Proximo ao Vaticano. Enfim, excelente estadia. Só senti dificuldade de fazer o primeiro contato com o proprietário visto q o prédio é também residencial.

If you want to see the other side of the Tiber you have to walk for a couple of minutes but it didn't bother me. I would come again. Thanks :)

Das Bett hat keine High-End-Matratze, aber wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Sehr positiv: Eine kleine Dolce-Gusto-Maschine inkl. Kapseln! In näherer Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants. Bus- und Metrostationen sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ich würde wieder hierher kommen.
- Maria (10/5): - Great, inexpensive hotel to stay in Rome. It was a little tricky getting in, but once we figured it out, it was easy. Because these rooms are in some kind of an apartment building, you have to ring in. The concierge was not there at the time that we arrived, so we were a little confused about the whole process. We ended up ringing in another 'hotel' and got help from him and he guided us in. Everything was further complicated because our call was not going through (we're from the USA), so trying to reach the hotel was frustrating.

- Gretchen Idamis (10/5): - This little guest house is amazing. It’s very cheap, has the Vatican on a 10 min walk, the colosseum is a 22 minute walk and everything is very accessible. Don’t hesitate to book. It’s not luxury and it’s not fancy, but it is very clean and will be sufficient for saving money to your trip to Rome. I’m a very picky and very clean, this little hotel was just perfect.

We stayed for one night and then checked out because the neighbours were too noisy. The room was very clean but not sound-proofed. The owner is very service-minded and helped us with paying only for the first night. Thank you very much for your help.

Llegar al hotel nos dicen que la reserva es sólo para dos y que debemos de abonar un suplento de 40€ más tasas que se cobran incluso a menores de 10años por un valor de 3,5 noche /pesona. Total 90 € a mayores donde sólo se debía de abonar las tasas. Si ponemos filtros y hacemos búsquedas personalizadas, habiendo seleccionado una cuádruple no entiendo como nos exigen más sin aviso. Estoy pendiente que nos retorne el dinero de tasas de una de las menores pero no da señales de vida

W pokoju czysto, łóżka wygodne, klimatyzacja/ogrzewanie, pościel, ręczniki oraz mydło/żel były dostępne w cenie, niczego nam nie brakowało. Uciążliwy może być hałas z ulicy, ale nam akurat ze względu na porę roku za bardzo nie przeszkadzał przy zamkniętych oknach. W dniu świąt Bożego Narodzenia czekał na nas w pokoju poczęstunek co było bardzo miłym gestem ze strony właściciela. Kontakt również bez zastrzeżeń, uzyskałam odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania, nie było problemu z obiorem kluczy, chociaż nasz lot był dosyć późno. Polecam

Located just 8 minutes of walk from the "Cipro" Metro station and with many busses passing by. Pietro was more than helpful to everything we asked and needed and provided us with the most valuable information. We would definitely recommend it for a stay near to the centre of Rome!
