• eric (8/5): - The place was fine for an early trip to the airport. The tram was about 150 yards from the hotel and came by at 5:15 AM just as we planned. It's a bit older hotel but staff was friendly and it did the job for the price
• Razvan (7/5): Noisy elevator - Price and close to the T2 (tram). Friendly staff. Helped with keeping the luggage until check-in. My room was near the elevator shaft and was very noisy every time the elevator was working. Avoid rooms near the elevator if you want to sleep. You won't be able to sleep with your window open as the hotel is near a busy road and you can hear all the cars. When you shower, the water goes into the bathroom.

• Neermala (10/5): EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM GREAT STAFF - Near the tram station to get to city center, 1 stop away to airport, get off tram and look for Firenze Bar to guide u to hotel. Turn into the road, see big orange and white aerial on rooftop, this is the hotel. helpful and wonderful staff made up for everything, use fridge and take hot water from kitchen. Maria and Samuel tbc helped with tours. The breakfast you pay only 6 euros for an elaborate breakfast. Well worth the money. Nothing

Located near the T2 tram to Florence airport - The location was convenient to the T2 tram to Florence airport (starts running at 5am) which was why I chose this location. Was about a 6-8 Minute walk pulling a suitcase. Quick check in and front desk is manned 24 hrs. Clean, safe and secure. Nothing. The area didn’t have much that I could find to eat - but not the hotels fault. I was just overnight, to catch an early flight.

• Kathrin (5/5): Hat gereicht, würde aber nicht nochmal kommen - Anbindung in die Stadt mit der Tram T2 in 20min. Translation circa 3-5min entfernt. Frühstück ist wirklich schlecht. Die Brötchen sind Stein hart und das bisschen Brot, welches da war, war trocken. Der Kaffee schmeckte chemisch. Im Badezimmer fehlten viele Fugen und es war nicht sauber. Das Zimmer ist sehr minimalistisch. Insgesamt ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Ziemlich laut(befahrene Straße) und hellhörig(man konnte alles was auf dem Flur passiert hören). Zimmer sehr minimalistisch.

• CAROLE (9/5): Séjour très satisfaisant - L'hôtel est très bien situé, pas loin du tramway ,ligne directe pour le centre de Florence et pour l'aéroport. L'équipement des chambres est un peu spartiate Le petit déjeuner est à un prix raisonnable, le buffet sucré salé est varié. Le personnel est très accueillant et réactif. Nous avons eu un petit problème que la réceptionniste du soir a réussi à résoudre après plusieurs tentatives et le réceptionniste du lendemain matin a aussi enregistré notre signalement qui a été solutionné à notre convenance. Des étagères seraient appréciées surtout lorsque le séjour dépasse 2 nuits .

• Nicolas (4/5): Pratique avant un vol mais bruyant - Localisation pratique pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport, chambre confortable dans les standards B&B Parking disponible, payant mais prix très acceptable pour Florence et pratique. Déconvenue complète durant la nuit: On entend les douches et chasses d'eau des chambres voisines jusque tard dans la nuit, les personnes allant et venant vers l'ascenseur ou discutant dans le couloir. La WiFi n'était pas stable, resté en 5G. En soirée, quasiment aucune option pour manger, 4 emplacements étaient fermés plus tôt qu'annoncés ou n'avaient plus rien à vendre (café/boulangeries).

• Michel (5/5): Très peu dormi à cause de la chaleur - Emplacement pratique par rapport à l'aéroport. Le tramway est au bout de la rue. Gros problème de chaleur excessive, que le personnel de la réception n'a pas réussi à régler. Nous avons dû dormir fenêtre ouverte malgré le bruit de l'extérieur.

• seahorse1525 (4/5): Very disappointing. Sleep very difficult - I chose this hotel as it was near the tramline which runs between the airport and city centre. I assumed it was double glazed so it would be quiet. I had to go back to reception to find out how to cool the room but was told the a/c wasn't yet in operation so open the window. With the window fully open it was SO noisy that I struggled to hear my radio. The room went from 26 degrees to 22 with the window wide open all night so it was too hot & too noisy. The overpowering smell of perfume in reception was awful. The area where the hotel is located is unpleasant so finding somewhere nice to eat nearby was difficult. The TV has no channels available at all even local ones. It is expected that you can link your phone using chromecast or phone mirroring. I gave up. I couldn't really hear my phone with the noise anyway.

Un parking sécurisé permet de garer la voiture à un prix raisonnable. Un micro onde est disponible dans le hall d entrée. L équipement des chambres reste minimaliste, manque de patère pour les serviettes de bain, pas de placard ni de lampe liseuse pour lire le soir.

Había mucho calor y no estaba permitido abrir las ventanas. Y a media noche tocaron la puerta para preguntar si usamos la ducha porque el piso de abajo tenía goteras.
