U can walk for five to ten minutes to reach places like CVS, Whole Foods and brickell city centre. One minute walk from the metro mover which can take you throughout the brickell loop. Break fast was basic but good

Le falta mantenimiento y un poco de limpieza. El desayuno incluido es bastante malo. Caro para lo que es el hotel. Solo pagas la ubicación. Lo recomiendo si es para pocas noches.

Hotel is steps away from train station which is FREE. We took train to Bayside Marketplace and had a great night before our cruise Hotel was 11 min drive to cruise port. There is a $12 pp shuttle fee so we took Lyft and it was $14 total for 3 of us Nothing

I didn’t see that listed anywhere while I was booking. For 2 nights stay it was 98.00 to park my car overnight. I will find somewhere with parking next time.

Apesar de estar no Brickell está em um ponto "ruim" para quem como eu gosta de sair a pé e fazer meus treinos. A noite por exemplo causa sensação de insegurança. É necessário caminhar algumas quadras para chegar na região da Bay Área, onde o cenário é encantador. Café da Manhã também é bem simples e a sensação é de que a quantidade de mesas é sempre insuficiente para o tamanho do hotel e numero de hospedes. Serviço de Vallet também é demorado.

Upon arrival after our flight landed, we were told that they no longer had a room for us (and other families waiting in the lobby.) We have young children and we were left vulnerable in the late hours of the evening with no place to sleep because other hotels were at capacity. It was as if this sort of thing occurs regularly. We were told we would recieve a refund, but have not recieved it, despite attempting to call many times. It was a $500 charge per night. Its an unfortunate situation. We cannot recommend this hotel. Beware and be safe.

• dianewZ1768CH (8/5): Good location for transport - We stayed at this hotel because we were going to the F1 race, I booked it because I had googled where best to stay if attending F1 and Brickell came up, hotel is in a good place for convenient transport links to F1. Our room was spacious and very clean except for the sofa, which really needed a good clean, however we did not sit on it so did not bother us too much. The towels and bed linen were spotlessly clean, beds were nice and comfy. The complimentary breakfast is a bonus, although dining room does get very busy. The hotel is in a good location for transport to get you round all parts of Miami, we used the loop trains and the trolley buses, both are free. The hotel is also in a good location for supermarkets and good eating places. I travelled with my daughter and we both felt safe at the hotel and surrounding neighbourhood.
