• Aleksandr (10/5): нам поравилось - Расположение замечательное. Завтраки отличные. Конечно панорамный вид с шестого этажа несколько переоценен, но это гораздо лучше, чем ничего. Очень кстати оказался бассейн, где можно было слегка отмокнуть после экскурсий. Персонал всегда шел навстречу всем пожеланиям. Мы приехали раньше - нас заселили. Мы при выселении оставили багаж в лобби и пошли гулять по городу, несколько раз добавляли сувениры нему и тут не было никаких вопросов. Это нормально, но ведь бывает по-разному. Ужин в отеле вкусный, но дороговато. Вино и коктейли стоят прилично, но тут возможно вопрос не к отелю. В магазинах это тоже недешево.

• Montserrat (10/5): El hotel Yasmak Sultan es perfecto para visitar la ciudad paseando en un ambiente familiar. - La ubicación es perfecta para poder visitar todo el centro histórico sin necesidad de transporte. Está muy bien ubicado respecto a las principales atraciones de Estambul: la Cisterna de la Basílica, el Palacio Topkapi, las Mezquitas, el Puente Gálata, etc. El desayuno fantástico, un buen bufet libre muy variado y desde el restaurante buenas vistas a la Santa Sofía o al Bósforo. Disfrutar de un baño en la piscina, aunque pequeña, suficiente para relajarse después de las visitas turísticas. En la habitación hay todo tipo de productos de baño, incluso mascarilla para el cabello. El personal en recepción muy amable y siempre dispuesto a darte un consejo especialmente Elif y Mehmet. Te guardan el equipaje en consigna si necesitas dejar la habitación antes de que salga tu vuelo de regreso y esperar tranquilamente al taxi en el Lobby. El tráfico de coches es muy denso en esa zona tan céntrica y cuesta llegar con taxi desde el aeropuerto. Hay que calcular bien lahora de vuelta.

Káva u snídaně nic moc, lepší si objednat z nápojového lístku.

• Steve (9/5): Yasmak Sultan hotel a great hotel in the old town - Spotlessly clean hotel serving a plentiful and varied breakfast. The staff members were polite, professional, and attentive. The location in Sultanahmet (old town) is perfect for a city break as all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. I would unconditionally recommend the Yasmak Sultan. The room was a little small but adequate.

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Das Badezimmer war extrem Klein.

The location was outstanding — ideal for sightseeing and incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Our standard double room was compact but very comfortable, well‑designed, and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a great stay. For the price, the hotel offered good overall value, especially considering the facilities and the quality of the experience. We enjoyed our breakfasts and the dinners we ate at the hotel, and the views from the 6th‑floor restaurant were superb. Sleep quality was generally good, although the early morning call to prayer at 4:40 took a little getting used to. The staff were excellent. They were all consistently friendly, pleasant, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. If we return to Istanbul, there is no doubt where we will book.

La ubicación es inmejorable, a pasos de lugares icónicos como Santa Sofía y la Mezquita Azul, además de muy bien conectado con los sistemas de transporte, lo que facilitó muchísimo todos nuestros recorridos por Estambul. El servicio fue destacado en todo momento, siempre amables y atentos. El spa es realmente exquisito, perfecto para relajarse después de un día de turismo. La habitación superó nuestras expectativas: nos alojamos en una suite muy bien diseñada, eficiente en su distribución y con una decoración cuidada y acogedora. La cama, además, extremadamente cómoda. En resumen, una experiencia sobresaliente. Sin ser un hotel cinco estrellas, logra un estándar que compite perfectamente con ellos. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado. Второе – идеальное расположение для экскурсий и поездок по городу, всё в шаговой доступности, что основные достопремичательности, что остановки транспорта (трамвай, метро, водный транспорт). Третье - собственный хамам и бассейн, хотя мы им так и не воспользовались, но если собираетесь, то - шапочка, халат, купальник и тапочки. Как вариант досуга в дождливые дни - прекрасно. WiFi работал на 100%, вкусные завтраки в ресторане с видом - очень рекомендую. Отнесу к удобствам, что в отеле есть собственный ресторан, где у нас был один из лучших ужинов в Стамбуле. Когда нет сил куда-то идти после долгого дня на ногах, плохая погода - вы беспроигрошно вкусно и комфортно проведёте время. В отеле нету котиков!
• parfait0721 (8/5): 繁華街にあるが、静かで居心地のいいホテルでした。 - アヤソフィア、ブルーモスク、地下宮殿、クルーズの港にも徒歩圏内、周辺には多くの飲食店があり、申し分のない立地。部屋によってはボスボラス海峡も見渡せます。最上階5階のスイートに宿泊しましたが、広くて、バブル付きの深いバスタブがあり、部屋自体も十分な広さがあります。また、繁華街に立地にしているにもかかわらず、非常に静かでした。ルーフトップのレストランOLIVEは美味しいお料理と見事な眺めを堪能できます。 ホテルの前の道路が大混雑なので、クルマなど呼ぶ際は早めの手配をお薦めします。

