- Yanai (10/5): Very friendly and attended staff - The room was very nice and clean. Everything in the room was on good shape, and the private pools are especially nice for a couple retreat. The staff was very friendly and attended, tried to help and assist in everything, super fast and proficient. The pool was a little dirty so we were upgraded and the room was great. The hotel itself has anything you need, from transportation to household and other services . The hotels main pool was also nice and the staff always check every visitors to make sure you are safe. The only downside is the distance from the main part of dubai
- Kimani (10/5): - The hotel was amazing and the staff was great as well. Get free access to the Palm Jumeirah if you need the beach. My stay was very delightful they have everything on the property is you need a club or food.

The room service was extremely slow — it took at least 45 minutes every time we asked for something simple like towels or drinks. The food quality was also below expectations. Overall, not the standard I expected from this hotel.

Even though a “noisy” / busy hotel, rooms are very insulated so it never bothers you and you don’t hear it. Would stay again for sure, as long as you don’t mind being in JVC area and willing to take cars slightly longer drive toward palm, marina, business bay etc

The receptionist said my room will have the view of Burj Khalifa and when I check in, it was not there. I went down immediately and showed the video of the balcony view and there was no burj Khalifa.. she had lied to me. She said this is all I have for now and I will put you in the Marina room tomorrow, I said I need the roll with the Burj Khalifa she kept repeating I will move you to the Marina room. I did not like the lies that was told and I was not put on any floors above 50z

- Professor Gold (2/5): - I have hesitated to make this post for a while now, but I feel it is best for awareness. They stole my jewelry at the spa on a day that was quiet and mostly staff present. I am still hoping that the police investigation would yield positive results as I cherished those Jewelries. Although I was assured that the police would do all it takes to ensure they retrieve my items, it still leaves a bad taste which is a real shame

If anyine wants to stay at the hotel just be conscious that your personal items are likeky to be stolen. Sadly, this should not haooen in the UAE. Although there are assurances that the police will catch the culprit and retrieve my items. My fingers are staying crossed!

The view from my room was stunning, and the room itself was also very nice. However, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast much because there weren’t many choices available. Additionally, the hotel could get quite noisy at times due to a lot of young people partying late into the night. That was the only downside to my experience.

Took two hours to receive towels. 5 phone calls for someone to fix the espresso machine. 2 hour wait for someone to come clean the jacuzzi. Each time this was reported to management, they would take 24 hours to send a manager, after multiple phone calls requesting one. The manager would come say give us another chance. Then this would all repeat again. Checked out one night early from my reservation because of my awful experience and they still did not even refund that last night. Terrible management. Cannot emphasize this enough. Do not waste your time with this location, they ignore any requests and complaints until you make a fuss about it, and even then, they do the bare minimum. Far from a 5 star experience that’s for sure.

The room was nice and cleaned daily, breakfast was the same everyday but very good , half board option was good as well .. construction can be heard and seen from your room, and at the pool but nothing unbearable. All in all I would give my experience an 8/10

- Charlene (10/5): - This hotel is absolutely beautiful. My friends and I book a 4 bedroom Penthouse, and all bedrooms had bathrooms inside. The wrap. around patio, with stunning views was breathtaking from the balcony, our rooms, the infinity pool area was relaxing, inviting and peaceful. Housekeeping was phenomenal! Every day we came back to find our rooms neat and items organized. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and very convenient. The staff we're courteous, efficient and friendly. I definitely will be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

- andrew (8/5): - Loved the hotel. Staff all very nice and welcoming. There was only 2 problems i found they are pushy for double payment. I paid for breakfast at the reception they day i arrived and the next day at breakfast they tried to charge me again. When i showed them the receipt that i had paid, they still pushed for the money. And even came to my table with the card machine to push me to pay. Then another day the cleaner opened my door and left it wide open. And left, nowhere to be seen. I had gone down 5 minutes before and forgot my card so went back to get it and found my door open with nobody around anywhere. Nothing was missing but i didnt like coming back to my room open for anyone and everyone to walk in. I told front desk but never heard anything back. Apart from those 2 things the rest of the stay was great. Goose bar was really good to chill and watch football, the pool was really nice, the food was nice from all the places i visited in the hotel. I would stay again

This ruined our experience. The manager had given us a discounted upgrade but it was a mistake to wait an hour after checkin time for the room.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 7am maintenance wake up - The hotel is very nicely appointed with a unique design, comfortable rooms and great options for F&B. We were in a high floor (34th) balcony room which was nice as the bathroom was to the side of the bedroom so you also got views from the bath. Hotel seems like it could do with some TLC in a few places but generally good condition. What I didn't find ok was at 7am there was heavy building maintenance outside the inner door on an open large balcony adjoining. This wasn't just light work it included welding, concrete bashing and circular saw cutting which made any further sleep impossible. This ruined our stay quite honestly, I know works have to be done occasionally but surely not at this hour in a hotel. Also it's low season so I'm very sure it would have been possible to not use any rooms in this area while the work needed to be done.

I left my Apple Watch on the food cart. I only stayed there for 1 night because I was staying at their sister hotel for 5 days. And we couldn’t check in during my early arrival. However, they had someone bring my watch over and security brought it to my room. I was very appreciative of that because we didn’t rent a car and would have had to Uber there and then back.

Second room, because we were not going to stay on the first one:The floor was dirty, the curtains stained, the table top stained and the bathroom door didn’t close. Even though it was their responsibility to keep everything clean for the clients and when we got there it wasn’t the case, we asked for a reimbursement to be able to move to another hotel but they said that a reimbursement was not possible.

It’s a glorified 18-30 with pool parties and shots in the pool nonsense. It’s not at all appropriate for business. Our room upgrade was 3000AED and we ended up in a room overlooking the pool. R&B bashing out from 10.30am-1.30am with the construction noise of Dubai starting at 5am..,, sleep was not an option. The staff were only interested in getting you to spend rather than address their mistakes. THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR BUSINESS
