It was dirty; nothing had been cleaned—neither the bathroom, which was full of urine, nor the sheets, which were dirty; the sink was dirty, and the trash can was full of trash. They couldn't give me another room. And they didn't give me my money back.

• Belinda (4/5): - Lage ist sehr gut und Better sind bequem, grosszügiges Zimmer. Zimmer ist sehr gut benutzt, einige Neuerungen wären fällig. Lavabo im Bad ist verstopft und läuft nicht ab, an den sichtbaren Ablagerungen im Lavabo ist das nichts neues und staut schon lange. Armaturen sind defekt, Küchenschränke und Herdplatte schmutzig. Essensreste von Vorgängern noch da. Dusche nicht genutzt in dieser einen Nachr da Armaturen sehr speziell aussahen, Hälfte fehlte. Schade

• Francisco (3/5): Bad night - The area was very nice and centrally located Hotel was very noisy all night, people above stomping all night, doors slamming all night, what looked like homeless people barbecuing in the back parking lot. The shower was terrible, clogged shower head, the water pooled and took a while for it to drain.

• Tim (7/5): - Location was perfect for a 1 night stay before we head out for a day of driving.The rooms are spacious and the price was good. We arrived at midnight and we were attended to soon after arrival. The elevator could use a good detail cleaning and paint. The halls had a funky smell.
• Alexandra (1/5): - If zero was an option I would have rated a zero. The towels were dirty, hair embedded into them. One hand towel was folded damp. And a wash cloth was folded with small crusty particles. The bathroom shower/bathtub wasn't clean and had hair on the wall and sides of the bathtub. The toilet had pubic hairs and the toilet seat had visible dried up urine streaks. The bottom of the toilet seat cover had some type of black speckles all dried up and splattered. Absolutely disgusting, would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. After speaking with the front desk in person, due to their phones not operating unless one pays for it to be on. I was told the only thing they could do for me was move me to another room which the bathtub also had hair. Clearly no matter what room your in at this hotel, you are going to get a dirty room.

• Omar (5/5): You get what you paid for. - Unfortunately the floor was not very clean. The bathtub looked like it had not been scrubbed in a while. The bed, sheets, covers, and towels were clean. AC was good and quiet. One thing to keep in mind that you get what you paid for.

The room was massive The only thing that could be taken as a negative is the lobby floors as of March 1, 2026 are in kinda rough condition giving the appearance to be dirty. I know it was just years of wear and tear but some make take it otherwise, but other than that I was quite pleased.

• madamn2026 (10/5): Love it, clean, sweet - I love to stay at this Extended Stay! It's very very clean, sanitized, and has a welcoming staff, especially the manager, Ruth and staff member, Patrick. Rooms are spacious, kitchen(ask for pots/pans, free to borrow), clean towels. Compared to the other Extended Stay America's, I recommend this spot!

When walking in the lobby it didn’t smell clean an the elevator had carton all around it .the room was ok but you need to updated the microwave an the stove .they were really old .the elevator really need to be fix an the environment need to be cleaner .i also would had like to see a breakfast bar .there was vending machine but everything was over price an the product was expired .

• Andre (9/5): Ótima localização e excelente cama para descansar após visitar a Disney - Quarto com uma cozinha com utensílios básicos para fazer refeições rápidas. O quarto tem cama muito confortável, estacionamento gratuito e próximo a Disney. Acomodação simples e atende as nossas expectativas. Não possui café da manhã, apenas é servido café, bolinhos e barra de cereal. Mas se você pretende visitar os parques temáticos o café do hotel pode ser dispensável.

Close to attractions and had good food choices near by It was grab and go breakfast only coffee and a few muffins nothing else. Would be nice to have some fruit like apples and oranges and bananas, also some yogurts, cereal bars or pop tarts, danishes and bagels.

Spend your money where you'll get your value! - The location is fine and was in average acceptable driving distance between where we wanted to go The staff is essentially non existent, they also seemed extremely annoyed to be doing their job even when asked simple questions. Staff seemed careless and appeared annoyed and frustrated with my family and I, and any other guest honestly. Another family staying there mentioned they were robbed and suggested to us we should leave our suitcases in the car instead as that's safer. Turns out our room wouldn't properly shut closed and didn't lock properly!! We informed staff and they went to check on it and said someone would fix it but there was no urgency about it. I wouldn't recommend staying here for the price. No housekeeping unless you stay for the whole 7 days of a week. They offer you a disgrace and minuscule bottle of shampoo.. Shame of a hotel

• Sweetan (1/5): Overall a really bad stay experience - Our recent stay at ESA Orlando was deeply disappointing, and honestly, it’s hard to believe this is the same brand we’ve trusted for more than 15 years. The overall cleanliness of the property was shockingly poor. We arrived at midnight expecting a room with the “full kitchenette” advertised on Booking.com, only to find that even the most basic items — glasses, cups, anything — were missing. We couldn’t even drink water. The next morning, we requested the missing kitchen items, and although it was mentioned in the in-room pamphlets that they would be brought to our room, we were instructed to pick them up ourselves after 11am because the staff was “busy.” We ended up ordering glasses and plates through DoorDash just so we could have breakfast. The bathroom sink tap was broken when we arrived, and despite reporting it the next morning (we checked in at midnight), it wasn’t fixed until a day after. The manager did refund $102, but that didn’t come close to addressing the larger issues. The room/bed cleanliness was poor and I developed rashes after sleeping on the bed — something I’ve never experienced before — and I’m convinced it was due to dust mites or even bed bugs. To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in the bathroom on our last day. We’ve stayed at ESA properties many times over the past decade and a half, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. It left us feeling uncomfortable, unheard, and genuinely let down by a brand we once trusted.
