Suresh (8/5): Very Good hotel but given horrendous room - The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly especially Desiree and her Filipino colleagues at Concierge. The location was excellent. The view was horrendous. It looked straight into the other block few feet away and down onto the rooftop of the walkway which was filthy. Not cleaned for years I presume. When I booked, it stated "city view". When I asked the manager Kenny, he blamed Booking.com and said that Langham's website does NOT state any view, which was an "untruth". When I showed him Langham's website which stated clearly that Superior King Rooms "offer views of the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui", he still denied this even when I showed him the page (that was ridiculous of him to do that). It was an outright untruth by a Manager of the hotel. Finally he said coldly that he'll get them to remove that statement and just walked away. He did offer to change my room but it was the second last day and so I declined. He then offered breakfast for 2 on the last day. I first declined as we only take coffee in the mornings but accepted this anyway. I was told by a reception staff that occupancy was then less than 50% at the time. So why were we given that horrendous room? And only 2 or 3 other people were given rooms along that horrible stretch. The rest on that floor (also not many) were on the other side with real city views. Outside of Kenny and the filthy view, and his "untruths", Langham was good, especially the frontline staff. Will stay at my usual Marco Polo or Sheraton in future. Wanted to try a new hotel but made a huge mistake.

Adjete (8/5): Excellent management, lovely gestures, a wonderful jazz singer at the bar. Our stay was wonderful - We had a small incident at the hotel restaurant. But as soon as it was brought to the attention of customer service, the assistant front office manager Mr DEREK MA and the director handled it very well. The Hotel sent a bottle of wine and a cheese plate to our room as an apology. Also, upon our request due to a change in our flight departure time, the assistant front office manager granted us a late check-out until 5 pm instead of 12 pm at no extra charge. VERY Professional recovery. On a positive note, the jazz singer at the hotel bar was excellent - a very nice touch. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. The small hiccup at the restaurant I mentioned earlier, but management handled it beautifully. Great memories at the end - we will book the same hotel next time in Hong Kong.

The space is good in the room. The staff is in general very responsive and supportive. The room is a bit old and some small stuff didn’t work or require fixed. We had a bit challenges to check in but the manager took necessary support to compensate that. No view with this price is a pity

The front desk team (shout out June) helped me with a last minute request for something I needed during a client meeting and personally went above and beyond to make it happen. Overall I had an incredible stay. Not to mention the 3 Michelin star Cantonese restaurant on site. Thank you Langham HK!
Michelle (10/5): Comfortable, courteous, complimentary and well located I would definitely recommend The Langham. - Our recent family stay at The Langham to celebrate my 60th Birthday was fantastic. The grandness of traditional style hotel with large room was so comfortable, the beautiful buffet breakfast and the courteous, communicative and accommodating staff made our time most enjoyable. From the moment we checked in with Derek, to the sweet touches, surprises and assistance, we knew we this would be a special stay that we would remember. Totally recommend for a central and comfortable stay.

Alexandra (7/5): Отель в хорошей локации - Шикарная локация. 5 минут до ключевых достопримечательностей Гонконга и до молла. Персонал очень медленно работал. При заселении мы оставили чемоданы у лобби и попросили привезти их нам в номер. 2 часа не доставляли, в итоге мы сами за ними спустились. Мы просили принадлежности для ванной, нам также их несли около 2 часов! Около мини бара лежали какие-то коробочки, мы одну открыли, в итоге это оказались печенья и с нас за них списали 61 HKD. Не было очевидно, что это еда вообще!

Alina (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. - Super Lage und gutes Frühstück. Das erste Zimmer das wir hatten roch etwas muffig, bzw. die Klimaanlage roch muffig. Wir haben uns beim Manager beschwert und ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, dieses war super! Hotelpersonal war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vor allem, wenn man mit Baby reist. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Manche Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

