- DANA ALLISON (9/5): Todo bien - Cómodo N/A
- Chyanne (1/5): did not start longer than 20 minutes - it was close to where i had to be in the morning the room i was given had stains in the sheets and the bathroom shower was clogging. the second room had hairs under the blanket & i inevitably left the property
- Empress (7/5): - I loved the balcony loved the vintage feel it gave felt like scarface back in the 70s, the bar down stairs made it easy for drinks and the pool is great accent great stay overall. what I didn't like was that there's no refrigerator in any of the rooms? Or microwave that worked and out dated coffee machine. The rugs or carpet needs to be more than standardly cleaned my sinuses was going crazy the whole stay but very great sized rooms and good quality TV not so much the connection or company but great for temporary stays
- Kirsten (1/5): It was not worth the money I paid -

No había almohadas. Eran almohadones.
El aire acondicionado era ruidoso y tuve que enchufarlo yo.
Realmente desagradable.
- Castrillon (8/5): - La ubicación y parqueadero Fisicamente un poco deteriorado
- Lucie (3/5): Soso - Close to hospital … Don’t look pretty clean and it is old
- Arais (1/5): -
- Angélica (8/5): Bom - Os funcionários foram prestativos e check in e out rápidos. Bairro bom, residencial e bonito.
- JD (1/5): I would call and ask what building they are putting you in. - Staff and location. Price, room condition and false advertising.
Rooms look one way online like it was worth almost 500$ a night… and when I arrived they say the main building was completely booked. Sent me to an “overflow” building across the street which was terrible. Tub was dirty, had hair in it, water wouldn’t get hot. It really looked like a motel that’d typically run you about 70$ a night. I was very disappointed. I attached a photo of what I pulled from the drain in order for me to take my cold shower. I honestly haven’t really used booking.com since.
- Pablo (3/5): - The hotel is located in a good area, and you can walk to the near restaurants. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the floor and wals; the carpet and chair was very dirty! the towel and bed smell not dirty but bad... if you move something in the room you will found a lot of dirt hidden below.
I asked to clran the room and only did it once and i stay for 6 days, at least somebody come to clean the bathroom and all the hair there.
- Ariana (10/5): -
- Nancy B (6/5): - The Greek restaurant in the lobby The carpets in the room were gross
- Dave (5/5): The cost of the room was much too expensive for the value - I was given a cart to take my suitcases to my room across the yard. That was helpful as they were heavy. I was able to charge my phone at the front desk Dirty room, dust/substance on pillow, small uncomfortable bed
- ALEKSANDRA (3/5): -
- Bernier (6/5): -
- Adrian (4/5): -
- Andres (5/5): Ok - That I could Sleep They didn’t want to receive us because we did a last minute reservation
- Keilsy (1/5): Mala - La ubicación y atención del personal Todo. Las instalaciones son super antiguas y más allá de eso deterioradas alfombras sucias, mal olor, sábanas manchadas. Todo deteriorado
- Sami (1/5): - I am writing about our 3-night reservation at the Chateau Bleau Hotel in Miami.
The reservation was made under a "Partially Refundable" policy that explicitly stated:
"If you cancel after booking, the cancellation fee will be equal to the cost of the first night. If you do not show up, the unused reservation fee will be equal to the cancellation fee."
This policy limits the fee to only the first night.
However, upon arrival at the hotel, we encountered extremely unacceptable and unsafe conditions:
• The room was shockingly dirty – the carpets, curtains, and beds were visibly soiled.
• Some beds didn't even have proper blankets.
• Hygiene standards were far below a reasonable standard of accommodation.
More importantly, a dangerous security incident occurred. My 59-year-old friend went out onto the balcony and became locked inside, trapped outside for about an hour. His phone was inside the room, and since he didn't speak English, he had to call for help. Eventually, the reception staff had to break down the room door to rescue him.
This constitutes a serious security breach and a potential threat to health and life.
Due to these unacceptable hygiene conditions and this serious security incident, we immediately left the hotel and did not stay for the remaining 2 nights.
This was not a voluntary cancellation. It was a justified and necessary departure due to health and safety concerns.
According to the stated cancellation policy, only the cost of the first night is refundable. Therefore, we demand an immediate refund for the remaining 2 unused nights.
Furthermore, due to this departure, we were forced to book a different hotel through Booking.com. We expect Booking.com to maintain minimum safety and quality standards for the properties it lists.
If this matter is not resolved immediately, we will file a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (Consumer Protection Division).

