• Lee (10/5): I will most definitely book again when I next visit Dublin! - The apartment was a comfortable home base for my extended stay in Dublin. It was exactly as promised! The area has a variety of restaurants, a couple of grocery stores, access to transportation and nice vibe. The washer/dryer made it easy to pack light! The crazy shower set up and overly complicated television were frustrating.

Tuvimos un problema con la conexión de internet, quer fue muy mala y lenta, y tardaron más de una semana para enviar a alguien. Comunicacíon era a través de un sms con una persona que me informó que no tienen personal para atender los apartamentos. Sin embargo en la recepción había un letrero que señalaba el horario de atención de 10 a 6. Jamás en las 2 semanas que estuvimos, hubo alguien en la recepción.

• Wolfgang (8/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Tolles Appartement mit sehr guter Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten zu Museen, nach Temple Bar usw. Toller Service, auch dank Chat mit Sonder. Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht darauf ausgelegt, sich selbst zu versorgen. Aber für Nudeln mit Soße reicht es.

Just that dining table was covered with some sticky residue I couldn’t get off. I didn’t need the table, so no negative impact on my stay.

Great location - close to bus lines and the Red Line tram within 0.5 miles. Very easy to get around. Great local pubs within a short walk. Everything was great.

The view could have been nicer. Below our balcony there was an untidy plot that seemed like it had been forgotten.

Docklands location is fine, if you have business in Docklands. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere. Limited selection of stores, restaurants, bars in neighborhood. City center is walkable but we took taxis more often than not.

Only one chair was, the couch was much too soft and didn’t hold another 3 persons very well. Washer/dryer were difficult to use and no directions for it.

Apartment as advertised & then some. While YOU GUYS - Booking.com - REFUSED to help me extend my visit, the gracious people at Sonder did it in one evening. So sorry, Booking.com. Love you, but from this experience, I’d never recommend you guys for booking a Sonder. Book direct. I will from now on.

• Kayla (10/5): The Michigan Girls Suite - Everyone that we had the pleasure to meet was just lovely. I would especially like to thank EP for going above and beyond in assisting us upon our arrival. We did not get the name of the security guard who recognized us during our stay that kept us safe, but we truly appreciate his assistance. Lastly, to our front desk gentleman who went above and beyond in assisting us with directions to ensure we had everything we needed. We are looking forward to our next stay.

• Jane (8/5): Good stay, but these things should be addressed - There was an app which we used to contact our needs and they were answered very quickly The kitchen was not well enough equipped, there was no milk jug or sugar bowl, some large bowls were required and some more saucepans. The beds had no mattress covers on them which is a necessity!

Apartment was very comfortable and had some cleaning supplies available. Apartment really felt like home. We had some problems with the water in the apartment with heating up. Staff were very helpful and responded quick to issues. More cleaning supplies would be helpful such as rubbish bags, cleaning sprays or bleach. The cost for the apartment was quite expensive.
• Md (10/5): Perfect Place for Longer Stay! - The Sonder apartment is fantastic for longer stays. The place is modern, well-equipped, and situated in an excellent location—close to tourist attractions, supermarkets, and bus stops. The apartment has everything you need for an extended stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it! Housekeeping services were not available during our stay. For longer stays, such services should be provided to enhance the overall experience.
• Dana (8/5): Broken intercom for the whole month. Great location. - Location perfect, right beside Grand Canal. Beautiful interior, newly built apartment. I appreciated the extra time to pack during check-out. The intercom turned out to be broken, so I gave my boyfriend the access code. An hour later I got an email as "final warning" that next time they catch me handing out the access code, I will be evicted without refund. They apologized in person for the tone and promised to fix the intercom as they confirmed it's broken in the whole building, but a whole month had passed, and it still wasn't fixed. The bathroom was fine for a shower, but for a bath it wasn't able to maintain a hot enough flow to be able to fill up the tub for a hot bath, it was lukewarm. Bit pricey for a one-bed apartment.

• Ava (9/5): Sonder was the ideal place for us to stay for 14 days and I plan on staying on their property again - The minute we walked through the door I felt at home. All the rooms in the apartment were clean and inviting. The floor to ceiling windows just added to the bright atmosphere. There was plenty of storage spaces and a safe to store important papers. Special thanks to the young maintenance man who came up to help me work the TV. Coming from the US he show me how to work some of the appliances in the apartment. We could not be more impressed with the fast response to questions, cleaning and the security of building. There was no air conditioning in the unit. To open up the sliding doors allowed for flies to enter. However, since air conditioners are not the standard in Ireland the apartment has fans to use. We were about an 30 minute walk to all of Dublins main attractions so, the location became a concern when shopping and looking for a variety of ethnic restaurants. Although the floor to ceiling window are an important feature, they were in need of outside cleaning.
• Erin (6/5): Mixed feelings. - It was a very nice building, good workout facilities and nice overall. We liked the location- just far enough away from most of the tourists. There was little water pressure and not much hot water. The bed had a box spring with some cushion but it wasn't a proper mattress.
• Katrina (2/5): Not secure and unprofessional customer service - Big apartment in a modern development. I booked this property as an alternative to an Airbnb as it seems to be a more corporate let type place which implies that it is more professional than an Airbnb. However, we left the property early due to security concerns. A contractor was permitted to enter the property without any notification and if my spouse hadn’t reentered the property while they were still there I doubt we would have been informed. We had no opportunity to secure documents or valuables and could not feel comfortable knowing that anyone could enter at any time. The customer service time did nothing except that it wouldn’t happen again but the fact that it happened in the first place meant that they don’t understand basic expectations for security that a guest might have. I even informed them that we had departed and I continued to receive emails with check out instructions etc. They are selling themselves as professional and luxury but are far from it.
• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - The locality at the Grand Chanel is great, a modern quarter with all facilities you might need. Very easy electronical card system instead od keys. Great communication with Sonder team. If you need anything, it will be solved immediatly. Very professional. And the apartment that we had was simply awesome, clean, light, modern, literaly nothing to complain about. The only little thing …. it was pretty hot in the corridor at the elevator, so maybe this could be better.

