• Ilayda (5/5): Für ein low-budget kurz Trip ist es ok aber wenn man auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene achtet dann sollte man sich lieber ein a - Lage ist zentral, auf wunsch wurde die wäsche gewaschen und getrocknet. Durtfen das zimmer wechseln. Auf Nachrichten wird immer geantwortet und bei fragen wird einem geholfen. Sehe nettes personal. Preis-Leistung war ok. Es nicht zu laut wenn man früher schlafen möchte. Nicht wirklich sauber, kaltes wasser am abend wenn man duschen wollte , denke dass es aber nur in dem zimmer so war (203) und nicht in allen zimmern, da wir davor in einem anderen zimmer waren und dort hatten wir warmes Wasser jedoch haben wir das zimmer auf Wunsch gewechselt weil im zimmer 202 aus dem schrank neben dem fenster laute Geräusche kamen ( dauerhaft, wegen des zählers denke ich. Ka was das war)

• Kseniia (7/5): - Очень удачная локация в самом центре Бейоглу, все рядом и было очень удобно добираться в любое место. До метро 10-15 минут, до трамвайной остановки 3 минуты, рядом Галапорт и множество мест для еды. Приветливый персонал, говорит на русском. В целом осталось хорошее впечатление, чисто, удобное спальное место и матрас, есть горячая вода. Для нас эти факторы были незначительными, локация и удобство в целом перевешивали минусы, но не могу не сказать о них: 1. Очень сильный запах сырости, как только заходишь в номер. Вентиляция в ванне не справляется, есть черная плесень, запах сырости попадает и в саму комнату. В ванной не работал переключатель на лейку и мы мылись только под тропическим душем. 2. Тонкие стены с соседней комнатой — для нас это было некритично, мы очень уставали и сразу отрубались. Но пару раз слышали все разговоры и интимные моменты соседей))) 3. Номер требует ремонта — взбухший пол, разбитые плинтуса, пятна на стенах. Опять же, для нас это было некритично и в целом в номере было чисто.

Very noisy (out room was on street side) not even during the day but night as well. In the booking description was written washing machine, but there was not :( From the bathroom came a bad smell, during our 5 nights stay the towels has been not changed, garbage not collercted at all.

There is a lift in the house and the water is hot immediately after you turn it on, which is not always like that in old buildings The rooms are not soundproof inside the house but I had no problem with noise outside (my room didn't face the street). Район Порт Галат, рядом, в пешей доступности достопримечательности, хорошие рестораны, много кафе, набережная для прогулок. Трансфер в аэропорт прибыл заранее, добрались очень быстро. Никогда не останавливайтесь здесь, если ваша цель хорошо выспаться перед следующим перелетом, например. Это был ад. На дороге, прямо под окнами отеля до 3 часов ночи без перерыва сигналили, газовали, ездили на машинах с оглушительным ревом и громкой музыкой. Закрытые окна абсолютно не уменьшали шум, укрыться от него было негде. В результате не спали до 3-х ночи, а утром рано в аэропорт. Ещё совет: когда будете заселяться, попросите встречающего записать на листке информацию: WiFi и код от входа в подъезд. Погуляв вечером по набережной и вернувшись, обнаружили запертый подъезд. На звонки рецепционист не реагировал, хотя был на месте. Войти смогли только с курьером. Также хотелось бы отметить дешевые старые, комковатые подушки, которые давно нужно поменять. Также актуально для женщин: в номере очень тусклый свет, нанести макияж будет проблематично Также сомнительна идея вешалок с одеждой над чайным столиком. В общем, не рекомендую.
• stella (2/5): - There is no hotel sign indicating name of the hotel!! It seems is not even a hotel. It took taxi 15 minute just to find a location. We asked the cofffee shop to locate the so called hotel.There were no suite !! The room lights wires were all exposed! Molds around moldings, no clothing cabinet, our view was burned black wall. 6:00 am traffic and construction noise started!! So we left the so called hotel next day and went to another hotel. We lost our hotel booking for 3 days but it was worth it to leave. Just the reminder, this is not a hotel that you think it is. Ask the hotel owner to take pictures from inside rooms then you will believe us and will understand why we left and went to another hotel.

