Jimmy and Naomi in the executive lounge were amazing and remembered how we liked our morning tea and coffee! Hotel was spotless, rooms were comfortable and we were only 5 minutes away from the nearest metro station. Thank you Hilton!

Very arrogant , we pick this hotel for 70th celebration we have three rooms two nights hoping to have good vaction but sorry no i regret staying here

Although the hotel provided a spacious and comfortable ballroom for the event, it prepared insufficient food for refreshments. Several guests left the event with little or no food.

bob2bkk (10/5): Outstanding Choice When In Singapore. - Spent one week at the Hilton Singapore Orchard and can say that all aspects of the hotel were outstanding. Location is ideal with two subway stops just a short walk away. All areas of the hotel were spotless and well maintained, including common areas, fitness and pool, Housekeeping was efficient and timely. Back from breakfast in the morning, and the room was already cleaned. Breakfast was way more than one would expect, and something for every taste, fresh and plentiful. Many chefs walking around to keep food always available. The executive lounge staff were tremendous. They portrayed a warmth and cordial feeling that made the visit to the lounge a friendly and special occasion. The entire staff is to be congratulated, especially hats off to Donovan and Angie for superb customer service. Food offerings were adequate. One note, when large groups are gathering in the lounge and becoming very loud and boisterous, managment needs to control this better. Maybe give them there own room. Some guests just want to have a quiet time chatting over a drink. Other than that, I would highly recomment the Hilton Orchard, and I look forward to a return visit.

OnAir30390572491 (10/5): Welcoming - Another visit to the Hilton Orchard Road, and the usual warm welcome. Staff in the Executive Lounge helpful and friendly. A special mention of Daisy, waiting to welcome me on arrival and ensure my stay went smoothly, and Jimmy in the executive lounge, knowing exactly what my favourites are for breakfast. One thing I noticed is that these people look after all guests in the same manner. Great service.

538wyatta (10/5): Excellent service - Wendy and Jean did a great job cleaning my room. They were on time, friendly, and very thorough. Everything looked clean and fresh when they finished. I’m very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.
Ai Li (7/5): Slightly disappointed - The location was excellent of course and the beds were comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was really nice with great lighting. There was also a big selection of food at breakfast. I have never had to queue for breakfast at any 5 nor even 4 star hotels before in my life - perhaps you need a bigger space for breakfast or limit the dining time for people because it seems very large families are going there and staying for hours leaving very little tables available so queues are consistently long regardless of dining time. Eventually I just gave up on the breakfast so I am certainly booking without breakfast included next time if I go. The pool is located in such a strange location of the hotel that you'd have to walk through the main lobby and by the bars and restaurants... My biggest issues of all... I am travelling from the UK so have to deal with jetlag as with most other long haul travellers. Many other hotels are smart enough to place single travellers on the same floor and keep large families and children on other floors concentrated - not here apparently. My first few nights were ok and the remainder of my stay was a nightmare with different children running up and down corridor early in the morning and even late at night. A very large family (not even with children as they were teens) also moved in and spread across different rooms surrounding me, and they refused to shut their room doors properly so kept the latch on and walked in and out different rooms slamming the doors all day and night it was unbearable. The staff essentially could not do anything and didn't seem like they even verbally warned those guys, only offered to moved me for a night to a different room which was crazy, why should it be me to move here and there running around to avoid people who are delinquents and not following hotel policy? I am sure keeping those doors on latch and slamming non stop all day was a fire safety issue too.

The location is perfect for shopping, eating out and slightly longer walks to places to visit such as the national museum. Improved variety in breakfast offerings on different days.

