Если тишина для вас не главное - здесь комфортные удобства. Каир - точно не тот город, куда едут за тишиной. Этот отель я выбирала по отзывам, что он один из тихих в Каире. Могу сказать, что для людей с чутким сном он точно не подойдёт. Не смотря на отдаленность от центра и большую зелёную территорию, а так же двери в номера, имеющие звукоизоляционный эффект, этого не достаточно для обеспечения тишины. Ряд причин, конечно, не зависит от отеля: доносящиеся звуки оживлённого автомобильного движения, звуки мотоциклов и проходящая над отелем трасса самолётов и вертолётов, а также звуки молитв, которые начинаются с самого рассвета. Но есть и источники шума, которые можно исключить: например очень шумные кондиционеры в номерах, громкая музыка по вечерам до поздней ночи. Сейчас в отеле ведутся работы по реновации части номеров и территории. Это всё тоже прекрасно слышно весь день. Хотелось бы обратить внимание, что персонал румсервиса может постучать я к вам в номер в 8 утра. Для нас это было полной неожиданностью, учитывая, что это выходной день и хотелось поспать. Слышимость между соседними номерами тоже сильная. Всё это в комплексе создавало ощущение непрекращающегося шума. Расслабиться не вышло за три дня.
• claudia (10/5): Wunderbar - Die Lage war für uns wunderbar , weil wir ins GEM und den Pyramiden wollten , die Anlage ist ausserordentlich gepflegt , wunderschön , die Angestellten waren ausserordentlich freundlich und das Buffet sowohl in der Früh als auch am Abend wunderbar . Gibts nichts .
• Istvan (10/5): Tolle Hotelanlage an den Füssen der Pyramiden - Die Lage. Das EGM und die Pyramiden in greifbarer Nähe, perfekt. Die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt, uns das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen lecker und vielfältig, also jeder findet etwas. Wir hatten Halbpebsion gebucht. Danke für alles Maria. So nah an den Pyramiden bedeutet natürlich, dass man von der Innenstadt weiter weg ist, aber mit Uber hat alles gut geklappt. Wir hatten ein zusätzliches Bett, die Härte der Matratze ist eine Herausforderung, aber lösbar.

I don’t think they properly cleaned the floor while we were there, at all. Staff didn’t speak English that well and often couldn’t understand my requests or questions Food at hotel was quite average, wasn’t terrible but wasn’t good restaurant quality Also the price dropped significantly a few days before we booked it . I would not have paid the full price for the hotel

It felt safe. It is close to the GIZA pyramids. It was geared up for large numbers and quick turnarounds. Receptionist challenged me about my previous 4 star review when I returned for another two night stay.I found that quite intimidating but explained the reasons why I found my previous stay lacking in facilities and services.

Il buffet della colazione è molto ben fornito e i prodotti sono di qualità. Le camere sono ampie e molto pulite e si affacciano su dei giardini molto curati. La struttura dispone di due ristoranti di cui purtroppo uno era chiuso. Il ristorante aperto forniva solo cibo a buffet e non à la carte. Tuttavia alla nostra segnalazione dí questo piccolo disagio, lo staff ha reagito con molta gentilezza offrendoci due cene e il trasporto verso l’aeroporto.

I had to wait for a long time without receiving proper assistance, and the staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Wir hatten kein Abendessen im JAZ gebucht, aber man hatte uns versichert, dass wir uns auch kurzfristig entscheiden könnten doch zum Buffet zu gehen. Als wir uns an einem Abend dazu entschieden, sagte uns das Personal das Buffet würde 10€ pro Person kosten, auf der Rechnung bei checkout wurden uns jedoch 28€ pro Person in Rechnung gestellt.

• travel0723 (10/5): Generally Very Good. - In general this was a very nice hotel. The landscaping is done very nicely. The room was spacious as compared to European hotels. The barrel roof made the room seem bigger as well. This is a good location if you want to be close to the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids. It is about 1 hour away from the airport. The price felt reasonable considering the resort feel of the property. The resort is generally quiet unless you happen to be close to main walkway with the constant activity of checkins and checkouts. A large bottled water is provided per day and you can ask housekeeping for more if needed. The first two days of my stay were part of a tour. I stayed two extra days and on those days I received some little dessert trays and fruits in the room as well. The room was generally clean but the tile floors show marks as soon as somebody walks on them. The thermostat is ridiculously bright at night and lights the whole room. There should be a cover for it. There was a work desk and two other chairs and a small table. I thought the buffet price of $30 was a bit high considering the lower costs in Egypt. For whatever reason, I was shorted on towels every day. Had to call and request the missing towels which were promptly delivered. I also had to ask for restocking of the coffee supplies. A kettle is provided in the room. The spacious bathroom had the puzzling design of having the clothing hook as far away from the shower as possible. It was too cold to use the pool during my stay. The one area where the hotel fell short was when unusually heavy rains occurred during my stay. Apparently the roofs are not as watertight as they need to be. Water was dripping in through the recessed light fixtures. The hotel staff was simply not prepared and had no solution for this which I found disappointing. I had to use the trashcan as a bucket. Water was dripping in through the ceilings in various places in the main building areas as well. But heavy rains are unusual in Egypt. I made use of the spa and enjoyed my Swedish massage there. I would stay here again if I returned to Giza.

Obwohl das Haus direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße unweit vom neuen Museum und den Pyramiden liegt, ist es sehr ruhig und man hat das Gefühl sich in einem abgeschirmten Park zu befinden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Küche ausgezeichnet. Unser Zimmer war vermutlich neu renoviert und war super. In unserer bisher 2 wöchigen Reise bisher das schönste Hotel, zu einem guten Preis.

