- Pushin (6/5): - The place was not clean when we arrived. The bathroom was dirty. There were blood stains on shower curtain. We were worried for health of our two little kids. We asked our host Natalia if she could help and she promptly helped us out by cleaning the entire place and changing the sheets everywhere. She was wonderful.
- michael (4/5): Save your money for a different place - Incorrect information provided to contact the host on multiple efforts and took over an hour to resolve. I was given free garage parking as consolation. I guess I was the guinea pig but the posting had inadequate information, is double the cost of the posted price, the contact information went unresponded to forcing me to reach out to hotels.com who also gave me inaccurate contact information. It did eventually get resolved but I spent an hour just trying to figure out access. The place looks to be the storage room for all of the other rentals that they have, including extra beds and an equivalent of a retail in cleaners and shampoos. The several TV remotes didn't work and some don't even belong to anything so no TV. A couple had corroded batteries so maybe that was the issue. Outside of having a gazillion beds as furniture and closets stuffed with cleaners etc, the place was nice. Shower towels were basically hand towels or for children. For the crazy price and work involved getting access, this was hands down my worst renting experience for a hotel or residence. If I had paid the listed price of $120 and not the total price of $290, I would have been more forgiving since the space was a really nice storage closet.
