• Francesca (10/5): Come a casa - Camera meravigliosa al settimo piano. Lo staff adorabile, gentile, accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni sulla zona e la ragazza ci ha tranquillizzati molto dato che dovevamo rientrare alla sera, ci ha comunque scritto due numeri di taxi da chiamare, davvero super disponibile. In camera abbiamo trovato una lettera personalizzata che ci augurava di passare un buon soggiorno e che dire, ci siamo sentiti subito coccolati. Per la colazione c’è un’ampia scelta tra tante cose sia dolci che salate. Mi è dispiaciuto lasciare questo hotel! Torneremo sicuramente!

Colazione a buffet varia e di ottimo livello. Camera di buone dimensioni, letto comodo, bagno dotato di accappatoi e ciabatte e pulizia impeccabile. Personale gentilissimo e ben diposto a soddisfare eventuali richieste

• Aliston (6/5): Hotel confortável, no entanto vacilou em alguns pontos. - gostei do café da manhã, da localização e da higienização dos quartos Não gostei do atendimento da recepcionista a qual fiz o check in, pois devido um imprevisto só consegui chegar no hotel no dia 04/04/26 e tinha feito a reserva do dia 03/04 ao dia 05/04. Informei a ela se poderia alterar a reserva para do dia 04/04 ao dia 06/04 mas ela disse que eu teria que pagar uma nova diária para o dia 06 e que a diária do dia 03 eu tinha perdido. Outro ponto negativo foi que o quarto estava com o ar condicionado sem funcionar, fui questionar isso e informaram que o prédio todo estava assim.
