İnternet bağlantısı kötü,çoğunlukla kendi internetimizi kullanmak zorunda kaldık.Küvet içerisinde fazla su birikiyor.Ayrıca check in saatinin 16:00pm olması seyahat planlamasını zorlaştırıyor.Bunlar dışında her şey güzeldi.

Хорошие номера (о нюансах ниже), хорошая цена, особенно с учётом локации. Сперва нам достался хороший номер, но на следующий день его неожиданно залило водой от окна. Ковёр до середины комнаты был абсолютно мокрый. Мы в номере только ночевали, обнаружили это не сразу, но когда на 3-й день из шкафа выбежал огромный таракан, мы уже обратились к персоналу. Надо сказать, что нам в ту же минуту предложили номер на высоком этаже - категорией выше и помогли с переездом. Но - в новом номере было сухо и без насекомых, но кровати были немного уже (когда вы спите вдвоём - это важно), у шкафа не было двери, как в предыдущем номере и у нас не было холодильника. Но по первому запросу нам его привезли и установили. Так что несмотря на некоторые неудобства, персонал сделал всё, чтобы нам помочь

As camas eram arrumadas todos os dias e as toalhas eram trocadas sempre. Mobília muito antiga, com peças quebradas; Cama, embora confortável, o colchão era muito mole, podia ser um pouco mais firme; claramente não era feita uma limpeza pesada há tempos, atrás da minha cama tinha tufos gigantes de poeira acumulada. Considerando ser carpete, o cuidado com a limpeza poderia ser melhor. Seria ótimo se tivesse um frigobar também, mas já é avisado que não tem.
David (3/5): No tea or coffee facilities even though it states it included in the room - It’s a great location The lack of information at the front desk. we had to ask for tea and coffee, facilities.Even though they were supposed to be in our room. We had to ask housekeeping twice and reception once and several Messages on booking.com messenger. They managed to find one a day and a half later. This is a poor service. I even got a phone call from their customer service saying that it’s a New York thing and that I was lucky to get a kettle. What ever their response it was poor service, we had 3 rooms booked the other room it took 2 and a half days the 3 rooms they didn’t even get a kettle the whole time they stayed. Would not return
RACHEL (3/5): An hotel that I’d totally declined - The room was large, view from my window was good It is not even a 2 star hotel !! I was there 9 nights… The internet did not work most of the time!! The hotel was dirty Cleaning - bad !! Service the room- bad Not even a place to sit with guests. No restaurant or bar. Equipment in the room- bad I had to ask for refrigerator!! Not even lotion in the bathroom

Had no major issues - Convenient location at Times Square Friendly Staff Room was clean and outside view was amazing Only 2 big towels were provided. I was expecting more Bathroom tissue was too thin and poor quality Bathroom has no fan at all. Ice machine on my floor wasn’t working, so I had to get ice from different floor.

Anne-Marie (9/5): Very good - I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. - Location of the hotel was excellent and it was a beautiful hotel - everyone very friendly and accomodating. Check in could be earlier than 4pm. It's a long time to wait when you arrive at midday.

Jyldyz (3/5): - The location was good. The view from the room mainly overlooked the parking lot. The furniture and the room itself were old and did not match the photos posted online. It looked like the room had not been renovated for a long time. The kettle and other amenities described were not provided in the room and had to be requested from reception. We could not even use the kettle because it was old and made the tea taste strange.

Nathan (10/5): - Location is absolutely amazing to explore this incredible City... a couple of 100 yards to Times Square, easy walk to all of the Theatres, Grand Central Station and subway lines up and downtown. No fridge or tea/coffee, although you can request a kettle via Housekeeping.

Peggy (5/5): - Die Lage des Hotels. Die Matratze des Bettes. Das Hotel ist echt in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit dem Blick auf den Baldrop gebucht aber nicht bekommen. Man bezahlt für den extra Blick - aber bekommen haben wir den nicht. Das ist abzocke! Im Zimmer waren die Möbel runtergekommen / der Teppich echt durch aber die Matratze nach einem Schrittreichen Tag sehr erholsam.

Additionally, there were no on‑property dining options, and the room lacked several basic amenities such as a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. These are standard features guests typically expect in a hotel room, especially when no restaurant is available on-site.

Gustavo (8/5): Para o que a gente queria, foi perfeito a estadia. - Ficamos a meia quadra da Times Square. A localização era excelente. Por estar muito perto da Times, é sempre muito cheio e nunca se tem uma tranquilidade. Dá proxima vez eu visitaria a Times 1 ou 2 vezes.
