Everything is on par for this level of hotel. The people here are so friendly and the location is ideal for a stay near the Universal parks. This is our second year staying here, and we will be back next year.

- Q6639KZcourtneyw (8/5): Close to Universal- Clean, quiet. - I traveled with my service dog and my friend for a trip to universal. This hotel is very close to universal and I enjoyed a quick to and from with uber. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very quiet with great staff. The location was the BEST. 10/10. The only reason I gave 4 stars was for two reasons- one, the lack of water access. The drinking fountains are weak and do not fill any bottles well, and I found it odd that coffee was served but no water, and I believe this would be a better addition as water is a necessity for going to universal. Overall, my stay was wonderful and I will come back. I do have to mention that while wonderful, some staff do not know the entire ADA law about service animals. I was requested my service dog be vested or have “An ID” as this is not the correct law and service animals may not be required to be vested or shown an “ID” (IDs do not exist in the United States). The woman who requested this was very kind and polite but this does need to be corrected by management.

The hotel was clean and the person checking us in was very friendly. The breakfast was good and consisted of pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, and cereal. They have a shuttle to Universal but it only runs once per day. I recommend taking an Uber or Lyft as it is only around $7.

- Qasim-1979 (8/5): Good clean budget place for families - We had an overnight stay as family of 4. Checked in late but it was super smooth and easy. Location is very convenient with close proximity to Universal Parks and Outlet Mall and a lot dining options within 500yrds. Nice clean place with basic air-conditioned rooms and comfortable beds. Front desk is real nice with pleasant helpful and smiling staff particularly Lara. They have ample parking which is free and a shuttle to Universal. They would also hold/ store the luggage after the checkout in case one wants to venture out for a while. Breakfast options are minimal but enough for a complete breakfast. They don't make stuff so once the supplies finish it's over. They hold $50 as incidentals which didn't make sense as there's no minibar and a very basic room. - Lydia (10/5): - My stay in Orlando was wonderful. While the room and facilities were somewhat outdated, I appreciated the clean air and friendly service, making it a great experience overall.

- Carolyn (10/5): - This property was easy to get to, very close to the Universal parks, quiet location and had an amaxing breakfast spread. Excellent value, we will definitely book tjis location for our future visits to the Universal area parks
- Valinda (2/5): - The lady at check in was very rude and not welcoming, she had the worst attitude and personality, she definitely doesn’t need that job, the sink was stopping up really bad and it took so long for the water to get hot it was about to run over, the room was dusty, the curtains were filthy and so was the carpet, we had a family of 4 and constantly had to ask for enough towels for 4 people, we checked out and got the same rude individual that checked us in and she never acknowledged us when we walked up she said you can put the key in the basket, she never thanked us and asked how was our stay, we typically love Windgates by Wyndham and never had a problem until this horrible experience, we will never stay here again, we chose this because it was convenient to universal but never will make this mistake again.
