Hotel is beautiful The pillows are feather with no support and a pillow menu is mentioned on the website and condominium but they do not offer this service , the shower kept changing to hot and cold and the coffee machine had no milk frother for a decent coffee.
- Marisa Marchetta Donovan (5/5): We wouldn't stay again and I would certainly not recommend my staff to stay for business either. - We were not given the correct information when we checked in regarding the wifi. We had to then ring and received completely different instructions from what we were initially told. When we returned to our room in the evening, we asked if it was possible to charge phones – we got a curt answer that we could go to the nearest 7/11 to purchase one. We also asked for some ice – after half an hour, it had still not arrived. The TV remote did not work properly, and again, someone from housekeeping had to come to the room and change the sensor. This is when we asked for ice again, only to be told it had been sent to the incorrect room!. At checkout there was a room charge that we did not make, so that needed to be adjusted. All together, very inefficient and clunky.

- Loreto (9/5): I love this hotel - Very accessible to everything Just a suggestion, some people are quite short, maybe the toiletries in the shower could be lowered as well as the kettle should be plugged in in the bench where it’s located, I had to move it to the desk to use it . Thank you

- Dwayne (1/5): - Not much Was charged twice for the room .. aircon would barely feel blinds didnt work , had no room cleans all weekend, would charge $10 per room service request , shower leaks all over bathroom , beds very uncomfortable

- Breiffni (10/5): Overall a very special stay. We always stay at the Fullerton when in Sydney. Love it. - Perfect location on Martin Place - really handy with the tram going up and down George St. Not an issue for us - but some people may be surprised that a 5 star hotel doesn't have a swimming pool.

- Mollie (10/5): - safe to say, I had a fabulous stay at the Fullerton. My room had the most beautiful view, the beds were really comfy beds and I freaking love the buffet breakfast. Also the club sandwich is so YUMMY...getting late night room service club sandwich is my new tradition. nothing!
