• Shigeru (8/5): 何度かパリに行ってますが、次回はこのホテルを選ぶと思います。 - 正直のところパリでの宿泊ホテルでは朝食はあまり期待してなかったけど、ここのホテルの朝食は個人的に大変良かったです。バリエーションも多く、通常の大手ホテルチェーンと比べても内容にこだわりがあって好感が持てました。 立地に関しては満点です、徒歩でオペラまでも行けるし、天気の良い日はシャンデリア通りまで散歩がてら歩いていけます。余談ですがダイアナ妃が事故で亡くなる前に止まってたホテルのあるパレスバンドー広場までも歩いて行けます。

• Ria (8/5): Nice friendly hotel in a good location. Would stay here again! - Very nice - we stayed here for out first night in Paris. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good, lots of great food spots around. the Balcony view was quite magical in the mornings. Room is humble with shower at the end of the bed but we found this super fun and quirky! Shower was nice clean and powerful! V Happy with our stay. We would stay again if choosing a hotel ! Nothing. It was a very simple and easy stay! I really can't think of anything to put here.

À la réception, ils nous a pas étaient demandés si on comptait partir avant. La femme de ménage est rentrée deux fois dans la chambre pour voir si nous étions là entre 10h et 11h. • BEGUM (8/5): - Locatie was geweldig. Personel was echt vriendelijk Ontbijt was goed maar met veel wachttijd. Er zijn 3 a 4 tafels voor 4 personnen en 1 toog voor 5 personen. Dus ze hadden geen voldoende personeel of bestek en tafel om meer dan 15 persoon tergelijke tijd te ontbijten. Ze hebben echt hun best gedaan om iedereen ontbijt te serveren maar we moesten meer dan 1u wachten om service te krijgen. De rest was goed.

• Katelyn (6/5): Just okay, but probably wouldn’t stay again - The hotel is in an excellent, central location. The staff were lovely as well. The breakfast is quite good - it has a decent selection to start the day off nicely. The housekeeping seems inadequate. I had a double room which was very small with stained curtains and stained decorative pillows. You couldn’t open the toilet door fully because the bed was in the way. My bed also did not have sheets that fit properly, so at night my feet were on the bare mattress topper. I did speak to reception about it, but it was never handled. The in-room tea and coffee amenities looked quite old - as if they’re never changed out if a guest doesn’t use them. As a result I didn’t use them either because they seemed old. The housekeeping also never refreshed basic items like the toiletries or toilet roll during the stay.

• Geert (6/5): Goed gelegen hotel enkel het ontbijt viel ons tegen - De kamer was klein, maar cava voor een citytrip. De laatste dag zat er een vrouw aan de receptie die vrij 'beperkt' was in de engelse taal, de andere dagen was er een jongen deze was wel heel hulpvaardig. Het ontbijt vooral de 2de en de 3de dag viel tegen, wij waren rond 9u gaan ontbijten (dit kan tot 10:30u), er was nog heel weinig over en hadden verwacht dat dit bijgevuld zou worden, helaas wij moesten telkens gaan vragen is er dit en is er dat en dan nog aan personeel dat totaal geen engels sprak. De tafels bleven vuil staan (terwijl het personeel op hun smartphone zaten), het volk dat nog toekwam moest zelf de afval van de tafels op een andere tafel zetten. Terwijl het personeel van de 1ste dag dit wel perfect deed.

We reported it to management, internal investigation completely twisted the story without any proof, being called liar and trying to defame them for our room being entered without our consent and underwear and other valuable clothing being stolen. Management and staff has no accountability what so ever, and will try to actively find excuses and ways how to throw the issue back at you. Only went for this hotel because of its location, however do your math if you are willing do go through these mentioned in exchange for a good location. The outcome of the internal investigation has been fully twisted, no compensation provided and absurd reasoning from their side.

I was transparent about the steps I intended to take if this matter was not resolved — that is not a threat, it is a straightforward communication of my rights as a consumer. Framing that as defamation reflects poorly on your team’s judgment & accountability, not mine. Regarding the amount claimed: when we reported the missing items at reception, we were in the process of checking out and had not yet fully reviewed our luggage. Our initial estimate was approximately €300. Upon properly inspecting our belongings afterward, we identified an additional item valued at €330, bringing the total to approximately €700. This is not an inconsistency — it is due diligence. At no point did I request you finance my stay; I asked for accountability when items went missing under your roof. As for the other guests at reception — we waited there for two to three hours before our departure and clearly overheard conversations between guests and your receptionists regarding similar concerns. Calling this fabricated is simply untrue. Your staff has suggested against filing a police report because I sought a straightforward resolution from the hotel directly. You have suggested strategically filling out the police report one week after the stay. Unfortunately, your team’s consistent dismissiveness made that impossible. I will be sharing my experience on the relevant platforms. This is not defamation — it is an honest account of events. If your concern is reputation, the most constructive response would have been to take accountability rather than accuse a guest of blackmail and fabrication. We stayed at Best Western Hotel Opéra Drouot from April 3rd to April 7th, and what happened during this stay was completely unacceptable. Despite repeatedly putting up the “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping still entered the room and one of our bags with clothes and underwear went missing, including an Acne Studios T-shirt worth 330€. We reported the issue immediately, yet the hotel gave us vague promises, delayed responses, and then later tried to claim there was no sign on the door at all. That is not only inconsistent, it is insulting given that we raised the issue in person and by email multiple times. The whole handling of this case felt evasive and dishonest. Even worse, during departure we overheard another guest complaining about their belongings being touched too, which makes this seem like a much bigger problem than a one-off mistake. Whether the hotel wants to admit it or not, guest privacy and property were not respected here. The stay started well, but the way this incident was handled ruined everything. I would strongly advise anyone staying here to be very careful with their belongings and not to expect proper accountability if something goes wrong.

La chambre est spacieuse et dispose de toutes les commodités, d'une propreté parfaite et d'une excellente literie. Le surclassement a en outre été particulièrement apprécié. Petit déjeuner riche et varié (sucré: croissants, jus, pancakes avec sirop d'érable, beignets au chocolat mais aussi beaucoup de salé pour les amateurs !) La localisation est idéale pour être proche de tout les centres d'intérêt en en peu de temps (proche musée Grévin par exemple). Je vous recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés ! Rien
• Ksenia (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Paris - We really liked everything about this hotel - it's location is very central, with the area full of restaurants of any kind. The hotel is also very close to the metro station. The breakfast was great - a very rich buffet that offered a very good selection of cheeses, meats and fantastic fresh pastries, along with omlette, yogurts, jams and fruits. Our room was very small - like all parisien rooms - but very cozy and clean, with a very comfirtable bed and a stunning view over roofs of Paris!

L'accès au lit coté fenêtre est obstrué par un pan de mur. Il y a peu d'espace pour bouger sans gêner l'autre personne. Deux valises, deux petits sacs à dos pour nos ordis portables, deux personnes, cela suppose qu'il faille être souple comme une gymnaste pour atteindre la salle de bain. Le plan affiché sur la porte indique que les autres chambres sont sur le même modèle. Couloir très sonore. Le petit déjeuner se prend aussi dans un espace minuscule. Optimiser chaque cm2 n'est pas forcément une bonne option pour l'accueil des clients.
