Не розумію людей, які жаліються на складність заїзду, всі інструкції ми отримали за тиждень до заселення, й в них було зовсім не складно розібратися. Досвід відкривання дверей телефоном цікавий, але зовсім не напряжний. Адміністрація була на зв'язку, ми заселялися пізніше 22год (кінець їх робочого часу), то за годину до цього з нами зв'язалися через WhatsApp та уточнили чи все гаразд і чи все зрозуміло в інструкціях. Самі апартаменти затишні, є багато місця для речей. Зручне ліжко, є кондиціонер, який швидко охолоджує і доволі тихо працює, можна залишати на ніч. В Мілані влітку надзвичайно багато комарів, тож вікна доводиться зачиняти, й без кондиціонера було б дуже спекотно. Кухня обладнана всім необхідним базовим обладнанням. Ванна теж непогана, деякі нюанси пропишу в мінусах, але в загальному їй нічого не бракує. Є пилосос та праска. Трохи не вистачило уваги до дрібниць - на кухні не було ні кави, ні чаю, ні солі. Тільки цукор. Також у ванній були лише шампуні, але не гель для душу. Бракувало сушарки для рушників, ми їх вішали на вішаку на перекладину шторки між кімнатами. Але це, власне, дрібниці, які легко було виправити. Вартувало б ретельніше почистити стіни в ванній, бо на них з'являтися грибок, та замінити лійку в душі, бо вона протікає.

• Gardia (9/5): Small, but cosy apartment with a very good location! - Cosy apartment in very good location. Very close to the main attraction places, we were comfortable just to walk. All the main facilities needed are present, very comfortable for single or couple stay. There are two markets very close and a farmacy. 15 minutes walking to the Milano C.LE, 5 minutes to the tram stop, and around 7 to the Zara metro station. The district is quiet in the night. I think it's a perfect stay for travelling purposes. The owner was easy to contact and fast to reply. Clean and quite comfortable. We were satisfied with the stay! Maybe for the longer stay, you'll want a washing machine, which is not present. And for now, there's a problem with the central heating system - it was okay for us to have only AC, but it is the thing for you to consider for cooler temperatures.
• Lívia (3/5): Poor - Location We have made a reservation for 3 nights, but had to leave after the 2nd night because there were no heating and was minus outside. We arrived and the apartment was so cold, asked the owner and said it going to start automatically at 10pm because it's condonimium system. At night we realized there is still no heating. Next day we told the problem and he told us he will check it and after he told it is a condominium problem. We had to push until we recieved remote control for ac. We were out of apartment when he brought the remote control so we couldnt test it, and we tuned it on and in the morning we realized the it is wrong too and the temperature was so cold, 15°C. After 2 cold nights we wanted to leave the apartment and we asked to refund the last night's price so we will have the money to book a warm acomodation for our last night but until now we did not get our money back. We are waiting for booking.com service desk response.
• Ujjawal (4/5): Good location but uncomfortable stay - Location was the only positive. First of all the checkin process was extremely complicated, while the host was available via chat, they provided us with incorrect codes and insisted that we were doing everything wrong, this added 1 hour to checkin time and a lot of anxiety. The place was on the dirtier side with a very uncomfortable bed. There is also a weird loft above the bed with random stuff stored there making the bedroom not a cozy space to sleep. The whole place had a weird moist and sticky feeling as if it’s not opened or cleaned often.

• Antonio (8/5): Very decent apartment in good location - Check in and out was really comfortable. The support chat was really helpful and caring. The rooms were comfortable and mostly well equipped: nice sofa, working kitchen and all. Minor issues like a missing towel for dishes, the air conditioning was alright but not strong enough for the whole apartment.

• Emma (6/5): Location was good, space was average but enough for 2 nights - It was nice to have the space of a small apartment with a kitchenette and fridge etc There were a few metro stops nearby, the M3 was easy to take into Duomo They facilitated my early check in The property was clean and somewhat comfortable The area of Isola might not look like it offers much but there was actually a lot of restaurants nearby. Was 5 minute walking distance to Porta Garibaldi train station where we caught the train to Como for the day. 20 mins walk to central if you prefer that station. It wasn’t a direct metro line from the airport to the accommodation Check in was a little confusing but I could easily message the host who was able to help. The bed was firm and pillows were flat The apartment was a bit dated, not that it really matters for a short stay.
• Helen (8/5): Very good - It is a very cosy place to stay. The location is good - it wasn't too noisy, the neighbourhood felt safe, there were two metro stations and a big supermarket that were within walking distance, and it is also near the big central rail station. The mattress of the bed was very comfortable. The internet connection was fine - I was able to stream some tv shows. I enjoyed my stay a lot! Washing up liquid and a sponge would have been useful to wash up the crockery/cutlery that I used. It is not expensive and in other places where I have stayed they have provided this. There was no tea towel to dry your hands by the kitchen sink. It is a bit difficult to sit up in the bed because there is a slight gap between the wall and the headboard of the bed, due to the plug socket being behind the headboard. You should place two pillows per person (not one pillow per person) which would help bridge this gap and therefore increase comfort.

The location is very close to public transport stops, close to the central station. There are many nice restaurants and shops in the area.

• Maryam (8/5): It all worth my stay It was a cozy place to just rest and head out for adventures :) - The location is perfect both for walking distances and accessibility to public transportation. Since I spent most of the time outside the property, it was all ok for me. The Pillows were really uncomfortable. I would suggest adding more comfortable pillows.
• Alberto (8/5): Great place at a nice price - The apartment is 30 or 40 min away from the city center walking. It is a really enjoyable path and you can see things as the pinacoteca in the way. We went to everything walking.

• Ioana (7/5): Wonderful location and cozy little place - The location is very good. Close to bars and restaurants. Also good building. I dont think its a permanent issue but during our stay, the water from the toilet was running constantly and it was a bit disturbing when sleeping

Communication with owners was difficult - Great location, a lot of nice coffee places, reastaurants, gellaterias nearby. Close to metro and bus, and even train station. Bed was comfortable The bathroom is extra cold, you should think of some kind of heater in the winter. The locking system is confusing and not working properly, which makes checking out of the room kinda stressful

• Laura (6/5): Ok for very short stays - The location was great with a lot of restaurants, cafés and good connection to public transportation. The place was clean and with basic kitchen utensils to cook and make coffee. It's a place for short stays with an OK price taking into account the prices in Milan. The keys are provided on site and we needed to wait around 45 minutes, because the person was with other guests. There are a lot of noises coming from outside and inside the building and you can hear every time someone is closing/slamming the front door. The person from the service company informed us the check out was at 12:00 but it turns out it was at 11:00, they said we misunderstood but we were 2 people that heard 12 in our native language, so the information was clear for us. There was no toilet paper and no soap during our stay. However, due to the check-out misunderstanding we arrived when the cleaning person was already there, and there was soap and toilet paper for the next guests!.