• Vlad Crosman (9/5): Un excelent séjour en famille dans un hotel propre et confortable - L'hotel est très bien situé, dans une rue assez calme. Vous pouvez marcher sans probleme vers les attractions de ce coté de la ville. La chambre a ete assez grande avec des lits très confortables. Le restaurant se trouve au dernier étage avec une vue incroyable sur la Sainte Sophie et le Bosphore de l'autre coté. Le petit dej est très bon et copieux, beaucoup de choix. On a testé un soir aussi le restaurant et c'était très bon, également. Le personnel de l'hotel est assez professionnel et à l'écoute. La piscine et l'espace détente est un plus dont on a pu bénéficier. Tout est propre. Je n'ai rien à reprocher. Je pense que si je reviendrai ca sera surement au meme hotel. on ayant eu un vol qui est arrivé à minut, avec un enfant en bas âge , bien évidement que j'ai préféré réserver le transfer directement avec l'hotel en espérant avoir un service assez rapid et efficient. Ca coute 70euro donc aprox 30% plus cher que la moyenne, ok, pourquoi pas, mais en arrivant tu as encore à attendre 15-20 min, finalement comme si tu avais pris n'importe quel taxi sur place. Tout ca on te le dit une fois le transfer réservé et confirmé, service qui ne peut pas être annulé une fois confirmé. Donc attention à ce detail. C'est donc à améliorer dans la mesure du possible. Pour le retour, en revanche, rien a reprocher. la voiture nous a attendu dehors à l'heure convenue.

The restaurants breakfast is excellent. The meal at night was really good and excellently presented x Bedrooms are small but very clean and besutiful decor. Shower gel, body lotion, conditioner and hairdryer in the room. Slippers and shower hats too. Water bottle every day. Fridge in room with payable drinks and nibbles. Storage good. Cleaning offered too. But this hotel is in the perfect place for siteseeing and eating out and getting the metro.
• Sylvia (8/5): Für eine Städtetour mit tollem Ausgangspunkt und leckeren Frühstück, um in den Tag zu starten, ein tolles Hotel - Die zentrale Lage war toll. Alles Fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Straßenbahn Haltestelle. Der Ausblick aus dem Frühstücksrestaurant war schön. Einmal zum Wasser und einmal in Richtung Palast. Je nachdem man natürlich gesessen hat. Der Pool ist wirklich klein und wir hatten das Pech, dass Ein größeres Kind Sprünge ins Wasser geübt hat, so dass man jedesmal durch das spritzende Wasser nicht wirklich schwimmen konnte. Die einzigen 3 Liegen waren mit Handtüchern belegt, obwohl die Personen zur Massage waren, so dass man sich nach den Sauna und Haman Gängen, nur auf die schmale Holzbank setzen konnte. Aber ansonsten ist alles hübsch und wir haben es auch nur einmal genutzt, da Sauna und Haman 10 € pro Person extra kosten.

On a eu l impression de déranger le personnel du petit-déjeuner avec nos demandes.On ne recommande pas aux personnes ayant une allergie au gluten certifiée (maladie coeliaque) de prendre le petit-déjeuner dans cet hotel.

The sauna has extra charge, just pool and gym are free. The daily cleaning of the room wasn't so good, no dirty cups removed and desk no dusted.

La nostra camera era troppo buia, di fronte alla finestra avevamo il muro del palazzo di fronte. c’era solo un comodino quindi per me è stato un po scomodo caricare il cellulare e appoggiare le mie cose da un’altra parte.

Te ponen agua todos los días gratis en la habitación Las habitaciones son pequeñas con poco espacio en general. La limpieza de las habitaciones era muy mala debajo de mi cama había otro habitat.. El spa necesita gorro y no te lo dicen por ningún sitio hasta estar alli.

• Meadowender (10/5): Absoloute Gem of a hotel - Just home. What a little gem this hotel is. Its location perfect for exploring the bonkers that is wonderful Istanbul. The hotel is spotlessly and the staff go above and beyond for you. The breakfast it spot on and sets you up for the day ahead and you'll need it. You are surrounded by restaruants and bar with lovely varieties to choose from. The tram stop is right at the end of the street and just 2 stops from Blue Mosque going uphill. The hotel has Istanbulkards on sight for a 200TL deposit and the top up at end of street by tram stop. Recommend the Istanbulkard for getting around this great City. You are a 20 mins walk from the Grand Bazzar a real experience. Don't forget to barter its fun when you start. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days and the Yasmac was definitely part of a great time. Excursions etc can be booked at reception. Recommend the 1 day Bosphorus tour and you get over to Asian side and a wonderful guide. Naz. Best advice enjoy Istanbul and let this lovely hotel be part of it. Thanks to everyone. We deliberately left a few things out so we can go again and our first job will be booking the Yasmac Sultan.

