• Sabrina (10/5): Ein toller Städtetripp - Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Einkaufsstraße und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Unser Zimmer war nach hinten raus gelegen. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Stephansdom liegt fußläufig ca. 2-3 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Auch die U-Bahn ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit das Hotel wieder buchen. nichts

• jacek (8/5): Kolejny raz udany pobyt w Wiedniu, w tym hotelu. - Bywamy częstymi gośćmi tegoż hotelu i zdecydowanym atutem jest jego położenie i bliskość do - ... wszędzie. Przyjazna obsługa. Na ogół śniadania jemy poza hotelem i raczej nie korzystam z kuchni hotelu. Po raz kolejny zdarza się, że w barku, małe buteleczki alkoholu są wypełnione wodą(!) - chyba obsługa tego nie sprawdza. Szlafroki często są zbyt małe - przynajmniej jeden powinien być większy.

Второй выход на площадь, где расположен фонтан, императорская усыпальница, прекрасный супермаркет. Сам отель достойный и очень комфортный. Большой номер, тепло, на время прохладной погоды включили отопление в ванной комнате. Много мест хранения, вешалок в шкафу, стол посередине с ковром меня покорил. В ванной две раковины, хороший фен. Вкусные завтраки, можно отдельно заказать блины, омлет и тд. Кофе хороший, большой выбор сыров, икра, рыба. Персонал приветливый, такси останавливается напротив входа в отель. Внутри красивая входная зона, и зона отдыха на 1 этаже. Нет такого

• Elisabeth (8/5): Sehr gutes und gemütliches Stadthotel mit Flair in ausgezeichneter Lage. - Das Zimmer punktet mit einer außergewöhnlichen Größe - Eingangsbereich - Schlafzimmer - Wohnbereich, separates Bad. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Frühstück habe ich nicht gebucht. Die Lounge ist gemütlich, der Barkeeper freundlich und hat exquisit beraten. Kleine Espressomaschine oder Wasserkocher für Tee bzw. Kaffee zwischendurch wäre zu empfehlen.

• KT (9/5): ウィーン5日間の旅を満喫 - とにかくロケーションが良い。ケルントナー通りに面した出入口もあり、シュテファン大聖堂、オペラ座、学友協会などどこへでも歩いて行ける。 スタッフも付かず離れずの距離感で、いつも丁寧に対応してくれる。 シャワーのお湯もきちんと出るし、排水が詰まるようなこともない。 タオルも毎日交換してくれるし、トイレットペーパーも常時3個予備が置いてある。 このクラスのホテルにしては最近珍しく部屋にコーヒーメーカーが無い。コーヒーメーカーとは言わずとも、インスタントコーヒーすら置いてなかったのは意外で残念。
