- Makenzi (9/5): - I thought the location was really good. I also thought the breakfast was good. The balconies for the top floor rooms are all connected, so we felt a little uncomfortable/unsafe leaving our doors open for air while we were in the room.

- Michael (10/5): Tolles Stadthotel mit guter Lage und bester Anbindung - Das Hotel ist wirklich hervorragend. Toller Empfang bei der Anreise. Das Zimmer war groß und ordentlich. Übertroffen hat uns absolut das Frühstücksbuffet. Grosse Auswahl mit vielen warmen Speisen und selbstgebackenem Kuchen. Würden das Hotel sofort wieder auswählen. Die Lage an einer schönen Einkaufsstrasse und direkt am Bahnhof war hervorragend. Es hätte mehr Kleiderbügel im Zimmer geben können und ein Schrank mit Schubladen für Pullover etc. Für ein Wochenende war es o.k. aber bei längerem Aufenthalt hätte uns das nicht gerecht, so wie angeboten.

- Lucian (10/5): Perfect location for Milano - I appreciated the most the location as I was well connected in all directions I wanted to go. Easy to access from/to Malpensa airport, walking distance to Brera, Sempione. I even walked to the Central Station which is not that long. The hotel itself it is well kept, nice modern design. Also nice staff, but not over the board. Very nice smell inside the hotel and of all the cosmetics in the bathroom. Small things that did not even count in my rating like shower which is set by default to the ceiling outlet. The room itself is rather small but fully understood for that great location and also there are some night clubs around which might be noisy at times.

- Adriano (10/5): Hotel ótimo, em termos de valores, localização e comodidade. - Gostei muito da atenção por parte do staff do hotel, todos muito solícitos, simpáticos e prestativos. A localização é perto de uma parada de trem (Stazione Porta Garibaldi) e estação de metrô, oque facilita muito a locomoção. O Hotel é um pouco distante de algumas das principais atrações de Milão (em torno de 30 minutos andando até a Catedral de Duomo por exemplo) mas nada que desabone a estadia, já que caminhar pelas ruas do bairro que tem uma super infraestrutura como restaurantes, lanchonetes, mercados, farmácias e lojas super descoladas etc. O conforto e a limpeza do quarto são incríveis, e o café da manhã é maravilhoso.

Nothing else. A duna without a cover provided when asked for warmer bedcovers. Tiny cramped bathroom with few places to hang towels. A lot of noise throughout the night from the nightclub across the street, so impossible to get any fresh air.

- reganbnz (4/5): Disappointing Stay – Not Worthy of 4 Stars - We booked this hotel expecting a comfortable, centrally located stay in Milan. As a four-star property, we anticipated a great breakfast, modern and cozy rooms, and the option to relax with some Netflix after a long day of exploring. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our initial room was extremely noisy, facing the parking area and nearby bars and clubs, making it impossible to sleep with the window open. Early in the morning, the noise from rubbish and glass collection added to the disturbance. We also couldn’t use Netflix because the Chromecast wasn’t working. We were told it would be fixed the next day, but it wasn’t—in fact, the hotel no longer had a license, something that was never communicated to us in advance, which was frustrating. We had requested two separate duvets instead of one shared one, but what we received was poorly shaped and far below what you would expect from a four-star hotel. Breakfast was decent for a three-star hotel, but not up to four-star standards. There was no cheese selection, and the single automated coffee machine often had long lines and eventually broke down. We would have expected more variety and better accommodation for dietary needs. Overall, the staff did not come across as particularly friendly or accommodating. The issues we raised were met with a dismissive “sorry, it is what it is,” and no effort was made to compensate us for the inconvenience. We left quite dissatisfied and would not choose to stay here again.

- Bertalan (9/5): - Service was outstanding and the room was comfortable, and we have also loved the variety of food available for breakfasts. The location is also friendly, and close to centre as well as to metro stations. The loud slamming of the doors by the maids, and how they moved the furniture while hoovering the nearby rooms in the morning were outrageous. You will get up at 8-9AM regardless of your preference, so make sure you bring earbuds. The elevators are whacky.

- Jasna (7/5): Discreto - Accoglienza, posizione e pulizia. Zero vista dalla suite. Colazione buona, ma alle 10.30 hanno iniziato subito a mettere tutto via. Un giorno non hanno rifatto la suite, ma poi su ns segnalazione hanno immediatamente rimediato nel pomeriggio, richiamando l’addetta e scusandosi, ci hanno offerto una bibita al bar.

A fürdőben sok kiegészítő piperecikk volt. A kilátás a szobából lehangoló. Nem volt pohár bekészírve, első nap volt két papírpohár a kávénak, második napra azt nem pótolták. 1 szovához 1 kávékapszulát adnak. Nincs a szobában szemetes kosár, mindent a fürdőben, a mini kozmetikai szemetesbe kell kidobni. A fürdőben nincs fogkefe tartó/ fogmosó pohár. A szobában az asztal-fotel hely olyan kicsi, hogy leülni vsak kényelmetlenül lehet.

No power adapters at reception and no willingness to assist Had a double occupancy and they gave us only one coffee capsule a day although asked for more. No success Charged us for the non branded water in the carton daily. No water provided. Just small irritating stuff. The prices were precious for the service and amenities.

Сложное подключение к wifi: ни я, ни супруга не смогли подключиться. Напротив отеля ночной клуб, в субботу вечером было много празднующих, но шумоизлляция окон типичная и шума слышно не было.

- Lea (7/5): Gut, aber am Wochenende nachts laut aufgrund Clubs/Bars. - Die Zimmer sind schön, teilweise etwas abgenutzt, aber sauber. Ausstattung ist gut bzw. ausreichend. Frühstück ist gut, mehr aber auch nicht. Mitarbeitende waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Neben dem Hotel gibt es mehrere Clubs / Bars und daher ist es nachts ziemlich laut (Musik aber vor allem Stimmenlärm). Die Zimmer haben eine Doppelverglasung. Jedoch mussten wir diese in der Nacht offen lassen, weil es im Zimmer 27 Grad heiss war. Die Lüftung ist im Winter/Frühling ausgeschalten. Daher war es eine ziemlich unruhige Nacht. Sehr ärgerlich und kundenunfreundlich, wenn die Zimmer auf die Clubseite vergeben werden und gleichzeitig die Lüftungen aus sind. Die Mitarbeitenden vor Ort meinten, dass wir uns an die Direktion wenden sollen.

- Ilias (7/5): Average - Big double bed, spacious room, fast elevators, good breakfast, very nice breakfast area. When we made the check in, the room we ‘ve got was not cleaned (waste basket at bathroom not empty, used slippers on the ground…) Staff at reception changed room for us immediately but towels at the new room were dirty (with stains) moreover, bathroom products (shampoo-shower gel) are re-use and not new single use. The balcony is shared with two or more rooms at the same floor. That make us a sense- feeling -with lack of safety and privacy.
