Non mi è piaciuto l'ascensore traballante stile vecchi palazzi napoletani e il fatto che mi abbiano dato un voucher per la colazione (era prevista in struttura). Quando sono arrivata alla pasticceria non c'erano neppure più brioches. Non sono stata contenta, ma ho dovuto adeguarmi.

Los ruidos a la noche, nos tocó una banda de jóvenes qe llegaban a las 12 de la noche, y se dormían a las 3 de la mañana, y nadie se ocupó de mantener el orden en el establecimiento. Solo por eso le pongo un 7, lo demás estuvo bien, pero es necesario que se ocupen de mantener el orden después de a las 23:00 o 24:00. Era insoportable y no se pudo dormir. Pero es cuestión de suerte de quien te toque en la habitación de al lado y el frente.

- Madalina (1/5): Pentru mine si familia mea a fost foarte rău , dezamagitor , chiar nu mă așteptam - Nimic Totul a fost groaznic camerele nu au corespuns deloc cu ce mi s-a trimis în rezervare , fără geam fără lumină naturală , fără balcon , miros îngrozitor , pat cu saltea uzata și de proasta calitate , paturi suprapuse în camera care porneau dintr-un dulap , mobilier uzat și o stare de disconfort total ; eu am făcut rezervarea la Philip Royal la etajul 5 camerele 503 și 505 și am primit cu totul altceva când am ajuns , la etajul 1 la Royal Flower camerele 101 și 108 , ceva foarte rău . Am reclamat acest lucru la fața locului și mi s -a răspuns ca așa mi s - au repartizat camerele aleator de către un program ; nu este corect și normal să iei banii prezentând ceva și de fapt să livrezi cu totul altceva inacceptabil !!!!! Experiența aceasta total negativă s -a petrecut în data de 18-19.04.2026 ; și nu am mai trăit niciodată așa ceva atât de urat !!!!!!

We will book this hotel again. - The property is located near the Napoli train station, you can reach the hotel in less than 5minutes depending on how fast you walk. The staff were really responsive and helpful even the cleaning lady was so sweet! Francesco was very reachable and friendly. They speak good english too! They serve the breakfast in your room which is very convenient. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The room was spacious and bright with a terrace overlooking the area, the rooms were quiet despite being near the train station. The property is located at the topfloor of a building, There is elevator which is quite old but decent and functional, We will definitely book this hotel again! I can not say anything bad about the property. But as a tourist, be vigilant on your way from the train station to the property. There are lots of people outside and some looks sketchy.

Zum Glück sprach er auch Englisch. Das Badezimmer könnte etwas gepflegter sein. In der Dusche gab es ein paar Undichtigkeiten. Außerdem fehlte ein Halter für das Toilettenpapier, und der Whirlpool hätte anfangs etwas gründlicher gereinigt sein können – wurde im Nachhinein aber ordentlich sauber gemacht

- Antonio (10/5): PERMITA-SE EXPLORAR NÁPOLES SEM DIFICULDADES - Tudo novo, reformado e com excelente conforto. O quarto é enorme , banheiro excelente e localização nota mil. Próximo demais do terminal Napoli Centrale. Possibilita fazer quase tudo a pé e acessar o transporte público com muita facilidade. O atendimento é singular . Sem ressalvas .

- Lyn (4/5): - The host was extremely helpful and accommodating when i needed late last minute accommodation. However the hotel was under renovations and the room had plaster dust over floor and bedding. The bed had only sheets and the doona without linen folded in the corner had unsightly stains. There was lots of noise outside the room due to renovation. I’m sure this will be lovely hotel when renovation completed but guest should be informed of inconvenience.

- Laura (10/5): - Muy bien ubicado. Frente a la estación de tren. La zona es agradable. El chico que nos atendió muy atento y servicial. Me llamó para coordinar la llegada. La habitación muy bien y cómoda para 3 personas para una estancia corta. Ofrecen un desayuno incluido en el precio al estilo italiano, muy bien!

- giusi (7/5): Un bel soggiorno - b&b praticamente di fronte alla stazione....Nonostante l ora tarda dell arrivo il sig. Francesco è stato veramente un bravo Receptionist ...accogliente e professionale e super disponibile...camera profumata e pulita. Al mattino colazione in camera a scelta di tanti prodotti e hanno anche quelli senza glutine. Inoltre ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli tranquillamente nonostante erano previsti vari arrivi e la signora che era con il signor Francesco è stata super gentile e simpatica con noi....assolutamente consigliato .
- Stefania (8/5): - Francesco at the Reception was amable and always ready to help with info and services! The room was spacious. The breakfast was abundant and delivered straight to your room at the chosen time. The b&b lies just a few meters from the train station and underground. The room smelled a bit of humidity. Warm lights would totally change the atmosphere in my opinion. The breakfast included only sweet things, so foreigners might not totally enjoy it.

- emanuela (8/5): - L’accoglienza e disponibilità di Francesco, ottima posizione e molto buona la colazione. La camera era confortevole. Bella la vista sulla città La camera non era pulitissima, nel bagno il porta rotolo era rotto.

- MARIA VICTORIA (8/5): B&B económico y bien ubicado - Estaba muy prolijo y la limpieza estuvo muy bien. Francesca nos atendió muy bien con el desayuno y la limpieza y estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. Francisco nos recibió y nos oriento en cuanto a como movernos muy bien. No nos andaba el wifi en la habitación pero lo solucionaron al otro día. El alojamiento está muy cerca de la estación Garibaldi. La zona es óptima para moverte a todos lados, hay vendedores ambulantes pero en la plaza está la Gendarmería por lo que es una zona segura. A tener en cuenta el edificio es antiguo y el ascensor tambien. En la habitación hay poco espacio de apoyo pero por unos pocos días te arreglas
