- Flor Milena (10/5): Estupenda. - El personal del restaurante, es atento, amable, empático, Oswaldo, Jorge y Danellys, los amé, personas como ellas hacen mas agradable la estancia, porque le ponen corazón a su trabajo. Que el hotel no tenga servicio de transporte que te recoja y lleve al aeropuerto, es lo único que le hace falta. Y por último, seria maravilloso que siempre hubiese café en la recepción, si se acaba en la noche ya no hay mas hasta el otro día en la mañana.
- GABRIEL (5/5): Despite the good cleaning service and breakfast, the lack of the crib negatively affected our stay. - Cleaning and breakfast. I requested a crib reservation in advance; however, when I arrived at the hotel, I found that it had not been installed in the room. After contacting the front desk again, I was informed that there were no more cribs available for installation. This situation significantly affected our night, as we had to sleep with the baby between us to prevent her from falling off the bed.

He had a key didn’t kno the room was occupied. Restaurant was closed. Small area that sells snacks was out of all drinks except water. Evening staff was rude when I asked for a plastic fork.

Номер очень маленький, окна не открываются- душно и вонь стоит постоянно. Кондер работает шумно. Завтраки для американцев , наверное, нормально. Но по мне на скромную троечку.

Pero al minuto de llegar al hotel, nos dijeron que como no habiamos llegado la noche anterior, las piezas se ls habian pasado a nuevos clientes, y si queriamos ducharnos, debiamos esperar a que se desocupara alguna pieza (noche que se cobró en su totalidad, pese a ser usada por otro huésped!!!)

Buena cama y desayuno, mal servicio y pésimas instalaciones. - Respecto al Hotel Holiday Inn Miami-Doral Area, lo bueno fue su ubicación muy cercana (20 minutos) al Aeropuerto Internacional de Miami. También su desayuno básico, nada extraordinario pero bueno. Sobre la habitación lo bueno fue la cama Queen y el aire acondicionado. Sobre el mismo Hotel Holiday Inn Miami-Doral Area, no me gustó que el counter del hotel no se encontrara la mayor parte el tiempo. Entonces, ¿para que está? De otro lado, el bidet del baño (WC) no trabajó bien un día y se inundó el baño; tuve que llamar y buscar a la administradora para que me atienda. Si bien el WC fue reparado, dejó un mal olor por días en la alfombra de la habitación. Tampoco cumplieron un día con limpiar la habitación, a pesar de que les avisé en la mañana. En suma, el servicio del hotel fue decepcionante. Debería mejorar mucho más.

Todos fueron sumamente amables y diligentes, incluso ante preguntas simples como: "El café de recepción es reciente", la respuesta fue: Es reciente, pero si no le gusta, le mandamos a hacer otro. Muy satisfecho. El desayuno bien variado y sin limitaciones. Al momento del CHECKOUT, fueron flexibles y muy cordiales, a diferencia de otros lugares. Realmente el lugar estuvo a la altura. Nada negativo que opinar.

No manager on duty day OR night if so they did not attempt to contact us for the 5 days we stayed. SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! BATHROOM BASIN HAD A HUGE CRACK IN IT, BIRD POO ON THE NET CURTAINS, NO SAFE IN ROOM, NO PHONE IN ROOM OR MICROWAVE, TOILET OVERFLOWING WATER ALL OVER THE BATHROOM! It was the HOTEL FROM HELL! IT TOOK ALL DAY FOR A CLEANER TO CLEAN THE DISGUSTING FLOOR! WE CALLED RECEPTION SEVERAL TIMES AND WE WERE TOTALLY IGNORED!!!!! WE BOOKED A KING SUITE WHICH WAS SO GRIM AND IN DIRE NEED OF A GOOD CLEAN CARPETS WERE TOTALLY THREAD BARE AND DIRTY THE WHOLE PLACE NEED TO BE KNOCKED DOWN AND RE BUILT IF POSSIBLE WE HEARD IT IS IN TRANSITION FROM ONE COMPANY TO ANOTHER THE STAFF HAD NO INTEREST OR CARED ABOUT THE PLACE OR US AS A CUSTOMER !!
