Our room was comfortable and very clean. I felt it would have been nice to have a restroom on the first floor instead of either having to go up to your room or down a level.

The hotel is very nice, included breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The overall experience was great. We liked everything about the booking and our stay. - Carla (8/5): All in all it was ok I stayed two nights and that was enough - The location was excellent as it is very close to the Vatican and therefore ideal for St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican museum I didn’t like the lack of usable communal spaces, everywhere was full of guests so it was difficult to find a space to seat. Breakfast wasn’t particularly good either very average indeed

Buenas camas, buen tamaño de baño, habitación insonorizada, buen desayuno. la ubicación es optima si visitas el vaticano, museos y quieres estar por esa zona. La recepción (atención en el front desk) es algo impersonal, poco empática, bordeando lo "mecánico". Creo que debería ponerse más atención en el cliente por el servicio que está pagando no solo por tener un lugar donde dormir, si no por sentirse bien recibido.

- Hama1 (10/5): 快適に過ごせました。ありがとう！ - バチカンを中心に回られる方にはロケーションもよく、ホテルのサービス、設備グレードも良いと思います。今回、テラス付きの部屋を取りましたが、部屋の大きさも十分で、マットレスが硬かったので、ベッドパッドをお願いするとすぐに手配設置してくれました。スタッフの対応もよく、バチカン近辺ホテルでこの五年間で４つ別々なホテルに泊まりましたが、ここが一番よかったと思います。スタッフの皆さん ご対応ありがとうございました。 値段はそれなりなのと、バチカン以外に移動される方は、Uberを利用するなど、対応が必要かと。最寄りの地下鉄駅のOttavianoまでは徒歩で15分程度かかります。一般謁見や、サン・ピエトロ寺院入場やドーム登りなど、朝早くバチカンで行動することが必要な方にとっては、便利ですが、その他観光地にはやや不便かもしれません。アメリカなどの団体ツアーがよく利用されるみたいですが、年齢の高い方が多いこともあり、皆さん落ち着いていて気になりませんでした。

Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages le matin avant de prendre notre chambre dans l'après-midi. la gentillesse du personnel qui s'en est occupé. Bon matelas. Belle décoration dans l’hôtel. La bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. La proximité de la gare qui permet de retourner à l'aéroport facilement. l'accueil très froid de tout le personnel à la réception. Nous avons eu affaire à eux à 2 reprises à notre arrivée, et ensuite à notre départ, pas un sourire, pas un "bienvenue", pas une seule explication sur le wifi, sur les horaires de petit-déjeuner, sur les possibilités de diner le soir à l’hôtel ou encore sur les infrastructures ou facilités de l’hôtel. Et au départ, un aurevoir, merci d'avoir choisi notre hôtel, bon voyage ... seraient de trop... Les oreillers, tout plats, une catastrophe; pour un 4* c'est juste inacceptable. le minimum serait au moins de mettre 2 oreillers d'épaisseurs différentes. Et qu'on ne me dise pas qu'il fallait demander un autre oreiller à la réception, ce n'est pas professionnel comme principe, quand on est en pyjama et qu'on se couche, on ne va pas descendre demander un oreiller valable. Le café du petit déjeuner, vraiment mauvais. Nous avions demandé au serveur un café, et il nous a redirigé vers le thermos. il a fallu qu'on lui dise que ce n'était pas du café pour qu'il accepte de nous en servir un vrai. Pour un 4*, il me semble incompréhensible de ne pas avoir un café de qualité. Même chose dans la chambre, des sachets de café médiocres. L'insonorisation, on a été réveillé à plusieurs reprise par les voisins du dessus, ou le bruit dans le couloir, on entendait les voisins dans leur chambre. le rapport qualité/prix

- Randall (9/5): Good hotel and location. Most of the staff were good. - Clean, nice room with a balcony. Breakfast was great. Location to Vatican City Some breakfast staff were having an argument one morning. Air conditioner was poor. We suffered from being too hot while sleeping

- Juraj (9/5): - Location is great, close to St. Peter's Square. Nice hotel, restaurant, bar are nice and good too. The same was with our room. Maybe not a big selection of vegetables at breakfast, but that's everywhere in Italy. Wifi and Internet are a bit complicated. It doesn't work if you have a VPN. Without a VPN it's a bit slow and you have to log in again. But maybe it's just a problem with my mobile and security settings. But I don't have this problem in other hotels.

Even though the room was available, we were told they had to charge us for an extra night because of the early check in.

- Markus (10/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt vom Petersplatz. Auch andere Attraktionen in Rom sind aufgrund der Lage schnell mit dem Nahverkehr erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren alle immer sehr hilfsbereit und stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

I visited Rome to spend Good Friday and Easter Sunday at St Peter's A few days before check in I received a notification that the Hotel will request an extra service charge, which was optional. I was told that after the initial bottle of water provided anything more had to be obtained from the mini bar at an extra cost!

Staff stored luggage when we went to Firenze which was very helpful first day tried to check in early and we ate breakfast but were rushed to get out as restaurant was closing. It would have been nice to have more time or even offer to pack some food for us so we did not need to eat in such as rush.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The staff recommended an excellent place for lunch our first day and it was by far our favorite place to dine in Rome.
- StaceyJ520 (10/5): Perfect - Stayed for 2 nights celebrating my husbands 40th surprise trip to Rome We stayed in apartment near the Colosseum first 2 nights then headed to the Vatican City to stay in this hotel. We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected and surprisingly had been upgraded to a balcony and room with a view! Wow it was better than we could have expected. This was a great addition to our trip. After the amazing views of the Colosseum in our first 2 nights, having views from the balcony of the St Basilica topped it off! We couldn't be happier. The hotel considering how close it is to St Peter's Square it was surprisingly quiet. We didnt get much sleep our first two night but slept like babies here! The room was immaculately clean and smelt gorgeous. The little extras in our room, chocolates, pillow service, bathrobes and slippers made it feel like a luxury stay. The house keepers even cleaned our room after we had gone back for lunch in our room one day which was a nice addition. The whole hotel was beautiful. Every staff member we encounter where so helpful and accommodating. The reception staff 10/10 great customer service. We did not eat in the hotel itself but wish we had, but with our tight schedule we did not have time. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you for amazing stay!
- ma.fe (8/5): Soggiorno ad un passo da San Pietro - La stanza era spaziosa e molto pulita. Buona anche la posizione perché si trova a meno di 10 minuti a piedi da San Pietro. Ero con un gruppo e avevano 3 camere: in tutte le 3 camere le tende oscuranti non si chiudevano del tutto e la mattina entrava la luce. Da un hotel di questo tipo mi aspetto che questi dettagli siano curati. Inoltre purtroppo l'addetto con cui abbiamo fatto il check out era molto scortese sia con i clienti sia con i colleghi. Mi dispiace perché con il resto dello staff ci siamo trovati bene.