Worlds_of_Wonder (10/5): A wonderful stay and really pleased overall. - My experience is not necessary a standard one since I got to use the Executive Lounge, but I really like this property and the Executive lounge was one of the best that I have ever experienced (I have been to many). Reservations team, concierge, check-in staff, and, above all, Executive Lounge staff were excellent not only in availability, but ease of communication, responsiveness, and politeness. Room was well designed in terms of lighting, space, and storage. Sleep quality was good, though not every hotel wing is the same. Housekeeping was generally very good. Property in reasonable walking distance of all key attractions, shopping, public transportation, and more. Definitely would go back to this hotel. Highly recommend a room with a view in the direction of the Marina Bay Sands. Executive lounge could work on improving flow around drinks area during reception (there are some very simple solutions), but otherwise it is run extremely well.
drsanjayjeganathan (10/5): A great hotel to stay in Singapore - Great holiday destination in Singapore. The staff are so focused on customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service. I rarely see this type of service in similar priced hotels. No task is too hard and promptly attend to. The rooms are super comfortable and quiet. The location is great and breakfast spread is enormous. Gym is nice. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Jmahg (10/5): Great Executive lounge. Comfortable rooms - Our second visit here and not disappointed about the service or quality of the rooms. We had an executive suite. As diamond Hilton members we had full lounge access. This includes a good breakfast with egg station (limited to basic omelette, fried and poached) a lot of hot food, pastries, bread and cereals etc. All as you would expect at a hotel breakfast. From 5.30 to 7.30 there is ‘happy hour’. There is a very good selection of food. Hot selection which is different every day we went, cheeses and cold meat, salads, dessert and fruits. They were very good at topping up our drinks which included soft, wines and Chandon sparkling. Although the night we sat further away from the food we had to go to the drinks area to get a top up. The suite was large. Two rooms, two bathrooms. One room was a sitting area with TV, the other bed, TV and wardrobe space. There was a good range of drawers and wardrobe space.

Lee (6/5): Very disappointing - Location was excellent and staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. I booked an executive club room in 2020 and it was the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. It was located on a high floor and gave an excellent view of the city. The food was exceptional with a full buffet including delicious desserts. The alcohol on offer was of a high quality. For this visit our room seemed crammed with furniture and very small. It had obviously been refurbished but without thought. The cheap ironing board tipped every time clothes were ironed. One Power point was behind a pole so difficult to insert the plug. The shower hose didn’t stay in place. The buffet was scarce with the 2 dessert cakes cut into 2cm squares. Morning pastries and cakes were plain and the same each day. Overall extremely disappointing.

We stayed with our kids, who loved the pool, and enjoyed the convenience of many nearby restaurants as well as excellent dining options within the hotel itself. A fantastic choice for families visiting Singapore!

Gillian (9/5): Good base for three days in a busy city. - Large hotel with two wings, nevertheless easy to navigate, quiet and calm. Beds very comfortable. Room amenities, tea/coffee/water good. Central to busy shopping district. MRT transport access and eateries. Reception on 5th floor. All staff encountered from concierge, restaurant, room attendant excellent. Breakfast amazing - such variety and quantity. Size makes it appear a little soulless, but throughly enjoyed our stay.

A well-designed and efficiently managed system, supported by specialised assistants, ensures a smooth and welcoming arrival experience. Even during busy periods, the process flows effortlessly, reflecting thoughtful organisation and excellent leadership behind the scenes. The rooms are generously proportioned, tastefully appointed, and immaculately maintained. Large televisions, excellent amenities, and meticulous housekeeping standards create a genuinely comfortable stay. I didn’t get wet even rainy day as subway station and bus stops are very close as well as shopping malls. Cleanliness of room and public spaces are also excellent, special thank to Wendy who made our day brighter. Food is great too. Breakfast at the “Estate” fulfills the standard of high class hotel’s one, and I enjoyed very busy and bustling atmosphere though it may be too energetic if you want to start a day with quiet and calm morning. Then I switch to use EFL and it was amazing. I relaxed in spacious lounge and the service left nothing to be desired. Thank to Jimmy. I had great morning time. After daytime activities under scorching and humid weather, we healed by the cocktail hour service at the lounge. The lounge service was impeccable. We feel thankful to Seiya’s kindness and smile, and especially, DONOVAN made our stay unforgettable. We respect his professionalism and will become back as long as he’s there. All things considered Hilton Orchard is the best hotel that I have experienced in Singapore. Highly recommend.
towitravel (8/5): Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location - We stayed at Hilton Singapore Orchard for one night, primarily as we had booked the Champagne Sunday Brunch at Estate Restaurant the following day. The hotel’s location right on Orchard Road is excellent, placing you in the heart of Singapore’s shopping district. Everything you might need is within walking distance, and transport links are convenient. As a Hilton Honors Gold Member, I received a room upgrade along with a late check-out, which made the short stay feel far more relaxed. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a one-night stay. The bathroom featured a spacious walk-in shower, and while the room wasn’t overly large, it was thoughtfully laid out and had everything we needed. The pool area was on the smaller side, but given the hotel’s central Orchard Road location, that was to be expected. Overall, Hilton Singapore Orchard delivered exactly what we were looking for — a comfortable, well-located base with excellent Honors recognition and friendly service. For a short city stay, it works perfectly.
