It is situated right in the heart of the action and is incredibly close to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, making it very easy to navigate the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment to relax in after a long day of exploring. For those looking for vegetarian breakfast options, the hotel does a good job. While the selection can feel a bit repetitive if you are staying for several days, the quality and taste of the food are quite good. Overall, a solid choice for anyone prioritizing convenience and comfort in Hong Kong.

Gandhi (3/5): Not something I would want to remember - The cleaning staff was very helpful. We were meant to have a premier king room but it was very standard. The blackout curtains had holes and light kept seeping through. They have made the foyer and reception area brand but the room quality was worse than budget hotels. Reception staff did not know basic information to advise tourists. Very disappointed in the amount of money I paid for such a substandard hotel.

GopalakrishnaR1 (10/5): Perfect Base for a Large Family in Tsim Sha Tsui - We stayed at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile for 7 nights, and it was a truly comfortable experience for our group of nine. Traveling as a large multi-generational family can be challenging, but the hotel was able to provide a connecting room, which made our stay much more convenient and cohesive. The absolute highlight of this hotel is its unbeatable location. Being in the heart of TST meant we were just a 5-minute walk from the MTR, the beautiful Victoria Harbour, and several excellent Indian vegetarian restaurants like Sangeetha, Woodlands, and Kailash Parbat. Housekeeping was consistently good, ensuring our rooms were clean and well-stocked throughout the week. Everything from check-in to check-out was completely hassle-free. If you are traveling with a large family and want to be close to the best food and transport in Hong Kong, this is the place to stay!

宇建 (7/5): 如果不是考虑地理位置优越，下次应该不会再次入住。 - 地理位置优越，出门就是地铁和公交车站以及附近很多吃的店。 1、对待大陆旅客没有主动服务意识，没有微笑，我就感觉脸挺臭的。相比大陆的酒店服务说实话有差距，不知道他们工作人员的笑脸和主动服务意识是不是只给外籍人士，首先声明纯感受无针对。2、本次房间有自费升级，在自助机办理退房时提示要我去拿升级礼品，去了工作人员说可以走了，我不是贪图你们的东西，但是可以仔细一点。3、哪怕在大陆也好久没有用过上厕所用的马桶冲水溅一屁股的水，这种感受很差劲。4、不会主动询问订的房间要不要连在一起，隔得很远，和我回大陆的普通酒店形成鲜明对比。

In the room the telephone was not working, I asked the front desk to solve the problem and they did not go to fix it. Jee Hye (8/5): - location Overall, I was satisfied. The room was clean and well-maintained. However, there was a noticeable downside: in the shower stall, there were hairs gathered in the drain that seemed to be from previous guests. When I asked if they could heat up my baby’s food, they said on the day I checked in that they could do it and would send a staff member, so feeding my baby was easy. However, when I asked again the next day, they told me there would be a charge, so I declined. A little later, they called my room back and said they could heat the baby food for free after all, which felt a bit inconsistent.
David (9/5): Fantastic location and great friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. A special thanks has to go to Winky, our room attendant, for looking after us so well during our stay. She always made sure our rooms were clean and comfortable, which made our stay even better. Nothing was too much trouble, she was always extremely helpful and took the tine to talk to our kids in the hallway. The swimming pool was great for the kids on hot days and the staff were very helpful too. The kids got an Easter treat which was also an extra surprise. Super location for families, mtr close by, shops and tourist attractions. Thank you very much holiday inn. We will definitely be back. The bathroom could be modernised. Felt a bit outdated.

V (1/5): Definitely not a 4 star hotel - Great location. The rooms were very outdated. My room smelled like mildew and there was lots of mold in the bathroom. There is an air purifier in your room for a reason. I felt sick to my stomach. Felt more like 2-3 star hotel than anything. Internet speed was not reliable and was very slow. Way overpriced for how old and dirty it was. Would not be coming back.

Vin (8/5): - 지하철역에서 가깝고 대표 관광지에 위치하고 있어서 지리적으로 이상적입니다. 오래된 흔적이 있지만 촌스럽지는 않으며 지내기 편합니다. 소음과 연박 시 청소 문제는 없었습니다. 우선 저와 일행은 입실한 객실에 문제가 있어서 객실을 옮겼습니다. 옮긴 객실은 기존 객실보다 조금 넓고 깨끗하여 만족했지만, 그 과정에서 상당히 실망하였습니다. 기존 객실에서는 두가지 이슈가 있었으며, 그 과정에서 직원과의 의사소통이 원활하게 되지 않았습니다. 첫번재 문제는, 최초 입실한 객실 침대 옆에, 램프가 올려져 있는 작은 테이블에 기존 손님이 남기고 간 캔커피가 있었던 것 입니다. 해당 캔커피는 세븐일레븐에서 구매한 것으로 보이며 명백히 마시고 남은 것으로 먼지가 쌓여있었습니다. 램프 뒤에 있어 한 번에 보이지 않긴 했지만, 충분히 치워야 하는 것이라고 생각합니다. 그리고 이 이야기를 프론트에 전화를 걸어서 이야기 하니, 이 이야기를 제대로 못알아 들은 것인지 하우스키핑 직원은 머그컵 3개를 가져다 주었습니다. (저희는 한국인, 미국인, 싱가포르인 3명으로 영어로 의사소통하고 프론트와도 영어로 의사소통하였습니다.) 여기까지만 있었다면, 굳이 더 이상 불만을 표하지 않고 넘어갔을 것이지만, 저희는 창문 위 틀에서 종이비행기(한자 공부 자료로 만들어진 것으로 아이가 던져놨을 것으로 추정되며 먼지가 덮혀있었음)를 발견하고 객실에 대한 믿음이 사라져서 객실 변경을 요청하였습니다. 이 과정에서도 최초 응대 직원의 태도가 조금 거슬리긴 했지만, 저희의 설명을 듣고 나서는 올바른 조치를 취해주었기 때문에 프론트데스크 직원에게는 감사를 표합니다. 하지만 의사소통을 제외하고도 두 번의 문제는 조금 너무하다고 생각합니다. 정말 다행인 것은 그 뒤로는 저희에게 다른 문제가 없었고 쾌적한 2박을 보냈다는 것입니다.

Ivy on 14th floor was great with room keeping- friendly and helpful, so lovely to come back to a clean and tidy room. Pillows were a bit too soft and low. Shower was dirty at the grout with some mould - prob not a general daily cleaning issue but a hk humidity issue and hotel prob needs a revamp or needs a deep clean.

The location of the hotel is excellent - close to HK MTR station and walking distance to many shopping centres and restaurants. The hotel is good but the rooms are old and bit musky. We had to move rooms due to a water leak in the bathroom on our first day. The cleanliness can be better.
