- FABIEN (5/5): L’hôtel est très bien mais des petits couacs ont fait que ce séjour n’est pas mémorable - L’emplacement en sortie de ville pro je des Everglades La piscine était en travaux et nous ne le savions pas au préalable, le prix était donc élevé alors même qu’il n’y avait de piscine disponible. Chambre moyennement propre et petit déjeuner moyen.

Climatisation largement excessive, il faisait 16 degrés dans le restaurant. Le bruit du casino remonte jusque dans les chambres. Ayez des boules quiès.

Dans la chambre, pas de verrou sur la porte des toilettes, chambre donnant sur les tuyaux de climatisation avec un bruit assourdissant régulier toute la nuit, ménage très moyen, une chaussette salle retrouve dans la chambre, machine à boissons de l’étage inopérante, petit dej correct mais pas exceptionnel non plus et très peu de table à disposition. Je trouve que pour le prix payé, la qualité n’y est pas, c’est dommage car le lieu est sympa en sortie de ville…

- Moshik (8/5): - The valet staff were very professional, welcoming, and helpful, which created a great first impression. The room itself was clean, and the shower was nice, which we appreciated. The breakfast was basic but nice, and overall enjoyable. There were several issues with the rooms. In the first room, the door did not open properly, and we were sent back multiple times to try again instead of the issue being resolved immediately. This was frustrating, especially after a long arrival. In the second room, there was a bad smell, which made the experience less comfortable than expected.

- Brad (2/5): Jankest 300 a night room ever stayed at - Wife enjoyed the coffee. Toilet whistled all night. Tub leaked and flooded bathroom. Tub was warped under the floor from this. Made us pay 50 dollars early check in even though this jank room was just sitting empty. The crabby desk guy didn't even send extra towels up like he said he would. 300 a night.

That the front desk allowed my door dash to remain on the desk and get stolen and do nothing about it. I felt the manager lied about his part in the interaction with the door dasher. I took a picture of him and showed it to the door dasher and he confirmed it was him. The supervisor stated he did not talk to him, security confirmed he did. I filed a complaint with security against him.

- Y1130PWlynnes (8/5): Hotel on the Edge - We stayed here the nights of Feb 19 & 20, 2026. We had planned to camp in the Big Cypress Nature Preserve the first night and at Everglades National Park the second. Unfortunately we did not realize that we would have to have reservations--and they were filled up anyway on a Thursday and Friday night. Lesson learned. This place is very big and we were able to get a room, after arriving after dark and the second night they were able to get us in when someone cancelled. We found it to be very expensive (for us) but were finding most places down here were even worse. Another lesson. It sounds like they have big plans for improving--removing tubs, adding indoor swimming pool etc. The first night (rm 513) had the lights shining right at the windows and despite good drapes it was pretty light, tub dripped and had noisy fan. Second night was (rm 538) was much better with none of those problems and we got good sleep. All clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not impressive though it appeared that they had a chef making the scrambled eggs, sausage patties and potato/pepper fry up. No waffles or pancakes. We did not avail ourselves of the casino so I can't comment on that, though the parking lot was pretty full! They did have a drone light show on Friday night that was pretty cool. "On the Edge" refers to being on the eastern edge of the Nature Preserve and the western edge of Miami. ;-)

- Patrick (9/5): A pleasant stay. - The Miccosukee being a hotel and Casino we were pleasantly surprized to find our room was very quiet and clean. The evening meal we had was very well prepared. We would stay again. All was good but a bit busy at the weekends.
- abgrl11 (8/5): Miccosukee casino and resort - I want to thank Lizette. She greeted me when we arrived at the front desk and was so helpful. Also, the person working with her as well. When we left alex helped us with checking out though. The only thing that I was surprised by was the 250 dollar incidental fee. That really surprised us.
