Хозяйка Rosaria очень добрая, приветливая, помогала и отвечала на все вопросы, также ее помощница Катерина очень милая девушка, помогла мне разобраться с заселением и местами для города. Заселение онлайн, надо позвонить хозяйке по номеру или мессенджеру, имейте ввиду это, нужен интернет. Завтрак в кафе рядом с отелем, на завтрак дали круассан, пончик и кусочек тирамису. На мой взгляд за такую цену вы получаете индивидуальное место где спать, небольшой завтрак и прекрасное расположение, а также очень хороших людей. Мне понравилось.

La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: comoda per raggiungere i principali punti d’interesse, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e riservata. La cordialità del personale è davvero sorprendente: sempre sorridenti, disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza con discrezione e professionalità. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile, sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni, dettaglio che trasmette immediatamente un senso di cura e attenzione verso l’ospite. Un soggiorno che unisce comfort, eleganza e calore umano: assolutamente consigliato a chi desidera vivere Napoli nel modo migliore.
• iliana (1/5): The worst hotel experience i have ever had, one which required me making this very negative review to warn other people. - N/a The hostess was not present the entirety of the stay- i was told on multiple occasions that she would be coming for a check in as promised, only for her to not show. I had to be let in by the housekeeper who was just as confused as i was about the situation. Even the check out did not occur and the hostess was uncontactable, when she did contact me in the late evenings she was incredibly rude, demanding payment in cash even though she was not there to receive it. The facilities were awful: the shower did not work, there was black mould all over the bathroom, the charger, main light, and room fridge did not work, and there were bugs in the bathroom upon arrival.

Though initially, it took 10 mins to get through to her to check in, she made up for it throughout my stay. Price paid: €51/n The toilet bowl could be cleaned a little better. Kitchen area cannot be used. The kitchen tap was about to fall off. No coffee, just sugars.
• PETER ANTHONY (7/5): - Location, location, location. Nice breakfast at N'Express (you should also try their lunch and dinner - amazing food). The room price reflects the quality - I think the expression is 'competitively priced.' Main room light switch did not work, bed was extremely narrow and shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. A soap dispenser in the shower would be a useful addition. My bed linen and towels were not changed during my entire stay, but maybe you need to ask.

L'ho scelto per dormire a Napoli prima della discussione della mia tesi di laurea, ed il luogo è anche silenzioso e tranquillo. Mi serviva un ferro da stiro, e l'ho trovato. The inside of the air bnb is very cosy and comfortable and is also very clean. Air con is on,good WiF. There's a little kitchen facility where you can fix your food,have tea or caffe.

And the location does not favour mobile hotspot since I was having a very mobile network bars. These were extremely disturbing. The owner kept saying she would call the company, but it never got better till I left.

Don't expect a Hotel, it is an Airbnb kind. There is nobody you can ask questions. The Wifi doesn't work well. We had to ask for more toilet paper and the towels could have been better.

Booking says that breakfast is included and the reality is that there was not even a bottle of water in the room, nor soap, or enough toilet paper...Pillows are so big that you can't sleep with them.

Room had more or less everything you should need. AC was working, shower water was okay too. Breakfast was not far from location but it was rather typical Italian breakfast- coffee and croissant or so. Check in and check out process was a bit strange i had to call them few times to let me in. No rules were explained before or during the stay. I had to ask every time in case i needed anything. Never saw the owner during my 5 days stay so i could only text to get information. The shower itself was a bit old and with rust, the bed was for one person and is also rather a bit small and very noisy even when you just turn around. I personally didn’t like the quality of bedding: had few stains and smelled a bit strange like as if it wasn’t completely dry

• Mariaslp (5/5): The overall experience didn't meet our expectations. - On the positive side, it's worth noting that the rooms were clean. The cleanliness of the rooms contributed positively to our initial impression of the accommodation, providing a sense of comfort and hygiene upon arrival. Also, amidst the challenges, the lady and the owner did allow a slight delay in our checkout time, which we appreciated as it provided some flexibility. Towards the end of our visit, she made efforts to assist us in arranging transportation to the airport, showing a willingness to help despite earlier communication difficulties. However, our experience in the apartment was disappointing. From the second day onwards, there was no hot water, and attempts to contact the lady were unsuccessful as she had turned off her phone till the next day. The internet connection was poor, and soundproofing was extremely inadequate, with one window in the room failing to close properly, allowing disruptions to our peace. Additionally, the photos didn't accurately represent the environment and the location of the building. Communication was hindered by the lady's limited English skills, prolonging the process of addressing issues. The checkout process was problematic, with the host insisting on an early departure despite the booking page indicating a much broader checkout window. While we appreciate these efforts, they were overshadowed by the numerous issues we encountered. No cleaning or towel replenishment during our three-night stay further added to our disappointment. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the overall experience fell short of our expectations,

• Cristiano (2/5): Good potential but no customer service - It's in a great spot and the rooms are clean and modern There was no real staff on location and nobody answered the phone (called 5 times throughout my stay) What looked like to be the cleaning person handed over the keys to us without asking for any documents, and no instructions were given on the checkout despite numerous calls. Hot water worked only on the first night then it stopped for the rest of the stay with no ways of reporting it. On the last morning we were woke up by construction workers in the nearby room which cut the power at 9.10am... Update: Been dealing with customer service for the past weeks, the property didn't even provide a partial refund for the terrible experience, which i find disgraceful towards the overall opinion and service of Booking.com, i hope corrective measures will be taken against this property within this portal.

