Also, the Staff at this property are very professional, helpful and always there to serve you. The elevator & parking service. One of the elevators was being shut down for the entire time. There is no parking on the hotel premises, but a Car park is nearby. Car parking is very costly and be aware of that before travelling with your car.

• DIMITRI1968 (5/5): A 2 star experience for the price of a 4 star - The location was great and the size of the room was satisfactory. It is not a 4 star hotel by any means. During our stay, the water had no pressure so we couldn't get a decent shower, the tv wasn't working and the sink clogged bringing up all manner of dirt and slime. It is the only hotel we have ever stayed in where breakfast ends at 9 (they really don't want you to have it). And the food is literally inedible. The staff did not seem to care at all and were completely unimpressed no matter what you told them.

The rooms are relatively small and cramped, something I was aware of in advance, though the photos on the website did not fully reflect how tight the space feels. Significant Operational Issues- Unfortunately, the stay was marked by a series of technical problems that affected the overall experience: Recurring plumbing issues: During the stay I had to call maintenance several times for the same problems - twice because there was no cold water in the sink (only boiling water came out), a leaking sink, and a microwave that turned out to be broken. Additional problems: At one point the room key stopped working, which caused considerable inconvenience. Constant noise: The room was adjacent to the elevator, which generated loud and disturbing noises at all hours, significantly disrupting sleep and rest. Unsatisfactory Customer Service I requested in advance, on several occasions, along with a couple of friends, to be placed on the same floor. Despite repeated requests from both sides, the request was not fulfilled, and no reasonable explanation was given. Throughout the stay I approached the reception multiple times regarding the different issues, but only received partial and case-by-case responses, without any comprehensive treatment or acknowledgment of the overall dissatisfaction. Despite the convenient location, the overall experience was frustrating due to the poor technical maintenance and unprofessional customer service. I hope hotel management will take this feedback into consideration to improve service in the future.

Literie confortable et équipements pratiques dans la chambre (micro-ondes, machine à café, coffre, petit réfrigérateur). Emplacement très pratique avec des transports accessibles en 5 à 10 minutes à pied, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et cafés à moins de 5 minutes. Service de bagagerie très utile à l’arrivée et le jour du départ. Mini épicerie à l’accueil appréciable pour un repas rapide sans se déplacer. Bruit de l’ascenseur audible en continu en journée depuis la chambre, avec de nombreux allers-retours, ce qui devient fatigant sur plusieurs jours. Chambre peu profonde au niveau des pieds du lit, rendant la circulation compliquée à 2 adultes avec plusieurs bagages. Petit déjeuner terminé à 9h, trop tôt pour un séjour touristique. Point sécurité important : meuble près du lit avec un angle cassé et très coupant, signalé dès l’arrivée mais sans intervention pendant tout le séjour, malgré la présence d’un enfant de 6 ans.
• Vincent (9/5): Nous y retournerions sans hésiter - A proximité des principaux centres d'intérêt de Manhattan, dans un quartier calme pour NYC. Chambre bien équipée (fauteuil, frigo et micro-onde). Possibilité de petit déjeuner copieux pour un prix très correct, c'est confortable pour démarrer la journée. Une petite table avec deux chaises en plus du fauteuil dans la suite aurait été parfait. Aussi, la fin du service du petit déjeuner était "tôt" (à 9h...), pour des vacanciers, une heure de plus serait idéal (ce qui est le cas le week-end). Enfin, en fin de service du petit-déjeuner, le buffet commençait à être vide.

• Eunice (5/5): Disappointing. - Only picked this place as it was close to my conference venue. Walls are extremely thin. You can hear other guests conversation/arguments as well as their alarm going off, flushing toilets, and opening/closing their curtains, babies crying all night and the nonstop elevator going up and down. I felt like I was in a hostel sharing my room. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff not so friendly. No greetings upon arrival and check out. No introduction or additional info( such as breakfast info) given upon check in just gave me my room key and took my credit card. Cleanliness of room was okay. Water spots noted upon arrival in the bathroom sink, and the room desk showed signs of wear and damage. Almost slipped a few times on the ledge that leads to the bathroom it’s quite slippery even if it’s not wet. For the price of the room these negatives were not worth it.

• Anne-Cecile (8/5): Très bel hotel au calme, dans un beau quartier, proche des transports en commun - L'emplacement près de la bouche de métro, la rue était tranquille on pouvait ouvrir les fenêtres, mise à disposition d'eau et de café ainsi qu'une machine avec des snacks en cas de nécessité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. Les lits sont trop petits pour deux personnes. En tous cas pour un groupe d'amis. Nous pensions avoir des lits de 1m60 minimum or ils faisaient 1m30. Nous n'étions pas en couple mais entre amis, ce qui était un peu problématique.

The back of the elevators were against the head of our beds we figured out. Too expensive for what it was, including breakfast, very basic. I think we could have done better in regard to price/quality with a hotel closer to midtown, only reason I would choose this one again was if I needed the specific location.

The breakfast was undercooked and staff unresponsive. We were told breakfast was served until 9:30. That was not true. M- F until 9. We got there at 9 and they wouldn't even let us have cereal. Not the cooks mistake, but could have had a little more civility in understanding the confusion from the front desk.
