The bill is an incomprehensible, it uses categories which help the hotel, but bamboozle the customer making it impossible to reconcile what you paid with the receipt. Llamamos para que si no funcionaba nos dejaran un radiador, estuvimos esperando más de media hora sin poder ponernos cómodos sin que nadie apareciera. Volví a llamar y me dijeron que el técnico había subido el calor de nuestra habitación que tenían un sistema que calentaba las paredes, tomadura de pelo!!! Poca seriedad

A suite yes 11sqm… a terrace yes but not that you enjoy it at night. Plus your are missing all the equipments of the hotel. The excuse of the manager being that the booking system is managed by Singapore!!!

• Kate (8/5): Wonderful staff, large rooms, central base for the perfect Paris stay. - The staff were wonderful, especially at the front desk. Our rooms were very large by Paris standards with high ceilings and large windows onto the street. We were invited to join the hotel club and use the executive lounge for free drinks and pastries throughout the day - this was a sweet touch which our kids enjoyed! The location was very convenient situated just two minutes from Galleries Lafayette on Boulevard Hausmann, 1 minute from the Metro, five minutes to Opera Garnier....overall very easy to get around all sites and destinations. We didn´t like being on the first floor, it was noisy early morning when the garbage was collected on the street.

• Sonia (6/5): It was ok at best - The location was accessible by Metro There was absolutely no shelving for cloths and a very awkward closet that could fit 3 hangers at most. We asked the staff to make us a booking at a jazz club and never heard back from them. When we went down for breakfast of a croissant and coffee, they insisted that we pay for it before being serve served our croissant and coffee. When we arrived at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, there was a power outage resulting in no electrical power until just before 5 PM.
• Chloé (9/5): - Toujours un plaisir de descendre au M social opéra. Le personnel est aux petits soins, le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. La salle du restaurant particulièrement agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Seul bémol mais que je comprends pour des raisons de sécurité obligatoires, j étais pour la première fois dans une des chambres tout près de l'ascenseur et le sas d'entrée n'est pas pratique: exigu avec une lourde porte pare-feu j'imagine ( pas pratique quand on arrive avec les valises). Une fois le sas passé, tout est parfait.

Das Team in der Küche beim Frühstück darf auch lächeln... der Mitarbeiter, der die Eier zubereitet war jeden Tag extrem unfreundlich und behandelte alle, als Störenfried. Der ist in einer solchen Kategorie leider fehl am Platz. Kein Guten Morgen, große Unwilligkeit und sehr unfreundlich. Schade.

Vanessa was exceptionally friendly and helpful and made our stay most enjoyable. We have stayed here before and will definitely return. • Btmnct (10/5): Perfect night in Paris - I had to do a quick return to Paris for one night and chose the M Social Hotel for its central location and solid reviews on TA. I booked a Double Room with Balcony and was given one on the 7th floor with lovely views (roof of the Opera Garnier and even the tip of the Eiffel Tower). The room was on the "small" side but perfect for single occupancy. Very clean, comfortable double bed, bathroom with bathtub, Nespresso machine and tea facility. Just what I needed. Breakfast next morning was plenty. I thought the hotel was beautiful and very well maintained, two lifts/elevators from 1927 absolutely spectacular, Art Deco feel while very modern throughout at the same time. But the very BEST was the staff. Employees immensely kind, helpful, enthusiastic, devoted, courteous, and so on. From Front Desk to Housekeeping, Bell Boys to Breakfast staff, everyone was so professional and helpful. A great address to stay which I highly recommend.

De deuren van de kamers vallen zo hard in het slot dat je er steeds wakker van wordt. Erg storend. De doorspoel knop van het toilet was zo zwaar om in te drukken dat je steeds 3 keer moest doortrekken. Verder was op 2 dagen onze kamer na 15:30 nog niet schoongemaakt wat ik erg laat vindt. Tevens was er op een weekavond een privéfeest in het restaurant van het hotel. Onze kamer was daar boven. De bass geluiden dreunden na 0:00 nog steeds door. Ik ben naar de receptie gegaan en werd niet beleefd te woord gestaan. Ik zei dat ik verwachtte dat de manager mij de volgende dag zou contacten, hetgeen niet gebeurd is. Het was mijn 3e verblijf in het hotel maar ik vond de service sterk achteruit gegaan.

Location was great, lots nearby but not noisy at night. Would 100% stay again. the sofa bed in the suite wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a short girls trip!

• Olatz (9/5): Una estancia muy agradable y muy bien atendida - El personal fue super profesional y encantador. Todos, pero sobre todo Jorge y Joaquín, fueron maravillosos para todo. Muy buena relación calidad -precio para la ubicación en Paris. En un paseo cerca del Louvre y muchísimos sitios de interés. En el restaurante del hotel cenamos genial junto al ventanal de cristal (hacia frio para el exterior en nuestro caso...) y tanto la comida como la atención fue maravillosa también. Todo genial, pero por poner un punto de mejora, el desayuno, principalmente el pan, nos pareció que no estaba a la altura de la meca de la baguette.

• Ekaterina (1/5): The worst hotel experience, complete disappointment This was my worst hotel experience ever. I booked a room with a bal - This was my worst hotel experience ever. I booked a room with a balcony and specifically mentioned in advance which balcony I was hoping for, understanding that nothing is ever 100% guaranteed. But that turned out to be the least of the issues. I also let the hotel know in advance that I would be celebrating my anniversary during my stay. The day before my arrival, I received a reply (they completely ignored my request about the balcony) informing me that their "congratulatory package" is paid — starting from €180, which included flowers, macaroons and a bottle of champagne. I have stayed in many hotels, both expensive and budget-friendly, but this was a first for me. Still, I decided to let it go. At check-in, I was greeted with not a single smile. At the reception, they assured me: "Yes, we gave you exactly the room you wanted." But when I entered the room, I realized it was not the one I had requested — in fact, it was the very one I had hoped to avoid. I called reception, and the response was: "Oh, isn't this the one? We can change it tomorrow." The next day, no one called or offered any solution. I thought to myself, maybe it's a sign, and I decided to stay in that room. On my birthday, I chose not to order the paid congratulatory package because I found it excessive. I have stayed in many hotels — from very high-end to more affordable ones — and everywhere else, guests are acknowledged with at least a small gesture: a small cake, a dessert, or even just a handwritten note. What do you think? Did they acknowledge my birthday? Nothing at all. No candle, no dessert, not even a little card saying "Ekaterina, happy birthday." As for the room itself — it was fine, but I will attach photos showing that the door chain was broken, and the door could not be secured from the inside. I asked for it to be fixed and was told "yes, of course," but no one ever showed up. All
