Drue (9/5): Great Hotel. Well positioned. Bring back bacon for breakfast!! - It is very convenient to shopping and MTR. Staff were very friendly and keen to accommodate. Room was clean. Shower was good. Had breakfast one day. Generally very good but no Bacon available (likely because of a high percentage of Muslim guests). I think this is poor. I don’t complain about having their food available. They should accept that others like bacon and be tolerant.

Lakshmi 717 (8/5): Value for money - Very convenient location. Surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. Walking distance to Orchard Road and Ion Orchard. Bus stand is just in front of the hotel. Hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. It's really value for money Bathroom door was a glass door. Though it was kind of tinted still the person inside can be seen a bit. I prefer some privacy in the bathroom that was the only problem I had other than that everything was super.

They offered us a delightful cake and in-room balloon decorations because they knew we were celebrating my wife's birthday. It was a lovely surprise. Nothing in particular.

Mitzi T (9/5): Location and staff are great! - We enjoyed the location since it's so close to our favorite mall (ION Orchard and Takashimaya). The room was also spacious. It was quiet and staff were accommodating especially in terms of requests. I didn't like that the wifi is not secured so I couldn't really do any of my banking needs via their wifi. There also was not enough side table space in our room so all devices had to be stacked up to charge via bedside on one table.

Wiraphon (10/5): Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay, and I would gladly return again. - This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I’m always impressed. The comfort and service are consistently excellent, making every stay enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely come back again. At the moment, there’s nothing I didn’t like, and I hope it stays that way.

elaine_l (8/5): Still a good place - The 2 queen size beds, conveniently situated within the shopping belt. The bathrooms were a little mouldy and no clean towels/mat placed on the beds

Suzanne Fay (9/5): - Close to city, close to MRT (trains) only 300m away. plenty of restaurants close by. Great breakfast buffet. Staff very good. We had breakfast booked each morning, on the last day we had to leave the hotel at 5am for our flight. Noone informed us that the kitchen would have made sandwiches for our breakfast as we had paid for it.
Sakurul (8/5): It was pleasant. - A little smaller than the standard. Location is good due to proximity to MRT and shopping district.
NInse (8/5): Great value for the price - You really get a great value for your money. The location is central, there are many shopping and eating options nearby, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bigger than average, and the beds are super comfortable. WIFI is fast, highly recommend. The hotel seems a bit dated, for example, our bathroom door did not properly close. There is no laundry room at the hotel, which is a major con though it may be normal for Singapore.

PATRICIA (7/5): Reasonably good central area around Orchard. - Comfortable quiet room Pool area, not kept clean. Cafe/restaurant couldn’t be used if you didn’t include breakfast with your stay