• Michal (9/5): Superb - Absolutely perfect location. From here the port, the old castle, the piazza plebiscito, and the station Napoli Centrale is at walking distance. You are just few steps from the Corso Umberto that offer large scale of shops and cafes. The apartment has quite large kitchen and space to sit and eat. I appreciate also easy communication with the owner. Thank you! The building is not in a perfect condition. This however does not affect the apartment itself. Maybe the owner should change the aparment's door lock. Nothing serious.

• Bin (10/5): Hotel is nice and people is kind. Nothing better. - It is a nice place and the hotel people is very kind. The room is lovely, clean and well-prepared. The location is very close to University of Naples and the city port. To reach the hotel per Alibus from airport, it is recommended to get off at the 2nd stop or city port and continued with 5 min walking. A supermarket is within 2 min walk. Another Carrefour is beside the university in 5 min walk. The hotel people also offer me a nice Italian breakfast in a nearby restaurant, which is also recommended. The hotel locates between high buildings, where O2-signal is not very good. Telephone/SMS/Booking.com message service is hardly available outside the hotel. It is recommended to communicate with hotel people before leaving the main street. (~50 meter to hotel.) But this is of course not a issue of the hotel but of O2. The general situation of Naples is not included in my comment of this hotel.

• Gillian (6/5): Felt unsafe and scared on arrival. Good value for money once you get comfortable with location of property. - This property was great value for money on the inside. The room was clean and as pictured. I arrived at the property at about 10.30pm (my flight arrived late).. I was told there would be self-check in but not given any details of what this meant. I arrived at the property and there was no sign outside the property matching the name of the booking - the Brilliant Place. A taxi driver from the airport took me to an adjacent street and walked me down two dark alleys to get to the property. I had just arrived in a huge, unknown city as a solo female traveller and felt extremely uneasy arriving at the property. There was no sign saying ‘the Brilliant Place’ outside and none of the buzzers said the Brilliant Place. The property is situated on a dark, quiet street with a huge gate saying ‘25’. There was nothing here that made me feel like I was in the right place. The taxi driver pressed the buzzers and someone without speaking opened the gate which made me feel really unsafe and weary to enter the property. I tried to call the owner (who was not at the property) and initially did not get through and then did not manage to speak to her in English. It turns out she had asked a Spanish couple staying in the property to let me into the property but she had not communicated this to me so I felt very uneasy about entering the property (so uneasy that I was about to go and try and find somewhere else to stay) until a neighbour appeared who did speak English and I felt reassured that I was in the right place and that I could trust the Spanish couple and enter the property. This was not an ideal start. Two things - 1. the signs outside the property should match booking.com 2. The owner should better communicate with guests arriving out with normal check-in times. If she had contacted me and told me in advance and told me to expect a Spanish couple and explained the situation, I would have felt much safer arriving. Be prepared to feel unsafe if you are arriving at night by yourself straight from the airport.

• Rosa (3/5): Poor - The apartment looked nice and clean on the inside, and is relatively close to the historic center. The place was difficult to find for me, there was no sign outside or any name on the door to contact the owner. The house looked honestly creepy and abandoned from the outside, def no place I would normally enter as a female solo traveler. Luckily the downstairs door was open so I could go inside, and a neighbour pointed out the place to me. On the door, the name was not "The Brilliant Place" but something completely else. Felt like the whole thing was kind of a scam. When I arrived inside, the room was not completely prepared and the owner seemed confused who I was and what room I booked exactly. The owner recommended a few places around and was nice to talk to in general. But when it came to asking a few details about my stay, things got a bit vague, which may or may not had to do with a language barrier. The wi-fi was not working during my whole stay, even though I asked multiple times to fix it. Also, even though the name of the place was literally "Bed and Breakfast" the owner told me on the phone (the next morning, after I woke up hungry and a bit confused where the breakfast was) that it was not included in the booking and she was not able to prepare it in the place (even though there was a fully prepared kitchen). When I asked further, the tone got rude and she hung up on me. Then she sent me to a friend of hers which apparently owned another place, where I could get breakfast. Once I arrived there, I got a bunch of prepacked crackers. Not the experience I hoped for. All in all, kind of shady and many lacks of communication - and very different from the description here. Would not come again.