• Ting (8/5): Good location, comfortable bed, good value for the money, a bit noisy and not super clean. - The area is quite lively. There are many places / tiny alleys to explore. The street is a bit noise at night but it doesn't bother me too much. The curtain in the room is not dark enough, so the whole room becomes very bright and it's difficult to continue sleeping. The carpet was not very clean. We saw quite some hair....
• Antoniou (8/5): Great for convenience - The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city and close to many tourist attractions, which made exploring super easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Since the area is quite popular, it can get noisy, especially in the evenings. We also noticed a strong smell, like air pollution, coming in every time we opened the window. Unfortunately, the window couldn’t lock properly (room 303), which was a bit concerning.

• Niko (6/5): A fine budget stay, despite a couple of problems. - Overall a nice room with a good view. Location and service was nice, helpful staff. Poorly sealed windows, very noisy, despite being in 6th floor. Shower drain was also quite clogged, that could easily be fixed to improve comfort. Bathroom could use an extra level for keeping clothes and other items.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Ortalamanın altında - Giriş saatimizden önce otelde görevli kişi bize wp dan ulaştı, saat kaçta giriş yapacağımızı sorup o saatte yemekte olacağını, vermesi gereken bilgileri wp dan yazsa sorun olup olmayacağını sordu nezaketen sorun olmaz dedik fakat bilgi vermedi. Otele dair yazı, tabela asla yok sorarak bulduk. Gittiğimizde resepsiyonda kimse yoktu, beklemek zorunda kaldık. Oda asla fotoğraftaki gibi değil ki özellikle bunu sormama rağmen… Odamızda Tv de sinyal yoktu arayıp söyledik. Tabiri yapacak kişinin gönderdiği mesaj “ Kusura bakmayın yetişirsem geleceğim, bugün pazar erken eve gitmek istiyorum dedi.” Otel çıkışımızda resepsiyonda anahtarı teslim edeceğimiz kimse yoktu. 1 gün kaldık ama daha farklı yer tercih edebilirmişiz. Oda temizdi, market, yemek için yerler yakın, konumu güzeldi.

• Undine (6/5): It’s okay if you stay for a very short stay. - The location of this place is great, everything is either walkable distance or you can get the tram. The staff are very helpful. The room was very basic, very dark. The lights were so dim that at night time it was just super dark. The towels that we were given looked more like cleaning rugs, they were stained and just looked like they had to go in the bin. We stayed for a little over 5 days and it just wasn’t for us, but the as said the staff and location is great.

• Krzysztof (8/5): Very good - Very good location. A room with simple furnishings, large and comfortable, no 501. There is a kettle, tea, instant coffee and a fridge. The bathroom is clean with liquid soap, shower gel and a hairdryer. Very friendly staff, they offered us jelly beans ;-). Great old TV series :D. Polonya selam söylüyor :-) Quite noisy from the street, we recommend sleeping in earplugs (we do that).

The last day my cell phone didnt work and Mekan helped me with much patience and willingness to find a way to print all the necessary papers for my trip back home. Highly recommend, especially for the hospitality of the staff.

There is only liquid soap and some strange liquid in the shower. There are no disposable shower gels, shampoos, slippers, etc. although this is all stated.

• Rana (9/5): Cosy and budget friendly, we’d definitely come here again! - The thing i loved most is that the staff is extremely hospitable and fluent in english which is always a plus in turkey. The room is small but comfortable and sufficient for 2 people. The price is really good. (We paid 300$ for 5 nights with a special discount from Booking). Its perfect for a short-term stay and exploring istanbul. Location is really good, in between istkilal street (hiking up) and the metro station (moving down). There are many coffee shops, restaurants, mini markets in the same street. We took the room with the sea view, 6th floor, lift available till the 5th floor and its just one flight of stairs but its an easy one. We’re glad we took this room - the sunrise view was phenomenal. The bed was so comfy. Hot water is not a problem. Previous reviews mentioned noises from the street and thin walls - that wasn’t our experience at all so don’t give it a second thought. The staff will provide you with water, tissues and towels instantly upon request. They even took the initiative to order and handle our airport cab transfer. Thank you again to the hosts! Suggestions for improvement: - The bathroom could have mini shelves so one could place their toiletry - Bath door needs oiling - The place is a bit dim, could use more lights

I am very pleased with such friendly people and always ready to provide you with attention. The hotel and rooms are clean and pleasant. The only negative is that no one cleaned my room for 5 days and the maid showed no interest in tidying up. But at the reception they brought me clean linen.

