monica (10/5): The Bailey hotel is very lovely, steps from the tube and in a very beautiful neighborhood. - This is in a really nice area in Kensington, right across from the gloucester stop on the picadilly line. It's so convenient to just hop on the tube and go anywhere. No need for a taxi, from the airport, just take the Piccadilly line straight to and from the airport. We made the mistake of taking the heathrow express train, you don't need to do that. This place is expensive but the rooms are so spacious and we had a lovely bathroom.
David (7/5): - The hotel has an excellent location: it is close to the Gloucester Road metro station with a convenient line, making it easy to reach both major tourist attractions and less touristy parts of the city. The neighborhood is pleasant, with many cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful old building, although it is noticeably worn out. The service was good. We had booked a standard room, but upon check-in it looked more like a closet: very small, with windows facing the inner courtyard where the air conditioning units are located, resulting in constant loud noise in the room. After a sleepless night, we were moved to a much more comfortable room of the same category and at the same price. It remains unclear why guests are initially placed in such poor rooms when the rate is identical. It is also worth noting that in both rooms the bed width was 150 cm, which is not particularly comfortable for two adults.

Location: One minute walk from Gloucester Road underground (Picadilly, Circle, and District lines - which takes you almost everywhere). Atmosphere: Classic structure, staff in uniforms opening doors and carrying bags, everyone SUPER NICE. Our room had a reasonable sized bathroom, a desk, a fridge and a kettle. Very clean. We asked for a quiet room and got one in the back which was indeed quiet. Above, all, the staff are helpful, quick and courteous. Only downside was the room was too warm for us. But overall, we feel like we lucked out. Room a little warm, thermostat did nothing

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and our room was very comfortable, with a beautiful high ceiling. The building itself is a historic mansion, and you can feel its character in every detail. The lobby is truly impressive, with a stunning chandelier and fresh flowers that create a very special atmosphere. The breakfast room is bright, spacious, and full of light — a lovely place to spend time in the morning. The breakfast was delicious and very good, with almost everything you could wish for. I would especially like to mention the breakfast staff. Your attention, warmth, and kindness made our stay even more memorable, and we will remember these wonderful days many times. Great location and the staff is always great. The rooms are nice and is a great place to recharge after a busy day and night. Rona7068 (10/5): Beautiful Hotel in Perfect Location - The Bailey’s Hotel London is not only a beautiful hotel, but a place where the staff truly care about their guests. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you arrive. I am always so appreciative when they are able to accommodate an early check-in, and on this particular trip, when I unfortunately was not feeling well on the day of my departure, they very kindly extended my checkout into the afternoon. It was so appreciated and made a difficult day much easier for me. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling and genuinely make you feel at home the moment you walk in. Rajesh always does his very best to find me the perfect room, which I truly appreciate. Magic and Gary are both incredibly friendly and helpful and seem to know absolutely everything there is to know about London. This is the only hotel I stay at when I visit London, and I come quite often. One of the things I love most is the very low staff turnover — it is such a pleasure to see the same smiling faces each time I return. They really do begin to feel like family. When you combine all of this with the unbeatable location directly across from the Gloucester Road Tube station and bus stop, along with the many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and conveniences right outside the door, I honestly do not think you could choose a better hotel in London than The Bailey’s. A heartfelt thank you to Kim for leading such an exceptional team and creating a hotel that feels like family.

Kerry (10/5): Wonderful location! Favourite place to stay in London! - Excellent location. Large comfortable room (deluxe double booked but think we were upgraded to a twin (2 queens). We have stayed here 3 times previously over the years and thoroughly enjoyed it each time. Having to step into the bath to shower. Difficult as you get older as its quite high. I expect they may have accessible rooms if you ask.

90clivel (10/5): Location, location, and style - This is the hotel we return to every time we come to London. Not only is it in a great location, metres from Gloucester Road Station, to get you anywhere in the centre of London, the welcome we receive from staff is always friendly and accommodating. Julia on the front desk has been very helpful to us, providing different options and explaining all the benefits for our stay. The hotel is a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of modern day London.

Stephanie (8/5): Good location - Excellent location opposite the tube station. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff service in the bar was slow and not very friendly. This was despite the fact that there were very few customers and three people on service.

LisaG766 (10/5): Fantastic stay - We had a fantastic stay here this bank holiday weekend. My husband often stays for business but we stayed with friends this time. Rajesh the duty manager was amazing being efficient and polite. The hotel is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and right next to the Gloucester Road tube station. Food in the adjoining Bugis Singapore restaurant was brilliant.

