Un inconveniente que considero menor es el tamaño de las habitaciones que son pequeñas, aunque si las usas sólo para dormir no son mayor problema.

If you are there for shows or anything walkable and will be spending much time outside the hotel this is perfect. If you are heading further afield in manhattan, this is the perfect base to traipse up and downtown. Room is small but perfect size for one person on a budget. The property cleanliness levels could be improved. Very dusty and maybe underlying mold. Also the drain of my bathroom was super slow draining.

The lobby has great neon light sculptures. Elevators--slow! 4 for a very big building. 2 broke down the weekend we were at the hotel, but were serviced quickly. Also, need more front desk staff at busy check-in & out times.

The toilet had troubles flushing, and the whole bathtub would not drain. I tried the front desk to come fix the problem and they wouldn’t answer or eventually put me on hold. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to wait to get this fixed. The problem didn’t get fixed till almost 1 AM. this was not acceptable.

The room was remarkably small, even taking into account this was NYC. No one answered numerous calls to front office. They wouldn’t allow me to use a luggage cart, despite having 3 bags and 75 lbs worth of costume clothes hanging off of my arm. Again, TV and shower didn’t work, and no one answered several calls to reception. So disappointed that I decided to leave early.

However, there was an issue with the window, and it would not close completely, which caused constant noise. In addition, there was no coffee machine in the room.

• Collin (6/5): Perfect for a short stay - It’s an amazing location for anyone wanting to be close to Broadway shows or Times Square. It’s esthetically pleasing and the decor is very trendy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small and we didn’t get the room we booked. We booked a single queen room and got a room with two full beds. The room was very hot despite the hotel mechanic coming to work on the AC unit.

Only issue we ran into was the last night of our stay 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service. The queue was quite long to use the elevators. Otherwise everything was great!

Da passtt nur ein Bett rein. Aber das ist jetzt weniger das Problem. Nun, die Klimaanlage für das Gebäude ist hinter dem Fenster und ist so laut, dass man sich erst mal daran gewöhnen muß um schlafen zu können. Am zweiten Tag ist mir ein Teil vom Fenster runtergefallen, die Fenster seien laut Personal nicht zum Öffnen gemacht. Also, heißt gar nicht öffnen - auch nicht zum lüften....

Also it seem ridiculousbut they dont leave wash clothes you have to requesteach day how many you need some people dont wash with soap in hands and no hand towels i used an entire box of kleenexto dry my hands on after using bathroom rooms are small but we managed

• LanaBurnz (2/5): Not LGBTQ friendly, budget hotel - This hotel is a budget hotel and not LGBTQ friendly. The rooms are extremely dated with rusty vents and clogged showers, with tears in the bed skirting. The location is excellent however this does not make up for the treatment we received while staying here. There was a cockroach in my room and we waited 2 hours for someone to come remove it, no one out of hotel staff showed up so they moved us to a different room. When we were checking out my girlfriend wanted to use the bathroom. She went to use the hotel lobby bathroom and was refused entry by a member of staff and was brought to the men’s bathroom. My girlfriend was born female she just has short hair, not that it matters. She was forced to use the mens and when I brought this to the attention of hotel staff, they brushed us off and essentially gave out to us saying that ‘if a man tried to use the women’s bathroom and we didn’t stop him you’d complain’ when in reality they just forced a woman into the men’s restroom. The treatment we received when raising this issue to staff was horrible, and the manager we were speaking to who was quite aggressive with us should not work with the public. This is a budget hotel that can be quite dirty in a good location, however the staff make this place a complete no go. Would not recommend especially if you are LGBTQ
• clairej502026 (4/5): Extremely disappointed - The hotel reception area is very boujee, however this is where the niceness ends! The rooms are tired, dampness above the windows which is badly painted over! The bathroom is even worse with chipped baths which look dirty and unhygienic. There is also a building site straight opposite the hotel where they start work at 6am every morning! The noise levels are significantly high that we had to go out and buy ear plugs to try and drown out the noise!
• sashauk2026 (4/5): Expensive and dated - Room was small with very dated decor. Aircon was noisy, Safe didnt work. Water.shower teperature fluctuated from luke warm to cold on one occasion. Some Lifts weren't working. Only redeaming feature was the bed and didnt spend much time in the room. expensive so only really paying for location it felt. Sorry to say not a 4 star

