Denise (6/5): Great location. Apartment not in the best shape anymore - The location was amazing They didn’t clean the apartment before I got there. When I called them, it seemed normal. They send someone to clean and so I wasted three hours.
Kuen (6/5): Additional leasing contract and weak Airconditiong - The check-in is smooth and the staff is friendly, But I don't like the need to sign a contract with all those one-sided protection T&C with Italianway again, It is too much for a guest to book with Hotel.com. The aircon in the property is very weak but I am not sure is that normal in Italy, I hope there is an electricity fan to stop us from sweating while sleeping.

Yosef (1/5): “Unique” host, bad stay - Nothing one of the worst check in experiences I’ve ever had. The host made me go to their office to pick up the keys for the apartment, a 20 min taxi ride from the apartment. When I asked if they could come meet me at the apartment, the answer was “we don’t have any more appointments for today, you have to come to the office if you want the keys.” When I arrived at the apartment, it was a complete mess and was very clearly not cleaned after the last guest. I contacted the host, who did finally send a cleaner, but did not even apologize. I would strongly recommend choosing another listing.
Verified traveler (2/5): Scary - We accidentally opened another room with our code that was given which means someone could’ve and might’ve came into ours. Nice set up but a lot of minor defects.
