- Amy (4/5): NOT GOING BACK - Location..only My room bathroom was very small ,only 1 person could be in it and also not a L or xl person as there is not space,between the boor and the sink and shower Luckily we are petite. ( HAD A KING SIZE ROOM) We did a breakfast rate included but it was no breakfast only, tea, coffee and ice brew,( no specialty coffees) and a choice of 4 pastries....False advertising. nothing gluten free so could not have anything to eat.That is not breakfast . Staff not helpful, we had stollers and bellmen did not offer to help going up the stairs,(only 1 did ) none of the others. For the price it was extremely disappointing the little things ,the soap in the shower dispenser was empty..should be refilled before guest check in. needed to ask for a shower cap etc. The elevators were a big problem,, 2 out of 4 worked and they were also the service elevators , so after waiting for one to arrive it would come and be full with the cleaning cart. ..everyone was complaining about that and many other things.

- Jelena (5/5): my stay was overshadowed by serious issues with deposit handling and poor communication from the hot - I rented two rooms from May 1 to May 6, and then extended both stays from May 6 to May 7. For one room, I still have not received my deposit back, while for the other room the deposit was returned on the day of check-out. At this point, I am starting to doubt that I will ever receive the remaining deposit, even though during check-out we were clearly told that we had no outstanding charges and that the deposits would not be charged. What made the situation even more concerning was that the hotel refused to provide any written confirmation regarding the deposited amounts during our stay. Even now, after repeatedly requesting it, I still cannot obtain any official confirmation that the deposit funds were actually held by the hotel. In addition, only eight hours after check-out, an extra charge of 321 EUR was taken from my account without explanation. Fortunately, I was still nearby and able to intervene immediately, so the money was returned right away. The fact that the funds appeared back in my account instantly clearly shows that refunds can be processed immediately once the hotel releases the deposit. This entire experience caused unnecessary stress and seriously affected my trust in the hotel’s financial practices.

- ERIC (8/5): Hôtel très bien situé avec une literie très confortable et un personnel agréable - Emplacement très pratique car près du métro 79th street dans une rue assez calme. Literie très confortable. Grande penderie. Fermeture des portes des chambres bruyantes. Lumière du couloir allumée toute la nuit et qui passe par l’encadrement de la porte. Pas d’étagère et très peu de tiroirs pour les habits. Longue attente pour obtenir un ascenseur surtout le matin. Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre ne comprend qu’un café et un croissant. Le remplacement du café par une autre boisson chaude, thé ou chocolat, est payant, ainsi que le remplacement par une autre viennoiserie.

Lifehack: Silikon-Ohrstöpsel aus dem Drogeriemarkt gegenüber. Das inbegriffene Frühstück beinhaltet einen Kaffee oder einen Tee mit wahlweise einem Croissant, einem Donut, oder einem Pain au chocolat
- Tejay (6/5): We lived our view and the location. - I was a provided with extra linens, a refrigerator, and a vase upon request. Our room had an excellent view that made up for the cold feeling decor. My room was next to the elevator and I could not escape a constant rumbling sound. The bed was located on the same wall and it was difficult to sleep and relax. It took most my stay to get used to it: Shower lacked water pressure, there was hair in the drain when we checked in, and some sort of lice bug was found in the bed (housekeeping changed sheets and helped fix).

Das Frühstück wird ja öfter negativ bewertet, aber uns hat es ausgereicht & geschmeckt. Der Bagel war sooo lecker. Das Zimmer ist minimalistisch eingerichtet & gleichzeitig ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Das wichtigste im Hotelzimmer ist das Bett & das war sensationell. Wir waren ohnehin nur zum schlafen im Hotel. Es war eine tolle Atmosphäre dort. Der Standort ist ebenfalls sehr zentral zum Central Park und den wichtigsten Metrostationen. Ich mochte die dünnen Plastikbecher im Badezimmer überhaupt nicht. Die fielen immer um, wenn ich die Zahnbürste reinstellte. Leider sind die Fahrstühle sehr langsam.

Ons ontbijt was de keuze uit 1 croissants/ bagel of chocolade croissant en koffie/melk of thee, dat was het , voor de rest niks. 1 croissant en koffie 7 dagen lang, kun je niet inclusief ontbijt noemen

Apenas o chuveiro é ruim, pois a água parece cair em conta gotas. 1 - Na reserva dizia que tinha café da manhã o que não é verdade. Existe apenas um copo de café e um pão seco. É mentira que tenha café da manhã. Seria mais prático informar que não tem. Não vá pensando em um café da manhã. 2 - Chuveiro sem pressão em meu quarto 1119, assim como no 1019 que ficou um casal amigo, água praticamente cai em conta gotas.