We stayed two days late April and I received an email from the hotel even before the visit with various options for the transportation from the airport. We chose taxi, but knew we needed cash from the email. We chose the club room and it was worth the extra. Jonathan at the club was incredibly helpful and the other staff were so cheerful, friendly and helpful. I have stayed at many club rooms, but I have to say that this was one of the best services I experienced. The tea for the afternoon tea was really fragrant. We tried seafood buffet at the hotel restaurant on Jonathan’s recommendation and took a guest. There were lobsters, King crabs, steaks… It was also a great deal since we got a discount as we were hotel guests. Before we decided on Langham, we debated between the hotels with the Victoria Harbor view and Langham. I am very happy we decided on Langham and went to the other hotel with the harbor view for drinks.
Sophie (10/5): My favourite hotel in Hong Kong! - This is a wonderful hotel, great central location, super comfortable spacious room, lovely bathroom, great bar with a cool vibe and super helpful staff Really Perfect stay. This is the best hotel to stay in Hong Kong if you are not bothered about a harbour view! Nothing!

LondonS1126 (10/5): Family stay - Stayed with family in March 2026, we were efficiently checked-in by June on arrival. Pheonix was always helpful in the lobby or up for a little chat. The girls (Alyssa, Nicole and Skye) in the Club Lounge were very friendly and helpful. Skye arranged for us to use the pool at Cordis while maintenance was happening to theirs. Overal a pleasant stay.

Clarith (?sp) took time to help me find a place to get a power bank. Housekeeping was always there with warm greetings in the morning. Close to malls, Avenue of the Stars and metro. Plus I loved the aromatherapy of the hotel :-)
stephaniebA8581PG (10/5): The Best of the Best - The Langham is the best of the best in terms of hospitality and ambience. The managers and staff were unfailingly attentive, kind, and helpful. This is what makes a hotel great. I’ve stayed at many high end hotels around the world and the Langham is one I’ll return to in the future and will recommend to everyone I know who travels.

sachee (10/5): Delightful Stay at The Langham Hong Kong - We stayed at this hotel in late April 2026. It was our first time in Hong Kong, and after a little research, the location of the Langham in Kowloon was convenient to shopping, places to eat, attractions, and the MTR stations. We decided to reserve a club level room and are glad we did. They are luxe and furnished beautifully with daily housekeeping service. Dedicated staff handle your check in and out and see that you are well taken care of during your stay. The lounge offers daily breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and an evening social hours. During these times there is a wide variety of freshly made tasty foods that beautifully displayed. Coffee, tea, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and snacks are available at the other times of day. We particularly want to acknowledge the excellent service provided by Nicole, Hebe, and Yang, who made us feel so welcome every time we saw them. It is evident that they enjoy their jobs and are great ambassadors of the Langham Hospitality Group. In our opinion, booking a room at the club level is well worth the added expense. If you join their Brilliance Program, rates are a great value. If we ever visit Hong Kong again, we will definitely stay here again.

Julie (10/5): Great Location - The hotel is in a great location. Our room was a good size. The choice at breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool on the roof was quiet and well maintained. The resident pianist/singer in the bar was very good and added to the relaxed vibe. The staff were helpful. There was a dehumidifier in our room which was noisy.

Marion (9/5): Great location, friendly and efficient staff - Excellent location, close to MTR, star ferry, Kowloon park and harbour front. Lovely opulent interior. Nice bar area. Friendly staff. We used the pool area which was quiet with plenty of loungers. Our room (superior king) was large and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. It had a "city view" which essentially was overlooking an adjacent building so not anything exciting. If a view is desired, you may need to specify it, although the building is surrounded by other taller buildings so only a few rooms will have an actual view. The breakfasts were excellent- great choice and service even though it was busy. More sockets or USB ports needed on each side of the bed. The dated drawer / computer port station coukd be replaced with another lounge chair or luggage rack.

Dan (9/5): Great hotel for family. - Very well appointed, comfortable rooms. Porters and concierge staff were exceptional, and nothing was too much for them. Really enjoyable stay. Lobby bar staff forgot orders and didn’t match the service levels of the other staff in the hotel.

Hitendranath (8/5): Great hotel and great location - Great location and hotel design After my check out, I receive an email mentioning that the hotel will charge me 400HK dollars for a missing charger adapter. This is very unprofessional when I did not even know that there was such adapter in the room. I did reply to there email and hopefully they refrained from charging me. But this put a sour taste to the hotel experience which was very good and pleasant
