• Paul (7/5): Great location and fantastic staff but a tiny room. - Very well located in Akasaka surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops. The hotel bar was nice and the staff were all fantastic. The room was tiny with virtually no storage space.

• Kira (8/5): Modernes Hotel in Akasaka nahe U-Bahn Station - Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von Akasaka Station. Das Viertel hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen. Man ist sehr gut angebunden und trotzdem etwas abseits der trubeligen touristischen Viertel. Das Hotel und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Stil recht modern. Das junge Team war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es absolut ausreichend und wir konnten uns auch mit den engen Platzverhältnissen arrangieren. Das Bad mit getrennten WC, Duschraum und Badewanne war verhältnismäßig großzügig. Unser Zimmer war recht klein. Wir konnten mit Mühe und Not unsere zwei Koffer ausbreiten. Der Schrank, den wir auf dem Fotos gesehen hatten, war zu 50% belegt vom Mini Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher/Tassen und dem Safe, sodass noch ein Regalfach frei war. Das Zimmer haben wir dementsprechend auch nicht reinigen lassen, da das Personal nirgendwo drangekommen wäre und wir die Koffer, aus denen wir die Tage über gelebt haben, nicht ständig wieder zuklappen wollten. Außerdem haben wir immer mal wieder einen hohen durchgängigen Ton gehört (vermutlich eine Wasserleitung, die durch die Decke direkt über unserem Bett ging). Das Fenster konnte man einen Spalt breit öffnen und war zur Wand des Nachbarhauses raus.

• Thanh (6/5): - The room we book, which was the double standard was not what the picture showed. It was one bed and very small that we couldn't fit out luggage. There was not much of a window or view. It was a frosted glass that open slightly that opened to the building next to us. Bathroom lighting was very dim. However, the location was ideal being that it was close to the train station and walking to all the shopping and eateries.

Ho amato letteralmente la colazione con i cornetti e quegli smoothies o non so cosa fossero deliziosi♥️ e poi sanno parlare l inglese Colazione salata c è poco. Dovrebbero aggiungere qualcos'altro secondo me di salato. Siamo stati in 2 tipi di camere. Una più piccola e una più grande ma si sentiva tanto l odore di cucinato. Però ci faceva comodo stare più larghi.

L’accès à l’hôtel se fait par 3 marches, puis selon les chambres, il y a des demi-étages. Il faut donc porter de valise pour rejoindre sa chambre sur un étage. Puis arrivé dans la chambre il y a encore une marche à l’entrée ce qui ne facilite pas l’accès.

Like I said previously, the room was slightly smaller than some others on the same floor And i didn’t like the fact that we had to take the elevator and then after another (small) stairs for the room !

• WY (9/5): Zeer comfortabel overnachten op een uitstekende locatie. - We hadden een deluxe kamer, en die was voor Japanse begrippen groot! Zeer fijn, groot bed en daardoor hebben we goed kunnen slapen (toen de jetlag weg was), want het was ook heel stil. De badkamer was heel prettig, zeer goede douche en goede waterdruk. Goed uitgerust met shampoo, conditioner en douchegel. Ook scheermesje, haarborsteltje, wattenstokjes. Verder ook slippers, pyjama, thee- en koffuefaciliteiten. En het toilet met verwarmde wc-bril was een genot! Verder zaten we ook heel dichtbij metrostation Chiyoda, ideaal! Alles was prima te bereiken op die manier. Geen uitzicht, maar dat is geen ramp. Is waarschijnlijk ook wel redelijk standaard in Japan. Er is geen restaurant, dus ontbijten gebeurt in de bar. Of je kunt je eten meenemen naar je kamer (in een takeaway box). Weinig keus bij het ontbijt, maar wat er wel was, was ook erg lekker.
• kappa (9/5): Location was amazing. - Excellent location. Staff were so helpful and the happy hour prices and bar area were really great. The products used in the room were beautiful quality. Our bed was too hard for me ( really really firm) but when I asked for a mattress topper, they provided one and it helped. The room was crazy small and it didn’t have a window that you could open or see out of it. I personally don’t like this.

Although there weren’t laundry facilities there is a local coin operated laundry only two or so streets away. The room really needed a thorough clean, it was extremely dusty. I dropped my phone by the bedside table and I noticed a lot of dirt. There were old earrings from other visitors and chips.

• Miki (8/5): - Very convenient location and staff is friendly and very helpful I had to use stairs ; was not ideal when luggage is heavy and travelling alone. However, staff helped me to carry the luggage for me to my room.
• Kristi (10/5): - Such a brillliant location - super close to several metro stations and only a short ride to popular attractions across Tokyo. Akasaka is a hidden gem ot an area to stay in. There are plenty of options for dining, shopping and entertainment, and Alfit is situated within walking distance to all of it. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and we found the staff very helpful and easy to communicate with.

• Pano Nikito (10/5): - If this is not the best hotel in Tokyo it must be one of the very best. From the moment of entering there were intelligent faces in the reception, quite remarkable. The room was perfect size with enough space for everything and even included a side with a small sitting lounge with I thought was amazing. I especially liked the dimming lights in the room that you could adjust in many different scales. I shouldn't say anything about the area around the hotel, as it is busy in the day and one of the nightlife hotspots of the city literally a few steps away. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

• Annick (7/5): Good location - Good location - right near Akasaka station. Staff took my bags up for me and also helped with sending it on to a next location which was great. Amazing hair dryer. Firm bed. No full length mirror in room. The toilet opened via sensor and noise - would randomly come on in the night. The aircon/heater was very unclean with black dust, had to turn off.

• William (9/5): A comfy and clean launching pad for my trip! - Super centrally located in akasaka, just a short walk to some of the major metro lines. It was clean and the room I had was fairly large by Tokyo standards - even had a king bed! Also enjoyed the deep tub in the room for soaking after a long day The value for the money was definitely there, but it was very much a 3 star hotel too. There wasn’t laundry or any real amenities on site, the finishes in some area on the ceiling looked like they were peeling off, the windows were frosted and you couldn’t really open them, etc It’s a comfortable, clean and centrally located crash pad while you explore Tokyo, not the main attraction

• Tiffany (10/5): Wonderful hotel and location with friendly staff! - Alfit was a phenomenal central home base for a little over a week in Tokyo. Close to a ton of trains, walkable to a variety of neighborhoods, and steps from excellent restaurants, shrines, and shops. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, housekeeping staff do a great job, and the rooms (while small) are well laid out and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again! I wouldn't do the breakfast add-on again. Offerings were little frozen pancakes, breakfast sausages, frozen fruit, salad cups, and all-you-can-drink prosecco. If I were a morning drinker, the prosecco might have been a selling point.
