- Player (7/5): Nice apartment but need better cleaners - The apartment and complex itself was very nice and stylish. I thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and shutter blinds, the bed was comfy too. The location is good, just outside the center of Milan but only 10 mins walking to the closest metro stop. The sofa needs changing, it's stained and looks quite dirty and I didn't really want to sit on it. We found a lot of long black hairs around the apartment, i.e., under the bedsheets, in the washing up sponge, on the floor and on the mop head. I would assume these hairs are probably from the cleaner which is ironic. Upon arrival we had only one pillow on the double bed, just one. We found 2 more pillows but these did not have pillow cases on and were stained yellow by what I can only assume was sweat. We couldn't find any pillowcases at first, only a child's sized one so I contacted the host and they said someone would come in and rectify it. This never happened. Luckily we found 2 pillowcases in the back of one of the wardrobes but this was on day 2 so my partner had to put a t shirt over his pillow on night 1. Also he only had 1 pillow to sleep on as he let me have 2 and we only had 3 in total. We were only provided with one dishwasher tablet and one tea towel and no where to put wet dishes when we had been handwashing them. On our last night we washed some clothes but the host did not tell us that the dryer was broken and so we had to put the clothes up outside and not all of these were dry by the time we had to leave so we had to pack some clothes wet which is obviously not ideal. All this is a shame because aside from these issues the apartment was really nice.

We will leave flat tomorrow, unfortunately our experience were a fiasco and a scam for the flat conditions and cleaning. All came together at the same time. I will report to booking.com about the service and the non-sanitary conditions in the bathroom, kitchen, floor (woman long dark hair), living room and balcony (never used). You don't accept videos but to booking.com I will send videos about. It is not about the money. I was in half price accommodations and the clean and service were double of fantastic to compare with your service. Also, I will contact with Milan city council about your business. I am not bullying you. This is the truth. I can tell you with my hand in my heart I felt scam. If someone from your agency can come before our check out fantastic, if not thanks for nothing.
Probably you don't know how your clean service does the job, but my feelings you do.

This is my original WhatsApp message to Cleanbnb 1 day before my check out.
Almost with £0.00 we opened the door or the flat. we used for that reason, if not We go out without thinking and using for the 8 days in our holiday. The pictures in booking.com are from probably 1 or 2 years ago. I can't put more pictures.
We didn't have another alternative to use the apartment. Really, we had £400.00 for food, transport and extras.
The bed had bed fleas, no many because we scratch after the 3rd nights.
The CleanBnB boss is talking about how good business is going.
Is booking.com making inspection? Do they ask to this companies to renew pictures?
Honest, the last time I use Booking.com The experience was pretty good.
Well, now we have bits in the body, or holiday to Milan a fiasco, don't thing Milan is cheap, stressed.
Nothing came right from the bigging, is not booking.com fault.

I arrived to the apartment and the informations provided for Whatssap weren’t correct. The apartment is located at the first floor of the right and not at second floor as mentioned in the informations provided.
Unfortunately there were some issues (pics em attach). I’ve reported the AC broke down. The assistance wasn’t provided on time. I’ve been in the apartment without AC for all the period of my accommodation and I must say that I was traveling for work. Anyway, and after lots of messages changed with the number provided on Whatssap, the assistance didn’t come.
My first night in the apartment was terrible due to the excessive warm temperature felt there. I’ve to move the coach and slept in the floor near the balcony.
Still, the towels dryer in the bathroom upstairs didn’t work, also the sink didn’t flow properly. Still, the control remote of the TV didn’t have battery’s. I’d reported this issue but, assistance wasn’t provided, either.
Still, I want to report the water temperature for bath was low (40°C) given the possibility of Legionella spp contact. That is a very sensitive problem due to Public Health Problems also my safety during accommodation.
Finally, it was a very upset situation when I found the dry laundry machine with the door broken.
As you can understand for a working travel it was a very stressful journey in all situations. Anyway, I’ve photos of all this.

The house phone isn't working, you have to go down when you order food

- Vita (1/5): SLEPT ON THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT! The worst experience in my whole life! - - I booked for two nights. You’re entering the room with the passcode. There is no option to call anyone, you only have the WhatsApp number that cannot be called only used for messages. Their customer service is working from 09:00 am to 11:30 pm so in other times there is absolutely no option to contact anyone.
Before you receive the instructions for how to enter the room you have to give them all of your information regarding the flight and the time of arrival.
Our flight was late and we arrived after midnight. They knew that we are arriving then and when I asked who can I contact if something goes wrong with the entrance they said no one because it’s past their working hours.
When we arrived the passcode to the room was incorrect and we couldn’t enter the room. I’ve contacted everyone I could but no answer.
Me and my underaged sister spent the night on the cold floor in front of the apartment until 9 am when they opened… they only send my a message “hi, try this new password”. No apology or anything. No one came to see us or the problem…
I spend the whole night with my underaged sister afraid and scared to get robbed! We got a cold and spend a lot of money on medics, spent the whole weekend sick and tired…
I requested a full refund but got an answer that they agreed to give me back 90€ which is not even for one night. So they took my money for the time I spent sleeping on the floor in front of the door.
Customer care is awful and they are not taking care of their guest as they should be.
Be careful and don’t book this because you’re going to be at risk of sleeping outside!

The bed was comfy and I must say that Wi-Fi was super fast. There weren’t any complimentary water + napkins in the living room nor the room.

- The person who we were liasing with was very fast to reply. They have their own whatsapp chat where they work certain time frame and answer any of your questions.
- Nice balcony area to have your morning coffee - Apart from a cafe downstairs there is nothing else in the area
- Apartment was dirty and not cleaned before entering.
- The cleaning company had to come on our second day to clean the couches etc. This place needs to be deep cleaned before guests come in as the apartment was very dirty. Even the cleaner said it was very bad.
- There we no toiletries provided.
- I personally would not come back here just due to the state of the apartment and would prefer to stay somewhere close to the main centre.
- We didnt meet up with the owner at all we were only sent an instruction on how to enter the apartment.

After many years staying with Booking, this accommodation has been an unpleasant surprise. The worst thing has been when I verified that the billing did not correspond to the payment. Despite my complaints to the accommodation (to the supposed related company) and to the booking support itself, we have not been able to solve it. They have even asked me for more money for giving me a receipt. The apartment is nice but you have to be very careful with these places and hidden payments.

the apartment was spacious, kitchen was fully equipped, full good SMEG fridge, however overall the kitchen utensils were lacking and from quality was very mixed.
2 bathrooms ... which was a nice surprise as it was offered as only with 1 bathroom.
I honestly have to stay that some items were excellent however others were not good at all, which are the reason for the poor review, because these small items would be easy to fix and with little or no investment / effort. no instructions about the apartment i.e. how the rubbish works, the wifi, the doors and codes, the induction hob.
a simple one page overview would help a lot of people.
Bathroom showers, around the tiles and edges were not clean at all.
High up cobwebs all around the top floor.
Balcony could have been set up better and also maybe a clean away of dead leaves and dust.
Apartment upstairs was extremely warm and stuffy, -I would not want to stay there in main summer months without any AC.
2 AC there however disconnected or not working.
No sound proofing in any of the apartment and I would not recommend this loft layout is safe with children under 10 years old.

- Detlef (8/5): - Das Zweitägige war von gewissem Reiz. Auch, dass es zwei Bäder gibt. Etwas umständlich ist das Verfahren, Zugang zu erhalten. Im TV war allein Rai 1 einschaltbar. Es wäre sinnvoll, Anreisenden einen Hinweis zu geben, welche Metro-Station nahe der Unterkunft liegt.