- Eytan (6/5): Great location, clean and nice - doesn't fell like a good value-for-money hotel. - The location is amazing for UWS, really like the park nearby and a lot of playgrounds for the kid It feels like the hotel is trying to save money on your stay while affecting your comfort. The bathroom has a motion sensor that turns off quickly - this is absurd, it is impossible to take a shower without needing to reach out with your arm so it doesn't turn off(there is a smaller light which is constant in the shower, but it feels like I shower in hiding. The water pressure is very weak, not something I would expect from such an expensive hotel. and the water temp isn't stable (problematic with kids) the toilet's plumbing keeps on making loud noises randomly

Abbiamo prepagato la colazione a Booking che a sua volta ha pagato l'hotel, ma non abbiamo potuto usufruirne a causa di una discussione con il bar interno gestito da terzi, abbiamo chiesto il rimborso ma sembra chiaro che non riceveremo alcunché, pagato 17 euro a persona al giorno per una brioche e un caffè, in loco sarebbe costata 10 dollari!!! Ci siamo sentiti raggirati, peccato perché la stanza era decorosa e la posizione ci piace molto

- Céline (7/5): Plutôt déçus, on s'attendait à mieux pour le prix payé. - Chambre spacieuse Décoration type industrielle sympa Une partie du personnel très gentil - Nous n'avons pas apprécié de devoir négocier pour avoir une chambre (la deuxième) qui correspondait à la catégorie payée. - Le petit déjeuner inclus ne correspondait pas à nos attentes: nous n'avions le droit qu'à une viennoiserie et dans un choix très limité, et en boisson, il n'y avait ni jus d'orange ni chocolat chaud ni espresso. - Une partie des installations dans la chambre reste vétuste ( fenêtres, interrupteurs chambre, ...) - Certains membres du personnel étaient désagréables.

- Ambrose (6/5): Expensive for what you get. - Missing tiles in the bathroom, chips in toilet and sink. Large scratches in the walls, white paint on black surfaces, window not fully closed and a cold breeze penetrating the room. No ability to full close. No water pressure in the shower. Overall just kind of a dump for $400. Elevator is quite bumpy and feels like it's slipping. Not a pleasant ride.

- Ronny (5/5): Dit is geen 4 sterren waardig, eerder 3 sterren, waardoor veel te duur. - Een goed bed. In de eerste kamer waren lampen stuk, werkte de rolgordijn niet. (rolgordijn kon niet omlaag) De badkamer was de kleinste die ik ooit gezien heb. Gemeld aan de behulpzame manager en die zorgde voor een andere kamer. Maar daar sloot het raam niet helemaal af waardoor de koude buitenlucht en wind volop binnenkwam en elk geluid van straat te horen was. Lamp badkamer werkte soms niet. Haardroger was niet aanwezig. Handzeep werd niet bijgevuld. (3 dagen na elkaar) 2 lampen in de kamer werkten niet. Het laadpunt op 1 van de nachtkastjes werkte niet. Het ontbijt bestond uit 1 koffie en 1 koek (croissant, bagel of chocoladekoek)

- Frank (9/5): Great NYC neighborhood. - Comfortable bed and room, great location and neighborhood. The lobby is welcoming and filled with life. I liked the room, but the pictures were very misleading. The first room they gave me wasn't close to the 260 sq ft promised. I immediately asked for a larger room and received one, but it still didn't look nearly as big or nice as what is shown in the photos. A fridge would have been a nice addition.

The view is great there is plenty to do around I am not happy to see that the hotel debited 12$ out of my credit card without notifying this to me. Apparently this a « suit tax » which was never mentioned and on Booking the price was written including the taxes and fees. I found out about this extra tax by seeing the money out of my credit card and asking an invoice so that’s not super honest

- Fabienne (7/5): Fijn verblijf, maak boek zonder ontbijt - Het bed lag heel erg lekker zacht en je krijgt 2 kussens. De kamer was redelijk ruim en de douche net zo. We kregen een kamer waarvan het ventilatiesysteem elk kwartier keihard geluid maakte. Hierdoor konden we amper slapen. De volgende ochtend iets van gezegd en we kregen daardoor een andere kamer waar dit niet meer het geval was. Deze kamer was net iets groter en had ook een grotere badkamer en in dit nieuwe bed lag ook geen kuil. Wij hadden een kamer inclusief ontbijt geboekt. Alleen het ontbijt is niet zoals we verwacht hadden. Je mag 1 basic broodje kiezen (croissant, chocolade croissant en nog 2 andere basic broodjes) en een kop zwarte koffie of thee. Meer niet. Dat vult bij lange na onze magen niet. Maar hiervoor betaal je wel 14 dollar p.p. per dag. Echter haalden we alsnog ergens anders een ontbijt waardoor we wel gevuld waren. Dus als je boekt: boek echt zonder ontbijt want dit was echt flut en zeker niet zoveel geld waard.
- Gely (8/5): Σχετικά καλή - Την τοποθεσία Δεν ήταν φωτεινό το δωμάτιο και ήταν πολύ στενό για να χωράει τις βαλίτσες δύο ατόμων. Επίσης το σέρβις του δωματίου δεν ανανέωσε ποτέ τις κάψουλες καφέ που καταναλώσαμε παρόλο που μείναμε 6 βράδια στο ξενοδοχείο. Μια από τις μέρες δεν είχαμε καθόλου εξυπηρέτηση δωματίου.