Imane (5/5): L'acceuil est froid, l'hôtel est vieux et médiocre. - Seulement l'emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport aux transports et à la proximité des attractions culturelles. On a réservé une suite junior. La salle de bain très petite, le bruit des voisins du haut de bon matin était fort ainsi que les grincements du parquet. Le matelas du lit inconfortable, m'a donné mal au dos.

annamariaw164 (10/5): Lovely stay - We had a lovely time at the Bailey’s Hotel. The service overall was extraordinary especially Ramsha was so kind and friendly. The Atmosphere is chic and the location is just a dream. Room was a little small for three persons, but everything else was just perfect. The breakfast is also very good and you can try different meals.

In the front desk I really appreciate the efforts of Omkar and Rajesh. In the breakfast service, Abhijit, Teigist and Kangana are exceptionally warm and friendly, full points because of them as the morning breakfast sets the tone for the day! Keep up the good work

Alexandra (10/5): Tolles Hotel in guter Lage - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, U-Bahn sowie Cafes und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten trotz früher Anreise gleich einchecken. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, auch die Bar und das angrenzende Restaurant sind empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte

Kalvin (8/5): Great stay, lovely weekend. - Its location was great for what we required and the staff were brilliant. The parking is quite restrictive and tight on space. There was an issue with hot water being available. We sat down to eat in the restaurant one evening but when we discovered it was using halal meat we decided to eat elsewhere. We are not Muslim and don’t agree with the methods used so not being able to use the restaurant was a disappointment
Samantha (10/5): Lovely staff, hotel and location. Would recommend. - Staff were lovely , very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I liked the decor. Food was great. Location great. Most pleased with our choice. The tv wasn’t working great. Bed a little hard. Aircon noisy at night and we had no means to turn it off. We didn’t mention the air con or beds, beds anywhere can be hard but we did mention the tv on entering the room and staff were on it swiftly to rectify.

annacN6797LP (10/5): Great Hotel - I just returned from another visit to London. We stayed at the Bailey’s hotel for seven nights. This was our 6th time staying at this hotel. As always, our stay was great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and they had a room ready for us. We booked a luxury family room. The room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were great. The location of the Bailey’s is perfect. We will continue to stay at the Baileys every time we go to London.
jimrebeccaw (10/5): Amazing in every way - When visiting we always stayed around the corner, but that hotel is under renovation so we stayed at Baileys - and that’s the only place we’re staying moving forward. The location can’t be beat. The tube is steps away, there’s tons of stuff to do right outside the hotel doors, and the room/bed were excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and the service is fantastic. The only draw back was the bathroom was a little tight, but that’s me having to dig for a critical point. Highly recommend and looking forward to the next trip there!

Q8855HDkimt (10/5): First visit - Great location, by shops and underground. A birthday treat from family. Had a lovely one night stop. Room very comfortable. Ensuite had everything we needed. Staff very helpful and thoughtful, especially Daria on reception. Will be returning again when we can.
Christine (9/5): Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à la décoration assez typique - l'accueil la qualité des services et notamment la possibilité de laisser nos bagages à la conciergerie propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain la qualité et le choix du petit déjeuner notamment la possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner typique anglais le calme - absence de bruit de la rue et pas de bruit la nuit nous avons été légèrement déçus par la petite taille de la salle de bain alors que nous avions demandé un surclassement (payant) de notre chambre.

h_liop452 (8/5): VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE - VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE ! the hotel location is exceptional - across the street from Gloucester Road Station. Surprisingly quiet room (Superior Room facing Gloucester Road, second floor, very silent), with a good size for a London Hotel. Bathroom is well equipped, with a shower surprisingly powerful (I'm not used to showers inside bath tubs, but I guess that's the English way.... Ask for a non slip matt or you might have a surprise sometime. And an extra towel to dry the floor after you shower). But there is plenty of space for your wife to accomodate her beauty products the way they like to do....hehe. Maybe some more ammenities would have made the difference. Breakfast is superior. Complete buffet with english type breakfast and fresh fruit and juices and bread and flakes and everything. Staff from the restaurant is very very considerate and kind, warm and friendly. Front desk and concierge are also truly thoughtful, specially Rajesh (Duty Manager), ready to help anytime. During my stay was my birthday and they made me lots of surprises. Hope I can come back soon.