- Teresa (4/5): The cost is considerably less than other places close to the airport. Fine for the night. - Location good for one night prior to cruise departure. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Very old and rooms need some serious updating. The television wasn’t working and someone had to come up and plug the set in. The man said it happens all the time, people unplug the televisions in the rooms and try to steal stuff.
- Ernesto (9/5): -
- Martin (2/5): The tub wasn’t clean i had to clean my room myself. the lights wasn’t working properly. - I left two days early how can i get a refund because of the dirt The view
- Carlos Alberto (1/5): Imagine a cheap hotel room used as a last resort lair in a 1950s bad spy movie set in Albania. - I've been traveling for a living for the past 36 years. I ended up in this hotel because it was the only one not ridiculously priced option at 10:00 pm during the winter storm, which by domino effect created havoc on the Miami airport and many flights were cancelled. I got stuck in this Miami hotel until I could reasonably find my way back to Houston.
Chateaubleu is definitely not a castle on the Loire. Granted it is 2-star hotel with a 5.4 Booking.com rating, but it was the worst hotel room that I can recall, and I've been in strange cities.
What went well? The location is decent, and there is parking, WiFi and hot shower worked, saw no roaches, rats or corpses, and that's just about all that’s good about it. Somewhat clean, paint patches on all walls, old carpets, "vintage" bathroom and “amenities” (just shampoo and a soap bar, no conditioner), beat-up furniture, a eunuch drawer in the bed stand (no knob), no heating (it was 52 °F in Miami), no blanket (I supplemented a thin bed cover with a tiny bath towel), a sarcasm of an ironing board, no courtesy drinking water (they charged me $5 for two small bottles), ice bucket but no ice machine in the building (you had to go across the street), a shuddering elevator, coffee maker but no filter (they supply instant coffee). The balcony door could not be locked, and this satellite building had no outside card reader and neither had the elevator. My room door would not lock from the inside either, so I had to rely on the swing-bar lock as my last line of defense.
All of this luxury for only $338.
Stay here if you want to experience vintage hospitality, say like in Albania in 1952 (and perhaps you had no other choice of lodging, because you were a fugitive from Hoxha’s secret police).

- Serita (1/5): Bad choice - Hot water Everything except the hot water. I was moved to a different room due to the first room not being clean at all to my discovery. Trash in the room, towels on the bathroom floor, and the bed looks like someone had just got of it. The second, semi-clean with hair on the floor and tub, half the shampoo used out the personal complementary tubes, rugs smelled like urine, window curtains dirty, section of the windows exposed to the outside to see in, lights not working and falling off the walls and a large hole in bathroom door. This place is a waste pool and needs a serious upgrade or condemning. I am so unhappy and feel disgusted after being moved twice, and it is still not livable. Tried to clean it myself and still smell the urine. The amount I paid should be way less for what i received. Please do not stay here.

- Juan (4/5): Smelly with a touch of friendliness. - The room was big, but the carpet was old and smelly. My wife had to buy a deodorizer at a nearby dollar store. The microwave worked but had a few burnt marks inside. The balcony door barely closed. The shower handle didn’t have a screw, so it was just hanging on the thread. Elevator was good but slow. The staff was nice.

- Nadia 🇵🇪 (7/5): - Buena relación calidad-precio.
- Ira (4/5): - Room was in a state of disrepair. Bed hard, on boards, springs coming up in matress. Disinfectant odor like it was poured all over. Next room got painted with paint that had really strong odor.. thought there was diesel fumes. Carpets filthy and ripped.
- Adam (8/5): -
- Preston (8/5): - The hotel itself is definitely in need of some upgrades—the rooms had an old, musty smell and could use a major refresh. The price however was in the “you get what you pay for” range, so we weren’t entirely shocked by the room conditions. That said, the staff more than made up for it. Every single person we interacted with was unbelievably friendly and helpful, truly 10/10 service. The area felt safe, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The restaurant downstairs, hands down the best food we had our entire trip—worth visiting even if you’re not staying at the hotel!
- Sherri (6/5): Filled the need of a place to stay. - It was fine for the money. I only needed a place to sleep and didn’t want to spend a lot. Fantastic location. Beautiful pool. My only complaint was the pillows. Super hard and really high. I couldn’t sleep because my neck was tilted so bad because of it. so I used all the towels as my pillow. Bring your own pillow and the place is great to stay if you need location and don’t want to break the bank.
- Evelin (6/5): - They need check the cleaning room employees

- Garcia (7/5): -
- Muñoz Hurtado (7/5): - La ubicación La habitación aunque estaba recién pintada, el aire acondicionado es mut viejo, no enfría suficiente y las alfombras son muy viejas deben ser cambiadas
- Smarlie (2/5): - There is a big stain on the bed sheet. One of the chair is broken, and the other one is stained. There was a moth in the room. Dust all over. The carpet floor is stained
- Carlos (8/5): - need more cleaning in the rooms
- Frank (10/5): - Very friendly staff !
- Neslan (10/5): -
- Sandra (10/5): - The person at the front desk was very kind. The hotel is seemingly from the 1940's-50's there are many details from that era. I personally love them. Well worth staying.
- Londoño (4/5): -
- Jose Enrique (10/5): - The place is nice is near the restaurants and near the airport
