Deram me um quarto do mesmo tamanho mas com duas pequenas janelas, dando para uma parede do prédio da frente. Me senti enganada e reclamei. Depois de três dias instalada me ofereceram o quarto da foto. Mas estava já quase indo embora, com criança…..fiquei com preguiça. Mas fica aqui a recomendação: precisam atualizar o site. Isto é propaganda enganosa.

- Jasun (7/5): The BEST location but no view and bad wifi - The location was superb and the hotel itself was nice. Quiet yet located in a prime spot near St. Marks but not in the middle of the chaos. Wifi was bad and constantly disconnected. Room felt like a dungeon with very little light. Furnishings were generally nice. We had a suite but no real view. Some natural light and wifi needs improvement. For the price, these type of amenities are important. That's our only complaint.

- Eduardo Miguel (10/5): Hotel espetacular. - Pesquisei muito antes de ir a Veneza sobre qual hotel ficar, pesquisei muito e muito e tenho certeza que acertei em em cheio no hotel. Hotel com a melhor localização possível, ao lado de grandes lojas (chanel, dior, celine e outros) e praticamente dentro da praça são marcos (poucos passos de distancia). Chegamos a veneza de trem, da estação até o hotel fomos de barco taxi privativo, que parou na frente do hotel que inclusive tem gondoleiros na frente também, ou seja, muito facil. O quarto é extremamente limpo, melhor cama da viagem, bar do hotel muito completo, enfim, foi tudo perfeito. Se esta na duvida, pode reservar sem medo!

- Jo (7/5): Great location but lacking in luxury feel - Booked this hotel for it's combination of a superb location and luxury feel. The location was excellent (water taxi stop outside) but the luxury feel less so. We were allocated two rooms on the 2nd floor adjacent to each other. The beds were comfortable and the towels and toiletries etc nice quality. The buffet breakfast was good. Maybe our rooms were not often occupied as they had maintenance issues. Broken light fitting, flickering lights and silverfish in the bath each morning. Both rooms were dark. The lack of light wasn't helped by the coloured glass windows. I am aware that Venice doesn't like tourists but I was very surprised that the staff at the hotel were also cold and unwelcoming. The welcome is not helped by various pieces of furniture being roped off. Maybe these antiques would be better placed in a museum and replaced by chairs and tables that can actually be used. The exception being Maria who attended to us one morning at breakfast.

- Thomas (8/5): Besser geht es fast nicht! - Ein tolles Hotel in einem alten Palazzo. Freundliches und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Elegant eingerichtete Zimmer. Tolle Lage, fast am Marcus Platz aber doch ganz ruhig gelegen. Super Frühstück Fund ein sensationelles Fischrestaurant im Hause / Santo Mare. Eigentlich nur der Preis.

Posizione stupenda, struttura molto elegante, personale super professionale e di altissimo livello, cibo squisito, servizio impeccabile, in camera sono presenti prodotti di altissima qualità (es prodotti da bagno di acqua di Parma). Unica pecca della camera che non aveva una scrivania, molto utile per chi deve lavorare!
- Brian (7/5): Stately historic building in an outstanding position, with good sized rooms and providing a great daily breakfast. - Position is unrivalled/ fantastic. Breakfast is very good with great range of high quality choices, and incredibly friendly and efficient service/ staff. Rooms are a good size. Room servicing is great: effectively twice daily. The hotel is a beautiful historic building with lovely common areas. Bathroom had some mould in shower screen/ pan. Air conditioning was not available/ working, as apparently only on in summer. Heated towel rack not working. Windows open but that lets in mosquitoes.

- Johannes Maria (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in dem schönen, stilvollen Hotel, unsere Erwartungen wurde übertroffen. - Wir haben anlässlich unserer Reise zum 10. Hochzeitstag ein Upgrade für das Zimmer bekommen und zur Begrüßung wurde uns eine Flasche Prosecco mit einer persönlichen Glückwunschkarte auf das Zimmer gestellt. Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück in dem herrschaftlichen, historischen Saal ist ein besonderes Erlebnis. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war erst vor Kurzem renoviert worden und die Betten haben für einen entspannten Schlaf gesorgt. Es hat uns alles gefallen, es war nichts zu beanstanden.
- Simon (6/5): Software: gut - Hardware: verbesserungswürdig - Service war generell sehr freundlich und kompetent; Besonders beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück muss besonders gelobt werden, da wirklich alles da ist und sehr aufmerksam ständig nachgelegt wird. Die Lage unserer Suite. In der ersten Etage, direkt über der Bar im Atrium und daher extrem laut. Ich befürchte, wir haben diese Suite bekommen, weil wir über booking.com gebucht haben (es wäre nicht das erste Mal, dass wir auf diese Art dafür "bestraft" wurden...) Das Layout der Suite ist unglücklich. Es gibt kein "Suiten-Raumgefühl", da kleines Schlafzimmer, kleines Extrazimmer mit Sofa und zu langer Flur... Schade. Badzimmertür quitscht, eine Abdeckung an eine Hängelampe fehlte, einige Griffe an den Schranken waren lose - also nicht, was man von einem Leading Hotels of the World erwartet. Software: gut - Hardware: verbesserungswürdig.

O hotel é muito confortável e tem uma localização perfeita, perto de tudo. Vale muito a pena! Destaque especial para o café da manhã, que além de excelente, é uma verdadeira experiência. Tomar o café da manhã no Baglioni Hotel Luna é inesquecível: o salão, adornado por deslumbrantes afrescos do século XVIII, transforma cada momento em pura arte. Sem dúvida, um dos cafés da manhã mais icônicos que já vivemos na Itália.

- Mahmoud (10/5): - Great stay! The hotel is very clean and located right in the city center. The staff are always available and ready to answer any questions, which made the stay very comfortable. Perfect place to stay — highly recommended!
- Sandra & Peter (10/5): We had a beautiful stay at the Lunar Baglioni with 2 other couples. - The Location was Fantastic. The room was appointed beautifully. Breakfast was an exceptional selection. The Bar in the foyer gave wonderful service. The Sideboard at the foot of the bed was so wide I was not able to get around the end of the bed very well as very limited space. Also I had nowhere for a second suitcase except on the floor in the limited space beside the bed. My Husband and is early 70's and getting into the bath for a shower becomes a problem.

- Susan (9/5): Great location and breakfast - The breakfast room was spectacular. Breakfast also good with extensive range. Room was lovely and the complimentary prosecco was good. Nice to have a bath and a separate shower. Loads of storage space and attractive venetian style wardrobes The restaurant was a big disappointment. the menu was very limited and the fresh seafood was a ridiculously high price. I have never ever paid £100 for a seabass. More like £30. Good to get a bath and a shower, but the bath was very narrow and I almost got stuck in it

- Caroline (10/5): Beautiful hotel, we will be back. - The Baglioni Hotel is a beautiful Venetian hotel decorated appropriately in a typical Venetian style. It is very well situated for all the main tourist sites in Venice. There were mosquitoes in the bedrooms in November which was quite unexpected.

- Angela (9/5): - Upgraded to a brilliant suite which we appreciated. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and great coffee. The location couldn't have been better as it was less than a five minute walk to Saint Marks Square. Glasses in the room were not changed daily and we had to ask for more water. We had a meal in the restaurant which was very expensive and did not compare to places like Alle Testiere.
