The hotel was very clean, great presentation throughout and the staff very friendly and always seeking to assist. The room had a spectacular view, was well presented, lots of room to move around and a very comfortable bed. A lovely pool with bar and food facilities. Highly recommend! Breakfast - needed a little more variety to accommodate a variety of tastes.

The birds in the atrium added a lovely touch. Perfect in every way. There is absolutely nothing to fault with Park Royal Collection. It’s expensive, but there’s a reason!
- Neil C (8/5): Despite an initial hiccup at check-in the stay was excellent - The breakfast buffet and service was excellent, rooms were slightly more cramped than the Park Royal Pickering but still quite good. The view from the superior room of Marina Bay was amazing. The hotel location was also excellent and this motel has some of the best doormen I have ever come across while travelling. No request was too difficult and they way that they took care of my family was excellent. Check out was easy and flawless. Even with somewhat of a language barrier the lady I initially checked in with was blunt and very unhelpful. Booking.com messed up badly as I booked two double rooms and a triple room in the app and prepaid for them all. Upon arrival I was advised that there is no such thing as a triple room and that I needed to pay an additional $350 for somewhere for the third person, a 9 year old child, to sleep. Even after I showed her the booking and explaining multiple times I had already paid for everything the language barrier seemed too much for her and she insisted I need to pay the $350 immediately or nothing would be done. After going around in circles a few times I just had to let it go and face the fact that my kids would be sharing beds which was very disappointing considering I had already pre-paid everything. This got my trip off on the wrong foot but luckily the entire rest of the staff and hotel operations was enough to make up for her.

- Maya (8/5): A very enjoyable stay with beautiful views, despite a few issues - We had a very good overall stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms feel quite new and modern, and the view was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was generally good with a nice variety of food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The room could use more power outlets and better lighting, and the shower felt a bit small and dark. Breakfast service was sometimes slow despite empty tables being available, and overall it occasionally felt like conference guests were prioritized due to the many business events taking place at the hotel.

- Menekse (10/5): I recommended it to my sister and mom and told them to go back next year! - i booked the Signature Marina Bay King room (MBS view) and it was so amazing! I was sick for 2 days but couldn't complain more about it, i had a very nice view of the MBS and the whole singapore skyline! The staffs were very helpful and accommodating. i also felt very safe in the area, love that the hotel was close to shopping malls and there's an underground passes so didnt have to worry much when it rains. My booking didn't include breakfast, but i ordered room service for lunch and dinner, i wished there was more variety of the menu :)

- Anne (7/5): Not a usable balcony - Normal 5 * star exoerience in Singapore, everything what it should be but nothing more either. The room was advertised as having a balcony, which was my main reason for choosing this hotel. However, it was just a small door opening to a tiny space to stand. It wasn’t a usable balcony where you could sit, drink coffee, or read a book. This should not be advertised as a balcony.

- Alexandra (10/5): Tolle Lage, tolles Personal, tolles Hotel und super Frühstück. - Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine grosse Auswahl. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We upgraded to a room with a view of Marina Bay Sands, and it was absolutely worth it—especially at night when the skyline lights up. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is well worth it. The pool area is a highlight too, with stunning views and a great pool bar to relax at. Highly recommended. Nothing
