- Michael (10/5): - This is a great upscale hotel and property that is valued better in my opinion than similar competitors in the Nana, Asok, and Ploen Chit areas. I have always stayed in one of the corner rooms as it offers great views and plenty of space for both leisure and working activities. I am also pleased that on this stay the construction/renovation of the downstairs and patio restaurants were complete, which offer a good view of the street scene around Nana and have some good food options at reasonable prices. Staff in both hotel and it's associated restaurants are friendly and helpful. I will continue to book this hotel on any return trips planned.

- Benjamin (10/5): - A return to our Bangkok home at the traditional Landmark did not disappoint and following our previous reviews, we are back again. Still undergoing renovation in sections, the new works around the central atrium look splendid. Check in was conducted at club level and off to our room on the 27th floor near to the lifts. Unfortunately a room issue led to a quick room change to a bigger room, but well handled by the club reception. The transfer to the premium corner club room was spacious and had all the usual amenities you’d expect from the Landmark with great views across the Bangkok skyline. The lobby is again closed for renovations, so pedestrian entry/exit is via the new eateries atrium, much easier than before. Taxi drop offs are at the side of the hotel. The hotel features the London style bar, now in an open plan “Quad” area but also includes a new bakery, Italian outlet, burger outlet, and Greenhouse local food restaurant, this one being open conveniently 24 hours a day. We tried the latter, extremely tasty curries, great early hours service and reasonably priced for a hotel. I can only imagine that when the renovations are complete, the lobby will likely look just as amazing. Staff here are just perfect, especially on the club floor. We will be back in January 2026.

An excellent renovation with brilliant new eateries enhances what was already a great hotel. there is no better hotel as a base for sightseeing, shopping and excellent restaurants. One of the rooms was fine but the other smelt and felt damp - I raised this with house keeping and all they did was spray around the room. There didn’t seem to be any extraction fan for the shower. Breakfast is great - many many options. The location is good for access to the BTS and MRT - stations for both in walking distance. Traffic outside the hotel is horrendous at peak time so great to be able to use public transport.

I would also like to compliment the Room Service at Landmark. Due to my required treatment at Bumrungrad Hospital and my physical limitations, i took advantage of their Room Service for meals. The food was outstanding in quality and was the best I have experienced in my last 25 years of travel. The cherry on top of this delicious food was the absolutely great service from the staff that brought and served it to the outstanding preparation of the Kitchen Staff.. There aren’t enough stars to properly rate this total outstanding service I received even in the trying circumstance I am enduring.. Thank you all, and God Bless.

Trying to turn the lights on and off in the room however it’s really difficult with the silly touch buttons rather than a positive switch. It does nothing to improve any quality but you can’t see the buttons when it’s dark.

The 24 hour room service is great for me when I am adjusting from the major time difference and jet lag from my flight to Thailand, and the staff is always kind and helpful. Perfect for the business traveler or anyone looking for comfort and high class accomodation.
