- SARA (8/5): Adecuado - La ubicación, limpieza, comodidad. No tenían acceso con rampa para ir con carrito de bebé y había un pub justo debajo y se escuchaba el ruido de la gente que estaba bebiendo en el patio.

- David (7/5): Hôtel bien placé. - L’hôtel est bien placé et bien équipé. La chambre donnait sur les toits et surtout sur l’arrière des bâtiments qui n’étaient pas très propres. On ne pouvait donc pas ouvrir les rideaux. Nous avons été réveillés dans la nuit par une alarme qui n’a pas duré heureusement. Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit-déjeuner. Parking pas sur place et payant même si l’hôtel en paye une partie (30% du montant)

Couldn’t recall exact check in time but was going to only drop off bags. Instead of saying hi -he goes “do you know what time your check in is?!?!” He was rude. He was sassy. Thought he was just in a bad mood til this cute guy came in right after me. He then offered that guy water and was very nice.

Gros soucis le premier matin car a 2 reprises l'alarme s'est déclanché sans raison pendant que nous etions en train de dormir. L'isolation sonore est execrable, nous pouvions entendre les voitures et les gens parlé dans la rue comme si la fenetre était ouverte. Pareil pour la porte d'entrée... dès que quequ'un passe dans le couloir nous pouvions entendre les conversation et le ménage. C'est dommage car en dehors de ca tout est parfait

Lokalizacja świetna, obsługa bardzo miła, pokoje odpowiadają opisowi, łóżka wygodne, ekspres kapsułkowy w pokoju i codziennie uzupełniany zestaw kapsułek i herbat. Jedynymi minusami brak przejściówek do gniazdka (można je kupić na miejscu za 15 Euro) i te nieszczęsne krany w łazience - oddzielnie woda zimna i gorąca ?! Wciąż trudno mi zrozumieć ideę przyświecającą temu zwyczajowi...ale można też na te rzeczy spojrzeć jak na lokalny folklor.

Personnel complètement indifférent à notre présence, même pas un bonjour et cela avec plusieurs équipiers de l’hôtel postés à l’accueil. Chambre bruyante car mal insonorisée, les portes claquent très fortement. Notre chambre avait vue sur sur un bâtiment délabré avec vis à vis direct sur les occupants et sur une arrière cours de bar très bruyante.

- ANTONIO (7/5): Um Hotel muito interessante, mas onde tivemos azar com o quarto - Staff muito prestável! Localização excelente! Cama confortável! O quarto que nos atribuíram não tinha janelas... apenas uma claraboia no teto, a 5 metros de altura. A claraboia tinha um black-out que avariou na primeira noite, deixando entrar luz logo às 5 da manhã. Problema foi resolvido na manhã seguinte. Serviço de limpeza não arrumou o quarto depois da primeira noite apesar de termos deixado indicação na porta. Tivemos um problema de esgotos na casa de banho que foi prontamente resolvido.

Also unacceptable to have the room be right next to the busy staff entrance, loudly slammed late into the night. The breakfast was literally stale and inedible. Lastly, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we did not receive so much as an apology for it.

- Omar (4/5): My girlfriend wasn't happy after she found insects - Lovely stuff Just. Bathroom is not clean . I found insects in the bathroom The clebs were great, but the place needs more attention to add and get rid of insects. My experience was bad, the bed was not comfortable, and there is a problem with the shower that did not work well.

- Glen (10/5): Lovely stay! - The staff were amazing and our room was exceptional. Would def stay again if we came back. Great location, breakfast was good close to pubs. No complaints at all!
- Anna (8/5): Recomanable per una estada en una zona tranquil·la però ben ubicada - Ens ha agradat molt la ubicació, l'habitació en general (hi ha dues cortines que fan que quedi prou fosca) i l'atenció per part del personal, concretament una noia que es diu Alejandra que ens va recomanar llocs d'interès de la ciutat i llocs on menjar. El lavabo creiem que pot millorar una mica. El llit prou bé però els coixins no ens van agradar.

- marie-line (4/5): J’avais un meilleur souvenir de mon dernier passage pourtant dans une chambre plus ancienne - Bon accueil salle de bain récente et propre Chambre au rdc sans fenêtre mais velux au plafond, mauvaise odeur en entrant odeur de pied et dans le wc aussi. Matelas un peu mou. Les clients hurlent dans les couloirs jusqu’à 3h du matin et les portes sont lourdes ça claque toute la nuit
- Erin (4/5): Wouldn’t stay here again. - Very tired hotel. From the looks of other floors it was in the process of being refurbished. The window lock was broken so our window wasn’t sealed. As a result it was really noisy. The lamp next to the bed was broken and the tv had no connections and so didn’t work. I would have fed this back on checkout but they didn’t ask or care. Tired, dated, noisy.
