Имаше два климатика, които бяха настроени да духат на стидено, а дистанционите бяха заключени и не можеше да се промени на топло. Писах на собственика, а той ми отговори, че климатиците са заключени и не мога да ги ползва,имало резервна завивка в гардетоба да се топлим с нея. Собственика искаше от нас да сортираме боклука, а нямаше оставени торби за това,нито кошчета. Квартала не е добър, единственото положително е, че е на 5-6 мин от централна гара. Пайжини имаше огромни във всички ъгли на стаите.

• Neha (8/5): It was a pleasant experience and we really enjoyed our time there - We had a lovely stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and very conveniently located close to the central station, which made getting around super easy. Everything inside was well-maintained and comfortable. One small downside was that I had to coordinate everything myself regarding the late check-in and instructions, rather than being contacted by the staff proactively. It would also be great if slippers were provided for all guests, as they were missing during our stay.

• Maria (1/5): Cockroaches Horrible Smell and Back Problems - It was in a secured building. At the first glance and the interactions it seemed fine. But then the horror started. First the smell. The apartment smells like a smoker lived there. Even thought they have No Smoking sign, the stench is there everywhere. The sofa in the living room has burn marks from cigarettes. I sent a request for an air filter all I got was as air freshener that made it worse. The mattress on the bed and the sofa bed gave me severe back issues. The mattress falls in. It’s a spring that is broken. It makes a cracking sound and you can see the curve inward. And the cherry on top. The whole apartment is infested with cockroaches, and I’m talking about refrigerator, oven, bathroom, bedroom closet. I sent photos to the manager and got a photo back of where to find the bug spray. !? Seriously that doesn’t fix the infestation. OR address the roach poop that is all over the kitchen. I needed up not using it lost money on the groceries already bought. The shower is broken only the hose attachment works. All of this was shared with management. They are here to make money not make it comfortable.

• Ralf (9/5): Well done, good location, modern, love the shaded windows - The property was modern, it was super convenient and some really great restaurants in the area Very guest friendly, we would definitely recommend and book again In the shower it looked like the cleaners missed a small spot
• Sandra (2/5): - The property was open and not cleaned when we checked in at 4 pm. Cleaning person entered the property without knocking while we were changing. When we left the property for a few hours and returned back, the property has been opened. Cleaning person was forcing his way in the following day and would not leave even after multiple times of informing him to please leave. Police had to be called as this turned into an unsafe situation. Bathroom was filthy. Bedsheets were dirty and stained all over. We had to buy detergent and wash them in order to sleep there. There were water bottles and clothing underneath the sofa. No toilet paper was provided during the stay or dishwashing soap, no paper towels and only 2 towels for three people. Stay away from this place and it is not safe.

Daniesh was so polite and supportive, Quiet, clean, best location The apartment is very big, 3 min to tram and 5 min to metro and 13 to central station There many Halal restaurants and shops near by, the apartment is supported by the below: Clothes washer Plates washer 2 tvs Coach King bed 2 big clothes lockers Automatic open/close curtain Balcony I really liked the small material provided and how deep the owner is think about his guest Imagine after long trip we found a big water bottle in fridge ready The kitchen has cleaning sponge, plates soap, cooking oil, salt, sugar, coffee machine, coffee capsules, knives, spoons etc The bed requires some adjustment
• Art (10/5): Perfect. - Clear about details. Fixed a broken dain immediately. Flat is spacious, beautifully equipped, and the location couldn't be better.
• Radonis (10/5): - I absolutely enjoyed my trip to Milano and having this place made it sweeter. Maurilia was very helpful and detailed about the property leading up to my arrival. The apartment was very clean with everything you would need to feel at home. Location was prime! 10 minute walk to Stazione Milano Centrale where you can catch a taxi, bus, train, scooter/bike to get around all of Italia. There are several stores nearby with decent pricing for groceries to stock up the apartment kitchen and a variety of restaurants for dining in or takeout. If you are one to complain about noise, this may not be for you. I travel with earplugs so any disturbances that happen during sleep hours did not affect me. Highly recommend this place. I will consider again if and when I return to Milano

