• Mark (2/5): Lies, hassle and bs - I liked the pool but that was it In our booking we picked this place because it stated it was pet friendly as well as sound proof rooms both of those are complete lies! My girlfriend has legal license emotional support dog and this place after being there for two days wanted to see the paperwork which didn't matter because he said that our emotional support animal wasn't good enough and told her that our doctor was wrong and we didn't have the right kind of paperwork and that her diagnosis didn't matter proceeded to Kick us out which ruined a whole day of our vacation due to having to pack up early, and go through the hassle of finding another place to stay after driving over a 1000 miles. So if you want a hassle and a lot of bs and lies then this is your place to stay oh and the rooms ARE NOT sound proof I could hear a woman's phone conversation 4 rooms down from ours!! Nothing but lies!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

• Diane (1/5): Terrible, glad we weren’t staying any longer than two days.people were also sick in the hotel - Not letting other people smoke in the hallway and their rooms were mine was located and getting accused of smoking in. The room when I and my kids do not smoke also other people a cross or few rooms down smoking pot. They didn’t care very rude people smelled up the hallway and probly threw everyone’s vents in their rooms.they charged me a fee of 250.00 extra saying I smoked in the room, funny thing never smoked my whole life and my kids. I kept arguing with them about it so I just gave up and didn’t matter they weren’t going to give me my money back. I have traveled all over the states and this was the worse place I ever stayed at and I travel at least six to seven times a year. Never again here , pictures looked great till we got there with no other available hotels to go elsewhere.. would not tell people to stay here

• Ambar (8/5): - La ubicación fue lo mejor. Quedaba frente a un paradero de buses por lo que podías ir a cualquier lado. Los alrededores eran bonitos y seguros incluso para transitar de noche. Nos tocó un desayuno buffet gratis. El personal de recepción era muy amable y siempre respondieron a mis consultas a pesar de no hablar muy bien inglés. Podría haber estado mas limpio. La alfombra no me pareció lo suficientemente limpia y encontramos un insecto en el mueble, que luego se escondió. Por el precio y el nivel de 3 estrellas, cumplió con lo que esperaba.

• Leah (7/5): 3 star- pros and cons - Pool was great for toddler to play in. Super close to Seaworld and traffic was never bad even for the weekend. Hotel vs motel, felt safe and enclosed. The room size was great! Very spacious for me and a toddler. Although the rooms were spacious, the room was outdated with carpet and no USB ports for charging. The place has potential but for the price it is worth a 2-3 night stay!

• Agnieszka (1/5): Avoid at all cost - Convenient location for Universal and SeaWorld.I Ride trolley stop number 30 just outside the entrance. This place is not fit to be called a hotel. It feels abandoned and unkept. Rooms are dated and briefly cleaned every second day, although our has been missed altogether. The air con is extremely loud and leaks. There are damp patches on the walls and floor. Sinks, toilets and showers are old and covered in limeslale filth. It all feels grimy and sticky so avoid close inspection. I'm sure they do frequent basic clean, but not a deep clean. Shower barely worked and you can't use the bath or you'll flood the room! There's an old rickety ironing board in the room but not an iron. You need to request it from the reception if you need it. The hairdryer is ancient and fixed to the wall. Literally everything in the room was old and broken - bathroom door wouldn't lock, lamps were not working, coffee maker was leaking. The two vending machines were empty throughout our stay. There's no ice in the ice machine, common use microwave is filthy and the cash machine is permanently out of order. Lifts were breaking frequently or suddenly making a loud beeping noise so we had to use the stairs a lot. There's no restaurant option. If you don't drive - you will rely on Uber which is costly. Also - if you travel with children it's rather risky to cross the 6 lanes of traffic on International Drive as it's very busy, so don't trust Google maps researching nearby food options. We were supposed to have a pool view room and were given a road view instead. The staff was adamant you have to pay extra for a pool view, and ignored me when I pointed out we booked a pool view on booking.com. The hotel should be smoke free, yet it regularly stinks of marijuana. Walls are paper thin so despite not being busy - you'll get woken up in the middle of the night if anyone uses a room on your floor. The pool is freezing. Shade canopies are ripped. Chairs broken and rusty.

I've stayed in this hotel many times because of the great location and rates. 1. But, it would be fantastic if the carpet in the halls and rooms could be steam cleaned or something to get rid of a mixture of dust and the strong pungent smell of whatever cleaning fluid they use to attempt to mask the old carpet smell. It always makes my eyes water and my nose itch. It takes me a couple of hours to get used to it. 2. The mattresses are saggy and uncomfortable. If they could have better ones, with a set of more comfortable pillows too, that would bring up my ratings quite a bit. 3. The ACs are very noisy and the temperature is unpredictable. I usually turn them off in the middle of the night, so I can get some sleep. A good night's sleep is all I need when I'm there, so if they could improve these items, it would make the experience much better.

Ants everywhere on the pool area. Got bit several times. Haven’t cleaned the elevators in what looks like years. They are doing the least to keep the doors open.

The rooms were very outdated, pillows were paper thin, no fan in the bathroom so it was wet and humid, the toilet wasn't able to flush appropriately I had to fix myself, the rugs felt dirty on your feet, the pool towels were thin and all stained, it felt dead in the hotel hallways, the ice machine was leaking water whenever you went to get ice, the room felt dusty and old.

• Horst (8/5): Hotel mit gutem Preis/Leistung - Verhältnis - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Es liegt zwar in der Nähe eine Hauptstraße, die Lärmbelästigung ist aber sehr gering. Auch die Zimmer waren okay. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden hier erneut übernachten. Es sind lediglich Kleinigkeiten die man ggf. verbessern könnte.

I was just disappointed that the pool and hot tub didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly and the restaurant is closed permanently. We actually got a resort pass to Hilton to swim and enjoy the sun because we don’t feel confident about swimming here. It was definitely more affordable that many other resorts and allowed us to stay an extra week but was really hoping to have food available during our stay.

The reality is a property in a state of operational surrender. As a business consultant who has launched 1,500 companies, I can categorize this stay as a "Service Desert." Hygiene & Maintenance: The elevators are caked with years of grime in the tracks, and bathroom fixtures are covered in heavy mineral buildup. Facility Collapse: The public restrooms are a disgrace, with three urinals decommissioned using plastic trash bags and blue tape. Stagnant Management: There are still blue "6ft Distance" COVID stickers on the lobby floor in 2026. This proves management hasn't performed a basic facility walkthrough in years. False Advertising: Booking.com lists "Breakfast Provided," yet the "Grand Pineapple" dining room is a locked ghost town, replaced by a 1990s-era vending machine and ice dispenser. Curb Appeal: The exterior is drab, unlit, and the landscaping is littered with fallen debris and dead sod. It looks like a foreclosure, not a hospitality asset.

Auch die Putzfrau, als wir fragten, ob wir einen Radiator ins Zimmer bekommen können… Es war schmutzig, es hatte Ameisen im Zimmer. Es war Kalt im Zimmer…das Bett war sooo instabil, wir konnten uns fast nicht drauf bewegen, ohne Angst zu haben, es fällt zusammen. Der Teppich war voller Flecken. Als wir Duschen wollten, konnten wir den Umsteller nicht recht ziehen für die Brause, hatten Angst, der Hahnen fällt weg… Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist. Es ist so ein cooles Gebäude, man könnte soviel daraus machen…