The kids were terrified from them because they were huge . Also, there is always at night a sound of glass clashing. Empty bottles transferred I think was so high and annoying

Has balcony and roof terrace for fine weather, and washing machine for laundry. Very quiet area and building. All OK. No dislikes.

A leak appeared in the ceiling of our unit. To the credit of the Sonder team, they were very responsive (even though it was 2am) and got us a new unit within a few hours.

This was quickly rectified by the team who did a thorough cleaning once we notified them. We had a few little issues with water temperature but again, once we notified the team they had someone at the door within minutes. Staff is really fantastic. I would stay here again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice apartment - good location but dirty kitchen - We stayed 19 days in a two bedrooms/two baths with a balcony (it's facing the "courtyard" which is surrounded by several buildings). We couldn't really open the curtains without feeling being watched by neighbors in nearby buildings. The apartment is in a good location - quiet but not far from the city center, attractions, and shopping as well as public transportations. There are plenty of restaurants and two markets nearby. We felt safe in the apartment. The only problem was the cleanliness of the apartment, particularly the kitchen. The oven was full of oil and remnants of past cooking. The microwave oven was also not clean. The kitchen counter was sticky and dirty. The coffee pot wasn't empty and cleaned. The coffee pot has some kinds of molds floating in the liquid (see the attached photo). We had to spend about 3 hours cleaning the kitchen alone.

• Rene (8/5): This was very enjoyable and I will highly recommend this place. - I like the location and ease to public transport. The apartment was well equipped and was clean. The rooms were big and the wifi was fast. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer were very handy. To have a big fridge/freezer was also a plus. It was close to shops and in safe and secure location. The balcony was a plus. The gym available is well equipped and not too busy although small. The lights that could be adjusted was a nice feature. The pillows were not of good quality. A combination of soft and hard pillows on the bed or even memory foam will be a good alternative. Not wanting the use the heating always, you did feel the chill in the air but there was no additional blankets or throws available to use. There were small things that need to be fix i.ie, the shower head leaks, the kitchen tap leaks when you open it at the base of the tap and the bed's headboard is loose on the right side. The batteries in the remotes needs replacement or the remotes needs to be replace. It was difficult to use due to its response.

• Dreismann90 (9/5): All in all a very satisfying experience. - The apartment was very tasteful furnished. The location was excellent. The building itself was new and modern. It was very quiet and peaceful. We missed some small things in the apartment. For instance a wardrobe for our jackets, a shoe cabinet and deep plates. The apartment could be more cozy and warm with some flowers and some rugs. But all in all we enjoyed our stay a lot and will most likely book another Sonder apartment on our next trip to a different destination.

• Anna (10/5): Perfect self contained apartment for unbothered stays. - Before you book, you have to understand this is not a typical hotel with reception and staff onsite. These are individual apartments, fully equipped with everything you need to comfortably stay a longer period of time (at least we did so). We booked a one bedroom apartment to stay there while we were looking for a more permanent rental. No one bothered us during this stay, which means that washing dishes, making bed, taking out the trash was done by us. No staff entered our apartment during the stay. The place was spotless when we entered (A++ for cleaning). Very warm, but not hot. Location was perfect for us, far enough from the crowded temple bar area, but close enough to walk there (2km). Nothing. I would have to be very picky to find something. Limited number of tv channels available? Dishwasher was there, but no dishwasher tables were provided and there was no dish drying rack (we used the dishwasher rack instead).

• Irene (9/5): Upmarket apartment in a good location. - An upmarket apartment in a great location. We were close to a busy area with good restaurants, but far enough away that it felt quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommended for a longer stay in Dublin. Everything was provided for, I especially loved the Davines shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Only a few minor trifles, for example would have preferred bath sheets to bath towels and there was no draining rack next to the sink.

The windows weren't clean, and if I opened the windows for air, lots of bugs would come into the apartment as there is no protective screen. Also I expected to find basic food ingredients like bread or something as I arrived pretty late. But there was nothing.