• Kübra (10/5): Alles super! - Meine Freundin und ich waren 5 Tage in diesem Hotel und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit allem gewesen. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Man ist schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Metrostation (Tophane) sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Dazu ist die Einkaufsstraße (İstiklal Caddesi) mit vielen Geschäften auch 10 Minuten Fußweg in der Nähe. Wir würden uns wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Danke für alles! 🙌

You can clearly hear people in the next room. So good location and staff but small rooms with not a lot of facilities. Basic stay at a good location.

The staff is over the top friendly and helpful with recommendations on where to eat and Turkish baths and cafes. We could not recommend this place more and will definitely be back!

• Yahya (9/5): Value for location 10/10, comfort 9/10, defiantly will choose again. - The location is 10/10, its 1 minutes to tophane tram station, this tram lane can take you to alfateh area and from this lane you can connect to multiple lane to visit most of the attractions of Istanbul. Karakoy is 4 minutes walking in shaded walkways by trees. Galata port in less than 9 minutes of walking. Many groceries within 1-2 minutes of walking. Istiklal street is 10 minutes of walking, but keep in your mind the street is on slope. The water heater for the shower stopped for 1.5 day, the staff was very supportive and solve it as fast as they could, but keep it in mind. The sound isolation between rooms is weak, we can hear the next room talks clearly, but it’s well isolated from street sounds once you close the window.

• Айсылу (10/5): Enjoyed :) - The host was super nice and welcoming, the room was fine, all good. It was a bit hard to fall asleep as it’s located on a busy street and there’s no noise cancellation.

• Abdulrahman (10/5): Family friendly - Nice family-friendly place. Clean. Friendly staff. Fully accessible by wheelchair/stroller. Rooms as in the pictures. Location is 5-stars. Recommended.
• Frank (10/5): I would recommend it to everyone!!! - The location is great!!! Within walking distance of tourist attractions. The room was exactly like in the photos. The staff was very friendly, they helped with everything. Definitely a place worth the money you pay. I look forward to coming again.
• Gürkan (10/5): I recommend to Pesa Suites ! - I stayed at Pesa Suites for one night with my girlfriend. It was a wonderfully quiet night. I was able to really rest and that's great for me. The room was sparkling. They were really meticulous about cleaning. It is really important to have paid laundry service in the apartment. All my clothes were washed and having the dryer was a great experience. All my clothes were prepared in an hour and a half on average. The staff are friendly and smiling. You wake up in the morning with the sunrise in your room and the view of the historical galata tower. It worth the money you pay. it was price performance. I will definitely visit again. I would recommend it to everyone !
• Alexane (8/5): Séjour en couple - Séjour parfait, chambre très jolie et propre avec une belle vue. Nous n'avions malheureusement pas d'eau chaude mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un superbe séjour
• Ahmet (8/5): Güzel lokasyon ama... - Konumu harikaydı fakat kapıda ismi yazmadığı için aramadan konaklama mekanını bulmanız imkansız. Telefonla aradığımda yardımcı oldular. Oteldeki çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Yatak inanılmaz rahatsızdı, başlığı olmadığı için arada yastık duvarla yatak arasına düşebiliyor. Genel olarak temizdi. Galataport vb. yerlere ulaşımı dakikalar içerisinde (yürüyerek). Dizayn olarak modern bir yapılandırma kullanılmış. Duvarların yalıtımı pek iyi değildi. Rahat bir uyku için önermiyorum fakat bölgedeki ucuzluğundan dolayı tercih edilebilir. Yapı eski bir bina. Depremden dolayı korkunuz varsa tercih etmenizi önermem.
• Merlin (1/5): very disappointed ☹️ - very aggressive staff, also there no one park place, but they write in description that they have free parking. I have too much problem with that reservation. very very disappointed.