• Xin (10/5): - This is a fully equipped apartment in a local residential building. Safe and quiet. Near the Central Station and Metro stations. I had a very good stay in this property.
• Jones (8/5): Espaçoso e bem localizado - Nossa estadia foi muito boa. O apartamento é bem localizado, fica perto de onde a gente precisava, a estação de trem o shuttle para o aeroporto. A comunicação também foi muito boa, sempre nos respondiam rápido. O apartamento é grande e espaçoso. O aquecimento não está funcionando, mas tem ar condicionado na sala e no quarto, que aquecem muito bem. Apenas algumas ressalvas, informamos que chegaríamos às 16:30 e às 17:00 quando chegamos ainda havia uma mulher lá dentro fazendo a limpeza. O aquecimento não está funcionando e quando chegamos, era um dia frio, e esta mulher estava com o ar condicionado ligado no frio, por causa disso ficamos por muito tempo com frio até conseguir aquecer o apartamento. Nos desagradou um pouco também a água, muito difícil de se controlar, principalmente nas torneiras. Apenas para facilitar a vida dos hóspedes, poderiam também retirar as panelas que não servem para o fogão, que é de indução. Algumas vezes, coloquei algum alimento pra preparar em alguma dessas panelas e depois tinha que trocar porque a panela não servia. retirar essas panelas poupariam ao hóspede o trabalho de ter que lavar panelas a mais sujs sem necessidade. Creio que são coisas simples de se resolver e recomendo o apartamento. Ficaria nele novamente em uma próxima viagem.

• Andrew (8/5): - The apartment is good. Spacious for one bedroom. Very clean. Tankless water heater broken first day, meaning only 45 seconds of hot water then quickly cold. Stayed broken all four nights and five days. Seems like repair is more major than ability to same day fix after talking to property manager first day.
• Ginna (8/5): Fantastic otherwise. - The apartment is beautiful, tidy and spacious. We only had a problem with the shower, some times the boiler will shut off a minute after getting in the shower, this is horrible, It happened to me a couple of times, but that's enough not to want to have to do it again.
• Margarita (8/5): Very good - The entrance is kept secured and clean. The apartment is safe, spacious and looks newly refurbished. It has washing machine, large built in fridge and freezer, built in cooker and built in dishwasher. The bathroom is clean and large. There are plenty of floor to ceiling wardrobes. There is TV and sofabed in the large livingroom and another TV in large bedroom. There is microwave and nespresso like coffee maker. You have to buy your own coffee capsules. The caretaker Dinesh is not welcoming and complained of my late arrival after 3pm. The heating is on timer. There are no toiletries and no kitchen items to clean up or disposable kitchen cloth. . The floors are very dusty. The bed is uncomfortable and creaky. There are no English instructions to operate equipments. There is no English channel on both TVs. There is no hot water kettle. Have to boil water in microwave.

• Brandon (6/5): Very average, would not come back - The location (5min walk from MC station) was the only pro It didn’t feel that clean (felt like smokers had stayed and they tried to cover the smell), things were broken or falling apart, washing machine and clothes line was really small, didn’t provide any basic amenities like hand soap. The host also just provided a massive slab of text with no video instructions on how to do anything other than retrieve keys.

• Arytp (9/5): Clean flat and close to Milano Central - Walkable distance from Milano Centrale station. The flat got window shutter so feels really safe at nights /when empty. The fryer pan need to be replaced as it wasnt flat enough for the induction cooker.

• Travelmyown (3/5): Rude check-in and bad cleaning - The apartment is new and modern. It's close to the Central Station. And it's warm. - The staff was rude. It's the worst experience I've ever had during the check-in at the apartment. The man who met us was unfriendly, he didn't help us with the luggage, even thought we were two girls, he didn't explain us about the garbage and he was walking in his shoes on inside the apartment. We were 2 friends and we wanted to use the sofa and the bedroom. But the apartment didn't have the 2d set of bed sheets. He was blaming us that we didn't inform them that we're 2 friends. They promised to provide the 2d set, but when we came back after walking it was still not there. We were calling to all the numbers and they were not replying. In the end, they delivered it and said that they sent it to the wrong address. - The floor was full of dust and dirty. Our white socks became black immediately. - When we opened the sofa, it was dirty. We have sent the pictures of it to the owners, but they even didn't reply to us. - It's very difficult to wash in the shower because you have to wait for a while before it gets hot. And after that you either wash in a very hot water or cold water. Nothing in the middle. - The apartment is located in a very dirty area behind the train station. So, it's not safe. And in the evening you can hear strange songs from the street. I'd never go there again and wouldn't recommend this play for stay.

The noise of the tramp at night and it will be good to have some compliments like dishwashing soap and basic cooking needs like oil and salt.

• Khadija (9/5): Superb - This is a great location near the Milano Centrale (train station) and the Mercato Centrale. It had a great Turkish kebab place downstairs open till 1:30am and a great bakery down the street as well where you great pistachio cream filled pastries. The room itself was clean and well stocked with towels, bedsheets and 2 comforters. There was a late checkin fee if you came after 8pm because they wanted to send a person to check us into the apartment. I have seen other places tackle late checkin by sending videos of how to enter the room/ apartment and links to pay online the city tax per person per night (instead of asking for cash). The apartment cost was steep $700+ for 3 nights.