• Curiosity23951005225 (8/5): March Stay with Family - The Hotel is good value for Money. Location to Pyramids and GEM is almost ideal not really walkable but a short Uber ride away. The gaming room needs a refresh of all elements. It would be really nice if the Pool were heated. All considered we would stay there again if looking for a stay close to the Pyramids and GEM.

• Henrik (2/5): - Pool person was very attentive a courteous, maintenance person tried to show how AC works, manager was nice, breakfast was good. Gardener(s) are very talentef: this place is gorgeous. Bed was only 190cm(?) long, my feet were hanging in the air. Glass and screws found in the playground sand. AC was not working correctly: we had it on non-stop but it did not hold temp at 24C, but instead dropped to 18C during night, causing loss of sleep. Staff were very indifferent to the point of being rude (this is no Fairmont). We are always very friendly to all the staff, but they seemed happy to get rid of us fast as possible. Pool is heated yes but only 24C, it's not good for children. Room service is confused: i would order, they would confirm by reciting back, we would hang up, they would call again to confirm a second time. They have some kind of taxi scheme setup: they would not allow Uber pickups drom the courtyard, but instead sent us to the side of the highway with our 3yo) - his went on untill the Manager noticed and scolded the taxi-responsibles. Their taxis are 50$, uber 4$. These are just the things I can recall. This is the first time I have to leave a bad review. This is what you are getting into..

The grounds were very clean and buffet food nice. The interconnecting door meant we were kept awake by our neighbours. Make sure you avoid these rooms! Many guests arrive in coach parties late at night and leave very early in the morning. This can be disturbing to other guests. The restaurant had the air conditioning on when it was already cold. Many guests were eating in winter coats, which the staff seemed to ignore.
• wendyh113 (6/5): Mixed Experience – Lovely Hotel, Let Down by Bar Service - The hotel itself is lovely. It appeared clean and well maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Wi-Fi worked well, and overall the property gave a good first impression. Unfortunately, what really spoiled the experience for me was the service in the bar area. The staff there seemed poorly trained and lacked basic professionalism and awareness of customer service. It often felt disorganised, and getting served was frustratingly slow. It’s a shame because the hotel itself has a lot going for it, but the bar service noticeably let the overall experience down. With better staff training and attention to service, this could easily be a much better experience for guests.

• russellsH3215IY (10/5): Jaz Pyramids Resort - Being our first visit to Egypt, we were a little anxious regarding our accommodation. On arrival we were very impressed with the resort. The staff were friendly and very helpful from the start. Another worry was the food but again the worry was short lived it was amazing. I can highly recommend the Jaz Pyramids Resort in Giza. Thanks for the memory.

Ich empfehle das JAZ auch gerne wei - Die schön gestaltete Anlage im Gartenstil mit den Bungalow-Zimmern war ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort ggü dem trubeligen Kairo. Die Nähe zum Museum war optimal. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Der Außenpool leicht beheizt - auch sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hamam und Whirlpool waren nicht verfügbar.

Thank you Amira for accommodating us and extending our checkout time due to late evening flight and my ankle injury.

Задумка отеля необычная, номера как отдельные бунгало, зеленая территория, нет шума города, качество пищи хорошее Персонал не очень внимательный, не учли просьбу, добавили продукты на которые аллергия, долго несли меню. Еще проблема — сотрудники начинают убираться на территории рано утром и очень громко разговаривают. Еще мы были там в декабре и немного замерзли, тк номера не отапливаются

( 4 stars hotel) When in neighbour room was used aircondition the noise was in our room. The level of the noise is so high that we can’t sleep!! Food quality is quit poor. Service desk people are not proactive enough help with advices. Waiters in Safari bar are tragical!! You can seat theree for 30 minuts and they „don´t see you“. Quality doesn't equal the price!! Never ever!

• N8381XNstephaniec (8/5): This hotel worked just fine! - The resort is HUGE. Pools and landscaping are beautiful. Breakfast buffet very good. The hotel restaurant bar were good. The rooms were very average, but sufficient for what we needed. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel
• Ashik (9/5): Great hotel, wonderful staff, thank you for helping us make wonderful memories. - Wonderful property, within easy reach of the pyramids and gem, away from the nightmare that is Cairo traffic. Very well maintained, staff were amazing and attentive, went out of their way to make us and the children feel at home and at ease. The rooms are great, the beds are so so comfortable, the showers are exceptional.. if a hotel has a great shower then it is usually a great hotel and this is very true about Jaz pyramids. Pool area great, good games room ( some of the games could do with a bit of a spruce up), wonderful play area for little children, great surprise with the gym and spa, and a basketball court at the back too. The gardens are very welcoming, and the sound of the water from the fountains just makes you feel at ease. Overall, great stay, and would be very happy to return. The only issue we had was with the food, particularly for vegetarians and vegans. And to be fair to the hotel staff they did their best to accommodate. However, a lack of knowledge and understanding of what being vegetarian or vegan is, means that this experience could be improved for guests quite considerably. And the hotel do acknowledge this and will do their best to change this. And being able to explain this clearly in Arabic is not easy especially if one does not speak Arabic. So the staff interpret what they can as best as they can. When this was discussed with the chefs, they took on board the feedback and made changes to accommodate.. for example, making fresh pesto without cheese therefore we could have a meal in the evening.
• Shelly (5/5): It was ok for what I needed it for. Wish the pool was swimable. - Close to pyramids and museum “Heated pool” was too cold to swim in and they would not make it warmer. My first room smelled like sewer- they changed my room- second was fine.
