The room was expectedly on the smaller side for Tokyo, but comfortable enough. The smoking lounge is in the lobby and unfortunately the smell affects the whole of reception.

• Athanasios (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή. - Το προσωπικό, η καθαριότητα, η τοποθεσία και η παροχές όπως οι θυρες usb για εύκολη φόρτιση χωρίς αντάπτορα. Περιορισμένος χώρος αλλά για Τόκιο φυσιολογικό.
• Diana Rosa (10/5): - El hotel está bien ubicado, a 10mn de la zona mas activa de Shinjuku. Checkin rápido, personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación pequeña,casi justa para 2 personas, si llevas mucho equipaje casi casi que sobraría el huésped. Mis agradecimientos a la chica de recepción que me atendió dirsnte nuestro checkout, me ayudó activamente a solucionar un envío de equipaje a nuestro siguiente hotel. Consejo: si vais a enviar con el hotel equipaje para otro dentro de tokio, hacerlo el día antes para que les llegue al dia sgte. El desayuno no es de los mejores que probé de Japón ni de los mas baratos. El primer día, entre las 3 opciones de pan había uno muy malo. Decidimos desayunar fuera el sgte ,pero el último lo hicimos en el hotel y por suerte habían mejorado las opciones. El hotel está muy limpio siempre, lo recomiendo, vale la pena. El.desayuno es mejorable

• Yordy (9/5): Top verblijf met een ruime, schone en mooie kamer, maar het bed is oncomfortabel hard. - De kamers waren uiterst net en voor Tokyo ook mooi ruim. Het ligt in een buurt waar altijd iets te beleven valt. De bedden zijn (zoals op veel plekken in Japan) enorm hard en dit is na een tijdje zeer oncomfortabel. En ook al ligt het hotel in een leuke buurt, de afstand van het station is nog best wel ver, ook al is er een ingang dicht bij het hotel, daarna moet je nog een kilometer ondergronds lopen…

• Marije (6/5): Te doen voor 1 nachtje meer niet. - Personeel is heel vriendelijk en de kamers zijn schoon. het is prima voor 1 nachtje maar meer ook niet. Kamers zijn heel klein. Je kan met 2 grote koffers je kont niet keren. Ze hebben beneden bij de ingang een rookruimte gemaakt binnen waardoor de hele lobby stinkt naar rook.

• Zhihui (7/5): It’s a decent place with helpful staff, good breakfast and nice location. Just the space inside hotel room is quite smal - The hotel is very close to the Shinjuku Gyoen National park. Staff are very helpful. I stored my luggages here before and after checking in/checking out. I also enjoyed their breakfast here. I like the hotel room is neat and it has nice interior and appliances. It’s a very compact space. It can barely fit in two people with two big luggages to walk inside the hotel.

Un 10 La ubicación buena a 700 Metros de la estación Shinjuku. Muchos lugares cercanos para comer y varios minimarket Las almohadas demasiado duras parece que al japonés le gusta la cama dura y las almohadas duras. Deberían tener las dos opciones. El Dasayuno para el precio debería ser mejor. Muy básico los huevos fritos eran duros

Non si riescono ad aprire due valigie, non c’è armadio Al mio compagno è venuta allergia da polvere forse per la moquette o perché la tenda resta sopra il letto!

• Alexandra (9/5): Perfect spot, super clean and very friendly and helpful staff. - The location was perfect, just a couple mins from a station. It is in Shinjuku which a very lively area to be. Our first time travelling Japan and this was a great first experience. We would defiantly recommend it. The staff helped us with our luggage, they let us leave there while we waited for our room to be ready, and they also helped us send it over to Osaka. They would come in and clean the room everyday, which was very handy. The only thing I didn't like would be the pillows, they were very uncomfortable.

• Liesl (10/5): Great amenities, easy to find, check-in/out and fabulous location - It was a great location and could walk to everything in Shinjuku and Shibuya. It was close to public transport as well and no stress with suitcases. The room was small but definitely clean and useable just not what we are used to but we knew in advance from the description it would be small.

Petit déjeuner décevant : nous sommes arrivés vers 8h45 alors que le petit déjeuner est indiqué ouvert jusque 10h (dernière entrée 9h30) et pourtant tout était froid et il y avait énormément de bacs vides, la nourriture n'a pas été ajoutée, nous avons donc été limité dans le choix, en plus de manger froid. La fumée de cigarette à l'entrée est fortement désagréable (dû au smoking room proche de l'entrée). Les toilettes en bas pas propres.

• Daniel (8/5): Good location, good room - Location is close the lively area of Shinjuku, but without being right in it. So you get some peace and quiet when you get to your room. The room was small (as is the standard in Tokyo) but it didn’t feel crammed.