Breakfast is on International level with a huge variety and fresh fruits and nuts with a fantastic view on Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Employment is extraordinary friendly and takes care about all kind of questions. Hotel category with 4 **** is well deserved and can be recommended by 100% after pool maintenance is finished. • GinaAngelina (10/5): Great hotel with exceptional staff and services - Another great vacation spent at Yaşmak Sultan hotel. For the second time I chose to book this hotel, not only for the great location but also for the outstanding quality of the services offered. The rooms are very clean (in our case thanks to Melek, our housekeeper) and quiet (exceptionally soundproofed windows). The only noises were coming from the main corridor due to uneducated tourists which were banging the doors and were talking loud. We had breakfast and dinner at their rooftop restaurant called “The Olive Garden” which offers amazing views over the Bosphorus. Many thanks to all the staff working at the breakfast buffet (they are a great team doing a great job .. apologies for not being able to mention all of your names 🤗). The buffet is various and delicious. It was so pleasant to spend the morning sipping on çay and enjoying the view. ❤️ At the basement they have a heated pool and hammam - so convenient and easy to access right from your room with the elevator. I highly recommend this hotel as it is an exceptional value for money. If I will come again to my beloved Istanbul for sure I will stay again with you.

Elsőként szeretném kiemelni a személyzet kedvességét és segítőkészségét, amely végig hozzájárult a kellemes légkörhöz. Deluxe szobában szálltunk meg, amely tágas, igényesen berendezett volt, és gyönyörű kilátást biztosított a Hagia Sophiára. A szoba makulátlan tisztasága külön említést érdemel. A reggeli bőséges és változatos kínálattal várt minket, amely minden igényt kielégített. Külön örömet jelentett 8 éves kislányunk számára, hogy a gyümölcsök mellett csokoládé is helyet kapott a kínálatban. Születésnapi bekészítést is kértünk, amelyet a szálloda gondosan teljesített: tortával kedveskedtek számunkra, valamint a tetőteraszon található Olive étteremben elfogyasztott vacsora valóban első osztályú élményt nyújtott. Ezúton is köszönünk mindent, és bízunk benne, hogy hamarosan visszatérhetünk! Sajnos a nagy medence karbantartás miatt zárva volt. Lehetett volna menni egy másik hotel medencéjét használni, de ez számunkra körülményes lett volna.

This hotel is very close to Gullane T1 tram line and a marmaray station which gives access to the Metro station. Please don't underestimate how hilly Istanbul is. Hotel is so clean and welcoming . Rooms have everything you need and the food and breakfast in the rooftop olive restaurant is fantastic. And finally of course the wonderful staff . All of them were fabulous, but special mention to Tina at the olive restaurant. And Elif who was very competent and lovely doing multiple tasks . It was a pleasure to meet them all. • Chiriac (10/5): 8 martie de vis - Personalul de la receptie a fost super amabil, in ultima zi am putut sa lasam bagajele pentru ca am avut avionul tarziu la 9, ne-au permis sa cazam o prietena in camera cu noi care a venit 2 zile mai tarziu doar pentru 30 euro in plus, am apreciat mult asta, micul dejun foarte bun,variat, cu vedere la Bosfor, am mancat si la pranz intr-o zi, mancare super gustoasa si plating extraordinar,dar si cafeaua tare buna,recomand toate sortimentele de cafea.SPA-ul este mic, dar se poate inota, doar 3 șezlonguri, nepotrivit pentru grupuri mari. Doamnele de la curatenie bravo! Baia mica, necesita ceva inbunatatiri, geamul mic, fara terasa, o camera avea putina vedere spre Bosfor,celelalte doua aveau vedere la niște blocuri, dar nu a contat, toata ziua am fost plecate.

Hotel staff are all friendly and happy to help with any queries so helpful Rooms are dated but have an amazing shower, professional hairdryer, complimentary shower gel, body lotion, shampoo , conditioner , tissues and slippers plus a safe to store valuables Cleaning is of a high standard with soft fluffy towels Breakfast is plentiful with a wide choice of cereals, fruit, continental meats etc, got items,pastries , breads, juices, tea and coffee plus extra included items you can order omlettes, pancakes waffles etc. All with a stunning view over Istanbul and the bosphorus. Do have lunch or evening dinner at the olive restaurant wonderful food and service If your flight is not until late your luggage will be stored safely until you leave Yasmak Sultan thank you all for looking after us

• Alison (10/5): Well located, comfortable and friendly hotel. - Chose this hotel purely based on reviews but we weren't disappointed. It is very well located with only a short walk to all the sites. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The rooms were a decent size and everything was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
