• VLADIMIR (6/5): - The best thing about this hotel is the staff — they are welcoming and friendly. The hotel was quite clean. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the breakfast was also good. We stayed in the annex building with a garden view. The room was very old. Having windows facing the courtyard should have meant quiet after 10 p.m., but not all guests understood this, even when the hotel staff asked them to be quiet. There was nothing extra in the room: no wide range of bathroom amenities, no slippers, and no bathrobes.

Zwei Strassen runter u schon ist man in der beliebten Gegend mit viele Ständen u einer kulinarischen Vielfalt. Das Hotel selbst liegt umgeben von vielen kleinen shops, Läden ä. Cafes etc. Es gibt nichts zu meckern!

Their attention to detail, warm attitude, and willingness to help with every request created a truly comfortable and memorable stay.
• UMESH (9/5): Perfect stay in Vienna with Family - Although the location wasn’t right next to the main attractions, getting around was incredibly easy thanks to excellent public transport links and readily available Ubers. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. The bathroom was especially spacious, which was a lovely bonus. We decided to skip breakfast so we could explore local cafés and restaurants, but we did enjoy dinner at the hotel one evening and were very impressed with the quality of the food. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the staff — every member of the team was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily return. Can't think of anything. :-)

I arrived about midday and asked to leave my bag, but they were happy to let me into my room early, which was fab. The room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was great. I loved the neighbourhood feel to the location. I travelled solo but felt safe the whole time, even on the 20 minute walk into town at night. I would definitely stay here again.

• john (9/5): Comfortable and good value. - The staff here were all exceptionally friendly, professional, welcoming, and helpful. Normally I would try to stay somewhere more local and authentic to the city, but I found a good rate here. The hotel is on a nice street with cute shops and cafes around, and near a nice market. The room furnishings were comfortable and the view from the 7th floor over the city was lovely. The staff even managed an early check-in for me. The gym in the basement is very small with not much equipment but nicely furnished and has the basics for a strength or cardio workout. Sometimes in the morning I was woken up by noise from what I think was the staff in the hall, cleaning other rooms, perhaps they could try to do this more quietly.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig! Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und füllt sofort alles nach! Die 2 Betten waren etwas schmal für unsere Verhältnisse.

Wir sind und bleiben Stammkunden. Das Einzige: Für uns sind die Betten zu weich.
• garygW7830LV (10/5): Comfortable stay in Vienna - This was a great Holiday Inn conveniently located in Vienna, Austria. The room was very clean. We were able to use the mini bar fridge for our few refrigerated items. The room was quite warm and adjusting the numbers on the heating unit didn’t do a lot. Slept with window open most nights - in the 40’s and 50’s. Elizabeth, the general manager was amazing. She was always friendly and very helpful. Robin went above and beyond helping us print off boarding passes. Would definitely stay here again.
• 9changp (10/5): Positive aspects - It is located not far away from the underground station. The breakfast is bountiful and delicious. The WiFi connection is stable. The ambience is clean and tranquil.

The staff was exceptional and the ice cubes provided nightly from the bar staff was much appreciated. We ate one dinner there which was quite good. Convenient location to a grocery and underground station . Nothing!

• 669christose (10/5): Value for money - It totally worth it. Distance from the center was approx 20 minutes on foot , the personnel was very kind and the price according to the persons in the room was very good comparing it with the rest. It was approx 15 min from the central bus station
