allowed. The optional hotel restaurant we were also not allowed to eat. They listed snacks at the pool, not allowed. One night the bar ran out of white wine even though the fridge was full. Non all-inclusive guests were able to purchse food at the Boston Bar. By chance, we met the hotel manager and he told us that everything on the all-inclusive information is available and should be provided, we explained to him it was not. We were not the only unhappy ones, most of the guests we spoke to were. Things got slightly better after we spoke to the manager but we had made the decision to check out. Our experience at breakfast on the day we were leaving only went to prove our decision was the correct one. First there was a long queue, which some recently arrived guests, obviously did not know the concept of queuing. And then the food simply ran out nothing left. A guest asked for at least some baked beans these eventually came directly from the fridge, sorry appalling. Rooms were big and clean, if a little outdated, most of the staff were very helpful but ruined by the non existent all-inclusive.
- terrywC4470AQ (8/5): Challenging Stay - The room was comfortable. However breakfast was like a rugby scrum. Room too small for guest numbers coupled with inadequate staff numbers. Smoking allowed in Bar. Non smoking section needs a system to notify staff. We continually had to go into main bar to find some service. Table Bells perhaps? Check in and concierge staff excellent 👍
- M6450HXsharonc (2/5): Give it a miss - The hotel is in a back street, and you have to get taxis everywhere. A clean hotel, with lovely reception staff, but the food is terrible and it’s like faulty towers trying to find cutlery and glasses at breakfast with hardly any staff around. Dinner was cold and tasteless so we ate out the last couple of nights. The bar attached is great, like something out of cheers, and does lovely lunches, only let down by smokers being allowed in, so not nice when you’re trying to eat. Awful
- jbevis73 (4/5): Could stay a better hotel - Firstly if your a sun worshipper don’t come here they close the pool at 3.30 to set up for dinner I come here to enjoy the weather to then have to go in at 3.30 and the beach 2 miles away so that’s the end of the days sun bathing Also it says food pool side which we had for two days to now be told no more you have to go in the restaurant The hotel is clean, the rooms nice and all staff lovely But area of the hotel and being a sun god would I come here again No Not a 4 star more a 3 Your get what u pay for If u chooosr Dubai pay more and stay JRB or the palm in a nicer hotel Not much around it and not how u should know Dubai, old and not pleasant area

- Jason (6/5): Hotel and staff great only one criticism - No issue with stay although air conditioning a little on the loud side although I didn’t complain so may be could have moved. If I have one criticism is that the TV channels were mainly Arabic and only the odd English Channel. For me being there on business and not necessarily for pleasure I’m not interested in staying in the bar all night and would have preferred to watch the TV in my room but this was very limited but that would be the only criticism Food also good
- Monika (10/5): - We stayed at Jumeirah Rotana for a week while exploring Dubai. The hotel is located near to many shops, food shops and few attractions points as well. Our room was spacious, clean and had good ventilation. Hotel staff was very friendly, professional and polite. Shoutout to Sandani who helped us with our check in. We had the room with view of Burj Khalifa, thanks Sandani. Breakfast was really nice with many different options. Thanks to the Restaurant Manager who fulfilled our request for providing alternative options for breakfast. We would have appreciated if there was an early check in option since our flight landed 6:00am and we had to check in into an expensive room because we wanted to relax after 17 hours flight. Other than this we had a comfortable stay. Thank you everyone. I would recommend Jumeirah Rotana to friends and family.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t book this hotel - It takes about 3 hours or sometimes all night before the toilet flush is being refilled. We told them twice came once but remain the same. The lights are switched off by itself when using the toilet or shower. The air conditioning is not that cold. The room service is very poor. I requested an ice bucket because my wife is vomiting. It came after an hour. Our room is suite and we stayed for 2 nights. We did not request to clean the room but requested the coffee and creamer sachet but no one came. They demanded every visitor we had to photocopy their passport. The breakfast has only few choices and the coffee maker is broken. There could be a ghost there as well as some there were some strange feeling as if there were presence of unseen stimuli.

- SUNG YOUN (10/5): - This hotel was a value for money. You will get the service beyond the price you've paid for. I stayed for 12 nights and loved being there. I will be booking here again on my next trip to Dubai. They provide a shuttle service and great dining options for which the prices are very reasonable and you will get super discounts if you are a hotel guest.

- Mohsan (8/5): - Very good value for money. We went as a family of 3 (3 year old toddler), location is excellent as it’s very central. Breakfast is average with very limited space as the restaurant is tiny, be prepared to stand a while if you go late. As someone with a toddler, this wasnt great for us. The A La Carte served in boston bar &grill is amazing and not pricey, highly recommend. We had half board and it was nice to choose between lunch or dinner, some hotels dont offer this option so this was a nice touch. We had an issue with our room and the hotel was kind enough to move us to another room same night. Many thanks to Adil and Mohsin at front reception for this. The staff at the hotel are very good and friendly, Ariful in housekeeping was kind enough to help us set up in our new room and rooms were serviced daily which is nice. Overall I was very happy and would come back again.

The handsome young man was just there to make my kids happy. He used to make different things out of towels for them

I didn’t like that they had only one small shuttle van a day and if was full you had to take a taxi to go to the beach and back. Rooftop pool was nice but got crowded fast. Also, the area wasn’t so great. In front was land and a parking lot. No views but buildings. The food for breakfast was okay.