• Alyssa (4/5): - Location was great Rooms were way smaller than pictured. The ac was not working in the first room we were put into and it was a hassle to get it looked at. They ended up switching our rooms and that one was smaller than the first. The ac was not working in that room either. We had to keep calling for towels and washcloths. And the one maintenance guy was very rude
• kimmU8746HW (8/5): Great location! - I recently stayed at the Paramount Hotel in Times Square and had a mixed experience overall. Pros: The hotel has a great ambiance—very stylish and modern, especially in the lobby areas. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Times Square, making it easy to walk to theaters, restaurants, and attractions. The staff was pleasant during the limited interactions I had, and the hotel itself felt clean and well-maintained. Cons: The biggest downside was the room. It was extremely small, and everything felt unusually low to the ground, which could be uncomfortable for taller guests. The bed was quite hard and somewhat lumpy, and the pillows offered very little support, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Overall: If location and atmosphere are your top priorities, this hotel delivers. However, if comfort—especially sleep quality—is important to you, you may want to consider other options.
• andr_g758 (4/5): Average - Only two elevators were functional most of the time. Both the room and the bathroom felt old and outdated. We had to constantly request fresh towels. Furthermore, we endured two nights of loud street construction during the early morning, and the windows provided zero soundproofing. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly

• AITOR (3/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación y la recepción muy espectacular La habitación un desastre. La cama era Kingsize pero a base de quitar espacio en un lado de la cama, por lo que para acceder tenía que pasar muy justo, era mejor saltarla. El enchufe no encajaba bien y tuvimos que poner el teléfono de la habitación debajo para que hiciera de soporte y poder tener el enchufe con corriente. El A/C hacia un ruido alto e intenso y además no enfriaba bien, así que a pasar calor por la noche. El retrete demasiado pegado a la pared así que debías sentarte semi de lado. También estábamos al lado de un generador o algún aparato con un ruido constante, no excesivamente alto, pero no era cómodo para descansar.
• Michael (1/5): HORRIBLE/ NIGHTMARE - Not good Well from start to finish. We had no air first 2 days. Only one can in the whole room. The commode was almost on the floor hard to use. The sink was like a jail sink, and stayed stopped up. The room was just nothing to like example no pics etc. Then the tub was way out dated. Then a roach came out the trap door behind sink. It was huge the body was as big as a quarter this is the VERY WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN IN and wouldn't recommend anyone to experience that.
• Stephanie (3/5): The location was perfect, so was the bar & coffee shop, but not the room. - I loved the location, the staff was amazing, the little coffee shop was okay. The bar was definitely my favorite place in the hotel, The servers were amazingly kind and welcoming. The location was perfect, close to everything really. The room was smaller than expected, but manageable, what really wasn’t was the AC… the central AC in the room was damaged so I had to use a window air conditioner that was incredibly loud, the room never really got cold no matter how long I left it on, and since it was a window AC I couldn’t close the blinds completely or it would get hot, because of that I kept being woken up by the outside light. “Luckily” the view I had was of a wall, so there wasn’t too much light to bother me.

• carljI4455PB (6/5): Don't stay here if you can avoid it - The hotel is situated where it says it is: very close to Times Square. Great place to start your exploration of new york, however, I would choose another hotel if I knew how poor this one is. The room we were in was small, with moist stains on the wall, badly closing windows and a poorly maintained bathroom. This is for sure not a 4 star hotel, like it is everywere advertised. This is a hostel at best.

• chazwestlake05 (8/5): A week in NYC staying at the paramount - I stayed at the Paramount Hotel New York with my husband and another couple, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints at all. The hotel itself was great; clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, making it easy to get around and see everything New York has to offer. The beds were very comfy, and the rooms we had were a decent size for New York standards. However, our first room was extremely small, but after we mentioned that we’d be staying for a week, Edde at reception was extremely friendly and apologetic, and kindly upgraded us to a larger room the next day, which made a big difference. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful, and Edde in particular really stood out for his excellent service. It made our stay feel that much more enjoyable. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.
• republicz (6/5): Go more modern - We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and this will be out 3rd stay in NYC. The first thing to say is that the location was great , being just off Times Square. Close enough to feel the buzz but far enough to find peace. On our arrival there was a live entertainer on in the bar which is a lovely open space containing the hotel reception. We booked a superior room with 2 double beds and were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. Now I know that rooms in NYC are small but this room took the biscuit. It contained the smallest wardrobe bearing in mind there was 3 of us that we ended up living out of our suitcases. The only issue was that there was no space for the suitcases and we ended up just climbing over them. The bathroom was so small that we had to enter it sideways. Upon our return one day I noticed a white powder on the window sill. I quickly discovered that it was peeling paint on the window { see photos} We never ate or drank in the hotel and whilst it is n9 doubt an old and established hotel I would not return but would consider a more modern hotel.
• Jim Dickison (8/5): Tiny, but comfortable room. - Room was tiny, but comfortable. Decent location in the Theater District and a short walk to Times Square. The connected little French patisserie serves great breakfasts! The view was an alley! Elevator operation was inconsistent (our room key wouldn't always activate the elevator, so we would have to move to another one!) Vending machines card reader didn't work correctly.
