• Alexandra (5/5): Para mí, no vale la pena. - Ubicación muy buena Cama incómodas, mucha humedad y calor pero el aire acondicionado era muy fuerte y no se podía manejar bien. Nada de espacio en la habitación (menos que en las fotos)

• Begoña (7/5): - El hotel esta bien situado con lavandería muy cerca . La habitacion demasiado justa. El desayuno bien. Se extravíó una de las tarjetas de abrir la puerta y tuvimos que pagar casi 18 euros. Me pareció excesivo y sin opción a devolución al aparecer la tarjeta que casi con seguridad quedo en la misma habitacion. Por esta falta de empatia con el cliente no volveria a repetir estancia.

• Giuseppe (7/5): Piccolo hotel pratico vicino a Doutumbori - Personale gentile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Hotel apparenza spartano. Camere decisamente piccole, c’era a mala pena lo spazio per muoversi. Non avrei fatto più di 2 notti. Posizione abbastanza vicina a Doutombori ma in una specie di quartiere cinese. Mi è sembrato poco autentico.

• Daniela (9/5): Simpatia, limpeza e localização bastante prática - Os funcionários eram de uma simpatia extrema, sempre muito atenciosos e prestáveis, o que tornou a estadia bastante agradável. Os quartos estavam sempre muito limpos e bem cuidados, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade durante toda a estadia. A localização, embora central e com bom acesso às principais zonas da cidade, obrigava sempre a cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada, o que por vezes se tornava um pouco cansativo, especialmente ao final do dia

• Sofi (7/5): - Okej för det priset vi betala. Frukost ingick men var mer ”matig” mot vad vi är vana vid. Personalen var inte så hjälpsam jämfört med andra boenden i Japan. Inget ”extra” som man upplevde på andra boende, tex gratis kaffe 24/7 eller glass, inte heller någon detalj för att det var vår bröllopsresa.

The only thing is that we were charged a city tax at the reception that was not included in the booking fee. The bathroom didnt have a lot of space for our stuff to be placed when using the shower. It was still very clean and good

• María (4/5): Sin más - La ubicación y el desayuno El alojamiento no estaba mal es más que básico si solo vas a dormir, está limpio pero es demasiado caro para lo pequeña que es la habitación y lo poco destacable que tiene el hotel, la recepción olía fatal y daban muy pocos amenities a diferencia de la mayoría allí en Japón la verdad es que para mi sin más no lo puedo catalogar como un mal alojamiento pero no volvería

Das Frühstück war vielfältig, es gab sowohl japanische als auch westliche Optionen zu Auswahl und frisches Obst. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr klein, vor allem im Bad gab es fast gar keine Ablagefläche. Aber das ist ja oft so in Japan.

• Zsanett (10/5): Nest location, nice staff - The location of the hotel is great, the staff is friendly, the room is clean, and the breakfast was good. The room had everything we needed. The room was small but practically furnished. It wasn’t the most comfortable with two large suitcases. We had to pay an extra fee at the front desk—probably a tourist tax—but since we arrived tired, I didn’t pay much attention to it. Booking mentioned that there might be other costs, but it would have been nice to know exactly what they would be and how much in advance. This is just a suggestion, but it would be helpful to address it.

• Abigail (8/5): Great location and friendly staff - Really good location nearby a lot of shops and transport. It was quiet and the staff were always friendly. They had a luggage forwarding service which was excellent. The fruit and granola for breakfast was super yummy! The bed was quite uncomfy and the blind was not fully blackout but other than that it was a pleasant stay!

• melanie (5/5): Disappointing - Japanese guy on the front desk did his best to be helpful but company policies worked against him. Location is good. Coffee at breakfast was very poor. Breakfast room quickly became over crowded. We asked for 1 extra pillow and amazingly in a hotel of this size there was not one spare pillow available. You have to arrange to have your room cleaned. Otherwise you empty your own bin which being small fills up quickly. A general feeling of not being welcome. Except gor tge kind and helpful Japanese reception guy staff are not friendly. It is company policy not to make restaurant bookings for guests. I undersrand this but help in at least making a phone call in Japanese would have been helpful. Even by Japanese standards our bedroom was tiny and for 4 nights uncomfortable.

• Chiara (7/5): Ok per un breve stop. - Struttura in ottima posizione e colazione piuttosto abbondante. Le camere troppo piccole, bagno incluso (per una claustrofobica non è stato dei migliori ecco). Servizio pulizie poco attento. Uno dei due ascensori era tutto incelofanato e invaso da un forte odore di vernice.

• Miquel Angel (9/5): Volvería a repetir - La ubicación es perfecta para explorar Osaka y sus barrios más céntricos. El hotel no tiene lavandería pero hay una cruzando la calle, lo que nos resultó muy práctico. Los empleados de la recepción fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo lo que les pedimos, incluso nos dejaron una báscula para pesar el equipaje. El desayuno no es lo mejor del hotel, está bien que sea salado, pero algunos de los platos eran demasiada fritura y se notaba en el sabor. Las opciones de fruta y cereales tampoco son muy variadas, pero es mejor que la fritura.

• Salomeja (7/5): Not the best experience - The hotel had a separate eating area. Also the staff were friendly. Also, we found the location more or less convenient. The entrance and surrounding seemed rather posh, but the room was small, had a weird smell and felt very used and old. The breakfast buffet closed very early (by 9 AM). Didn't like how they manipulate you to leave a review, if you want your check out time to be 11, instead of 10.
