• Daniel (8/5): Great stay in Rome! - The location and how close to you are to the Roman Forum, Colosseo, Pantheon, Trastevere, etc., as well as the style of the hotel, breakfast and friendly staff. Great hotel and even more amazing city! The property can be difficult to reach by car/taxi, so if you’re in a rush (going to the airport), plan accordingly. Also, the spa is 35€/hour, which was not mentioned while booking. Please be aware that there is also a 6€ p.P. per night city tax, which we were also told only at checkout. Everything else was great!

• Marc (7/5): Bien, en dessous de nos attentes - Les chambres sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. Le cadre est moderne mais sombre et assez froid. Le SPA pour 35 EURO n'est pas à la hauteur, Le hammam ne fonctionnait pas et le tout est petit mais ok privatisé. Cependant le personnel était helpful.

Une personne est présente pour préparer une boisson seulement. Absence de restaurant car il est maintenant fermé. Ménage journalier des chambres irrégulier et insuffisant. Quelques signes d’usure (joint des douches notamment).

Spa was a bit pricey for what is offered there was also a bit of a smell in the spa area which made it unpleasant. Only stayed in there for 15 mins. Breakfast could also do with some work

You can hear everyone walking, talking, checking in or out as if they are staying in the room with you. We were always waken up by the sound of the room service cleaning other rooms, every morning

• Daniel u. Claudia (9/5): Tolle Stadt mit vielen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten; Rom ist definitiv eine Reise wert. - Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Pantheon war ideal, ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Personal war sehr nett. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war ebenfalls top. Für die Kleider gab es keinen Schrank zum Verstauen; leben aus dem Koffer. Das Frühstückbuffet wurde von nur einer Person bedient; zum Teil längeres Warten auf Getränke und Food.

A volte queste bellissime strutture si perdono per 10/20 euro di colazione rispetto al costo del pernottamento!!

• Barbora (9/5): Great location and super friendly staff. Very clean and neat room - Perfect location close to all the tourist spots, extremely friendly staff full of helpful advice and tips. I felt right at home 😊 Could have done with some extra little items in the room, such as tissues, cotton pads etc. Also a bit more clothes storage. The clothes hangers were right above the kettle, which was a bit unusual and there wasn’t a lot of clearance to hang even a short dress. In saying that, it was all minor and my stay was overall pretty good! Would stay again!

Having blackout curtains to keep light out in the morning was so convenient. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Could not recommend enough. Our room did have a few hairs from the previous guest so would recommend better cleaning.

• vincent (3/5): Cet hôtel est d’un niveau bas de gamme qui ne correspond pas au standing annoncé et payé. - L’emplacement Entrée principale ornée d’un tas de détritus La chambre donne sur une cour crasseuse. La vétusté de la chambre est mise en évidence par la décoration minimaliste . Murs abîmés, fauteuils tachés, lampes de chevet cassées, cordons de store déglingués. Pas de climatisation. Pas de distributeur de mouchoirs et autres services auxquels on est en droit d’attendre dans un hôtel de cette catégorie. Petit déjeuner dans une salle étroite, inconfortable, sombre et encombrée de cartons.

Bedeutet man hat alle Dokumente die ganze Zeit bei sich tragen müssen. Unsicherheit. Zuerst gab es ein Ersatzpersonal keine Kompetenz. Lobby sehr klein.

La falta de espacio de armario, la habitación es muy bonita pero falta zona para colgar ropa. El espacio que hay es muy pequeño y se comparte con el minibar lo cual la hace menos funcional, deberían de añadir alguna zona más en la que poder colgar ropa y entonces sería perfecto.

• Noboru (10/5): - The staff went beyond and helped me for the mistake I made on the reservation. I made an mistake and didn't consider the time difference and booked my stay a day early, I realized 4 days before my travel. In general, it would have been no refund/cancel, and I would have needed to rebook entirely new stay, but they were kind enough to let me just pay the rate difference. During the stay, the staff were so welcoming and kind. I really enjoyed the stay the location, and style/vibe of the hotel, the true boutique style hotel. Small but then clean, and very cute hotel. the location is literary right behind pantheon and it's like maybe 2 or 3 min walk!
