- Ortiz Oropeza (5/5): No usar como un hotel de escala en Miami si hay un partido de futbol del Inter - Me asignaron una habitación sucia, que no se habia realziado limpieza después del check out. el uso de los elevadores fue caótico, no recomiédo usar este hotel si hay juego de futbol el dia que haces escala en Miami, aunque el hotel esta cerca del aeropuerto, esta junto al estadio nuevo del Inter y es un caos llegar o salir de ahi en horarios previos o psoteriores al juego. no me gusto el caos para llegar o salir de ahi el dia de partido de futbol o evento en el estadio junto al hotel.

The concierge was exceptional. Best I've experienced in a long time. No Body Wash. HVAC did not work. Maintenance tried to fix it but finally just turned off the freezing air. The lotion had been used.

So we took an Uber not too big a deal we just got excited thinking they had a shuttle. Won't stop us from staying again though.

Never again! The best part about the hotel is the convenience and proximity to airport and its long term parking option. Hotel is tired. Broken tile in bathroom, sink “bench” has broken slat, carpet dirty.

- 3Sisters (8/5): Perfect for a quick trip to see the GOAT play soccer in this awesome new stadium. - Staff was great. Food was good. Location for the Inter Miami game was exceptional. Shuttle from/to airport was awesome. Rooms could use a remodel. Bathroom toilet wasn't working well. We had to take the lid off the back and push down the rubber seal to keep it from running.

- Alessia (4/5): - The hotel is old and poorly maintained. The elevators are a nightmare—I don’t understand why a 4-star hotel like the Sheraton can’t upgrade them. I stayed here in January for work, and the situation hasn’t changed at all. There are always long lines just to get an elevator. In the rooms, the shower has very low water pressure and the water is only lukewarm—several colleagues mentioned the same issue. The food is on par with fast food. Overall, the hotel feels very mediocre and underwhelming. The room was dirty.

- Anton (7/5): Satisfied) - I think this is the first hotel in my travels that invested in soundproofing! No bother from neighbors and planes. I can excuse them all small fails for that! :)) Location is very good. 3 min walk from the airport. All urban and suburban transport here too. Nice staff I received a room that wasn't cleaned properly, especially the bathroom, with someone's hair everywhere. You'll have to buy their breakfast, cause there are no cafes within walking distance of the hotel. But they have several options - a more expensive Swedish table and a cheaper menu.
- Jeff (9/5): My stay was perfect and I will definitely be staying at the Sheraton again. - The Sheraton met my expectations in terms of location, facilities, cleanliness and exceeded my expectations in terms of the staff and how friendly and helpful they all were - it made me want to move to Miami, if this is what everyone is like. I had several meals there, including breakfast and the food was delicious. House keeping are a bit slow but as I was only there for two nights it didn't really bother me.
