• Linda (8/5): Very helpful staff who spoke English well and made us feel very welcome. - Room was clean and quiet. Would have liked a larger room Was very expensive for a one night stay. Lovely area for walking around. Staff at front desk very helpful and took time to answer all our questions and help us get registered with a pass code for the water taxi. Room could have been larger. Staying in Venice for 2 nights before boarding our barge may have been even better to relax after jet lag. The room was also quite pricey.

• Girlwithapen (2/5): Great location but ££££ and no way a 4* hotel - This hotel is on Venice's main island and a short walk from the Santa Lucia station so the location is great. Unfortunately, that's about where the positive review ends. The hotel cost £230 for one night (yes it was a busy period but before the biennale opened). It purports to be a 4* hotel but anyone expecting a 4* hotel will be gravely disappointed. The room, bedlinen, towels were clean but everything else was shabby and worn. Some important, some small minor details but not 4*. The electrics were old. There were no plugs to charge a telephone or computer next to the bed or anywhere in the room apart from one near the door and one in the bathroom. The cover of the bathroom light looked scorched, one of the wall lights flickered, the furniture was old and chipped, the upholstery on the one chair seat in a double room was worn. One window was inexplicably sealed shut. The obligatory notice indicating the emergency exit had been removed from the door (or fallen off) and was in the wardrobe. The wall was so thin I could clearly hear the conversation of the people in the next room at 6.30am. In the bathroom, the toilet was a squeeze in the corner facing the end of the bath (impossible for anyone with long legs to use without contortions!) and the seat was loose. Breakfast was OK. The young man at reception who checked me in was pleasant, polite and extremely helpful as were the porters and cleaning staff. The older man who checked me out was extremely rude. And not just me. A colleague staying in the same hotel confirmed he was also rude to her. A very disappointing stay.
• Resort60685842279 (2/5): No 4 star hotel. - There is NO way this should be a 4 star hotel. No better than a roadside motel. Very dated, poor maintenance, needs lots of work. Feeling fortunate it's only 2 nights or I would insist we move.

Elevator was the greatest to have in this building !!! Room nicely done, clean and old Venetian style - charming. Some electrical outlets need fixing or replacing, they were loose for our plugs ?

• Rosemarie (9/5): Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. - Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, die Zimmer sind ruhig und sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück ist reichlich und es gibt einen Garten ! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Sehr empfehlenswert!

• Alena (9/5): - Byli jsme pouze jednu noc.Hotel je starý, ale postupně se snaží ho obnovovat. Postel dobrá, okolní nábytek nic moc, ale jen se tam spí. Snídaně dobrá, myslím že i na více dní dostačující. Personál super😃. Dokonce nám nabídli úschovnu zavazadel zdarma. Poloha blízko nádraží. Jediný co je nepříjemný pokoje nejsou dostatečně odhlučněné . Slyšíte opravdu všechno. V koupelně stačí zavřít dveře v noci se spí.

Mil gracias por la ayuda para abrir mi maleta (cogí la llave equivocada) Eso, que la relación calidad precio no se corresponde para nada con un hotel de 4 estrellas, incluyendo el desayuno que era aceptable.

• Shaipi (7/5): Leider mehr erwartet - I had an overall decent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent – a great variety and very tasty, definitely a highlight of the experience. The rooms were okay, but unfortunately, room 306 was much too hot, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes, which was a downside. Hygiene was acceptable, but not outstanding – there is definitely some room for improvement. On a positive note, the staff was very kind and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant. • Lucrezia (3/5): Tornerò a Venezia, ma non in questo hotel! - L’unica cosa positiva della struttura è la posizione, vicino alla stazione e comoda per raggiungere i punti di interesse della città Struttura molto vecchia, stanze poco accoglienti, prezzo decisamente troppo caro per quello che offre, considerando che è un 4 stelle dovrebbe avere dei servizi migliori e una struttura più accogliente

• S5259YJgarye (8/5): Five star location - Great location in Venice. Easy walking to most points. Lots of restaurants and Gilato just steps from the door. Very short walk to the train station. Although the room and lifts were small, the location made up for everything. Clean hotel with good breakfast.

Recomendamos 100% Sugerimos colocar pava eléctrica en las habitaciones. Es algo mínimo ya que a la noche no cuentan con servicio de bar/restaurante y si uno quiere tomarse un té no puede.

• Birgit (7/5): Trotz allen ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. - Sehr gute Lage. Bahnhofsnah und gut um ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Das Frühstück war eher unterer Durchschnitt. Sehr störend war die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage konnte man weder steuern noch ausschalten. Dadurch ein permanenter Geräuschpegel.
• Andrés Gallego Esteban (8/5): Ubicación genial para estar cerca de la Estación y muy bien comunicado tanto a pie como en vaporeto - La ubicación del hotel y la decoración, destaca que es un Hotel elegante y con un mantenimiento correcto. El desayuno estaba bien y variado, el café súper rico algo que no es lo habitual en los Hoteles. En la habitación hacía demasiado calor y el olor también era desagradable, tenías que tener las ventanas abiertas para que el olor no fuera tan fuerte. En recepción nos dijeron que era normal en todo Venecia en las habitaciones.

Bom café da manhã. Apenas o banheiro me incomodou um pouco porque p acessar o chuveiro tínhamos que entrar dentro de uma banheira e a parede de vidro que "delimitava" o chuveiro era pequena, molhando bem o chão do banheiro.
