Took a while to sort the WIFI password had to speak to front desk. Guests arriving to other rooms at 2;30 am were very noisy.

- Conway (10/5): Comfortable room, Great employees, those commercial trucks are destroying your parking lot - It's so close to great restaurants and my client The parking lot is a little complicated when you have too many large trucks, but at least there was a spot. And the parking lot looks like it needs to be cleaned. The trucks are really doing a lot of damage to your property. You should charge a parking fee of these trucks for the damage they're doing to your property

- Gina (9/5): Comfortable safe stay for one night. - My room was comfortable and quiet. More than I could need for one night. It would be a nice place to stay longer with the well equipped suites. I thought it was a bit closer to the airport but glad I went there because the shuttle driver gave me a lot of advice while we’re were driving . It was helpful when I went to eat and shop. Neighborhood felt quite safe.

The shuttle driver was running late, so the night shift clerk - Julia - ordered an Uber for me, kept me up to date on travel/arrival time and made sure that I got on the road on time. She was exactly the right person at the right time, for me My only “complaint” was the longish ride between the hotel and the airport. Also, it was a bit expensive (though I understand that there was something going on at the stadium and a lot of places were sold out. I guess a bit of “market-adjusted pricing” is to be expected)

I didn't like the fact that I waited at the airport two hours for the shuttle and it didn't come for me. I was not aware you had to request the shuttle to come for you I thought they did runs like the other hotels. I think that should be communicated to guess. I had to pay over fifty dollars in a cab to get there which I didn't budget for cause I saw they had free shuttle on the site.

However, upon arrival at the hotel, Sleep Inn Miami Airport, I was charged again for the full stay, in addition to a $100 USD deposit. Several days have passed since my check-out, and I have not received any refund for this duplicate charge. I kindly request: 1. Verification of the payment made through Booking.com 2. Confirmation of why the hotel processed a second charge 3. Immediate assistance in issuing the corresponding refund I have proof of both charges and can provide them if needed. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter, as this is a duplicate charge. I look forward to your response.

Aucun des 2 ont été encore remboursé à ce jour après 1 mois. Ceci est inacceptable car 280$ en moins dans un budget vacances est énorme

The property has a pool and hot tub that is not in service, well it's open to guest but both are dirty and hot tub is cold water and dirty. They offer a shuttle that picks you up from the airport but after calling for a pick up they never showed up after waiting 45 min, called the office twice. They claim I missed them . I would not stay here again. Price for the stay was high for so much not working properly and advertises as available amenities.

El Laundry esta desocupado siempre asi que se puede usar sin problemas. La ubicacion esta genial, a pasos de eparepa, para los que de vez en cuando prefieran salir a caminar. La cafetera de la habitacion es sin filtro, entonces limpiarla es re dificil. Pregunte en recepcion y nos dijeron que era asi. Hay solo un ascensor, si no te queda cerca de la habitacion hay que caminar bastante. Igualmente son detalles minusculos, volveria a elegir este lugar.

- Nathan (8/5): Nice, comfortable, modern - Really comfortable bed, nice modern, clean bathroom, generous kitchenette and workspace Wifi very slow. Noisy because of planes but no surprise since it is by the airport, AC had a lpud fan, though so that helped mask the sound.
